1. Level info page, Level review page, main Find Level listing

This is a plain average of all the scores of all the reviews for this particular level.

2. Top Custom Levels

The Top Custom Levels shows only the Top 100 Levels based on the following score calculation rules:

• Only Reviews by Reviewers who have 10 or more reviews are considered
• A minimum of 5 review for the level is needed
• The highest and the lowest review is omitted from the calculation.
• From the remaining reviews the plain average is built.

Example: Let's assume Reviewers A and C each have only 6 reviews in total.
Reviewers B, D, E, F, G have each more than 10. If for a level these reviewers
have reviewed and scored as follows:

• A - 8 8 8 8 = 8.0
• B - 9 9 9 9 = 9.0
• C - 9 9 10 10 = 9.5
• D - 7 5 5 7 = 6.0
• E - 8 8 7 7 = 7.5
• F - 7 7 7 7 = 7.0
• G - 8 8 8 8 = 8.0

This will lead to a total average score of: 7.79 which will show on the Level Info and Review page.
For the Top List the score will only consider reviews by B, D, E, F, G and then eliminate the highest (B) and lowest (D).
Then the average gets calculated from the reviews of E, F and G, so: (7.5+7.0+8.0)/3 = 7.50

3. Levels of the Month

This shows the Top 10 Levels of the selected month based on all reviews that came in during that month and the 2 months prior to it.
Only Levels with three or more reviews received are eligible! Average ratings listed are the ratings of the selected months only.

4. Hall of Fame

The rules of entry for the Hall of Fame are explained HERE.
Levels that are in the Hall of Fame do no longer show up in the Top Custom Level listing.

5. All time, all levels, all reviews Ranking?

If you wanted to get a ranking list like this, it can easily be achieved by utilizing the search function. HERE is a direct link you can use.
This ranking would then include the Hall of Fame Levels and would include ALL reviews in the calculation.
