The Coloseum (Coliseum)

The door opens with the secret sound. Go north and enter a cave. Dive into the water and then pull back up and wait for a crocodile to get within range. Get back to the water and swim to the west. Pull up in front of the coliseum and kill a lion (that sounds like a dog). Go to the south-west area and kill a lion. Go to the corner and pull up onto a column. Jump to the second ledge of the coliseum. Follow along the ledge to the north end and pick up a large medipack. Go back to the south-west corner and use a block to access the third ledge of the coliseum. Again follow the ledge and jump a gap to reach the north wall.

Go down to the north-east to a ledge. You se an opening in the north wall but slide to the east to land on a flat rock. Run and jump to another flat rock to the south-east. Jump east into a tunnel. Go to the end for secret #1 and the shotgun. Exit and slide back to the ground. You could enter the building and kill a lion but all exits inside are blocked. Go back to get to the same north corner on the third ledge. Go down to the north-east to a ledge. This time drop into the north opening.

Go west and shoot two crocodiles in a pit. Go to the south wall and jump up to grab a crevice. Shimmy to the right until you can pull up. Go south to enter another small cave. You get secret #2 and red shotgun shells. Exit and shimmy to the right some more to drop onto the other side of the pit. Go to the south-west corner and enter the tunnel. Continue in the tunnel and drop into a hole. Go south to a wall switch. A gate opens and two lions attack you. After that a thug shoots at you. Now pull the wall switch and go west up the stairs.

You are overlooking the arena with four lions and a gorilla. They can be killed from the ledge. Then drop into the arena. The south pit has a tunnel with a closed gate. Go north and drop into the north pit. Enter the north tunnel and climb the rocks and you are on the rocks that you may have seen to the north-west of your entrance point. Go down the rocks to the west side and jump to the south ledge. Kill two gorillas and enter the room. There is a closed gate and a lock to the north wall. As you get near to it, the gate will open. Ignore the water for now and continue west into another room. Pull a block out from the south wall. Get behind the block and pick up a small medipack.

Pull the wall switch and exit the rooms. Safety drop into the arena and kill a lion. Go to the north-east corner of the arena floor and use a block to get back to the seated area. Go to the north-east corner of the seated area. Enter a room to kill two bats and see an open door. Enter the tunnel and go north and wait while a ball drops into the pit in front of you. Jump the pit and continue up the ramp. Follow the corridor to see a wall switch. Use the wall switch and slide down the slope in the south wall.

Exit the room and go south. Kill a lion and a thug. Enter the room in the south-east corner. Kill two bats and enter the open door. Stand south of the tallest pillar and face north with your nose to the pillar. Back flip onto a small block, side flip left, forward jump, side flip right, back flip twice, roll and run into the open door. You get secret #3. In the original Tomb Raider, I think that this was a timed run and you got Uzi's. This time you get nothing. Exit and jump to the west ledge. Pull the wall switch and carefully get back to the ground floor. Exit and go west to enter another room.

Pull up into the open door in the west wall. Pull the wall switch and dive into the water. Swim through the underwater tunnel and pull up into a small room. Pick up a small medipack and push the movable block forward to expose another room. Go to the west side and pull the block back. Go behind the block and enter an alcove. Pick up a key from the floor. Exit back through the water and return to the room in the arena.

Go north to stand in front of a column. Safety drop into the arena and there should be an opening in front of you. Enter and slide down into the lion den. Kill a lion and go to the west wall. Pull the wall switch and kill two lions. Go to the east wall and pull the wall switch. Then go out the east tunnel. Notice that the east gate opens before you actually pull the switch. Pull up into the arena and kill two lions. Go to the north-west corner of the arena between the rocks.

Slide down and into a room. Go to the north-west section and step on a tile to open the gates in the south wall. Enter the south-east room and pull the wall switch. Exit and go to the south-west room. Enter the tunnel in the corner and go to the end. Use the wall switch but the wall switch does not actually move. Exit the room and go out the open door in the west wall. In the original this was a very tight timed run to get to the last switch. Here it does not do anything.

Follow the tunnel and then go into a north tunnel to climb the rocks again. Get back to the ledge and kill a gorilla. Go west down the stairs and enter the open door. Pick up a small medipack and kill a gorilla. Return up the stairs and use the key in the lock by the open gate. Enter the gate and dive into the water. Swim north and avoid the crocodile. You can see a closed door at the end of the tunnel. Pull up into a small room for air. Be sure to stand in front of the place that looks like a wall switch but there is no switch on the wall. Dive back into the water and swim north through an open door. You come to closed gate. However, this tunnel should be the end of the level, but there seems to be no end trigger. So just quit the game at this point
