You start in a closed room. The vases are empty. Move the tower from the east side to the west side of the room and the north door opens. Enter the doorway and go forward to a slope. As soon as you land on the slope, jump up and grab a crawl space to the west. Crawl to the end for secret #1 and pick up flares and a small medipack. Get back and drop to the slope. Slide and jump over the pit as a spike ball lands behind you. At the end, jump over the fires and pull up into another crawl space. Follow the south crawl space and get blue shotgun shells. Return and go west and a fire stops you. Go back and go north. At the next junction if you go south another fire starts. Take the north branch again. Loop around and head south. Enter the first room on your right to climb a pole. Back flip into a room and pick up the Ornate Handle. Get down into the crawl space again.
Continue south and enter another room. Shoot a vase for crossbow explosive ammo. Use the west floor lever and a door opens in the east wall. Enter that door and follow the tunnel to a room. Notice the receptacle for the Portal Guardian. Slide down the pole and be careful of the fire at the bottom. Back flip to the west into a tunnel. Go to the end and use the floor lever. You get a cut scene of a tile rising in a hole. Roll and run back to grab the pole while a skeleton hacks at your heels. Climb back up and go to the previous room with the tower. Move the tower from the north side to the south side of the room and the west door opens. Step on the white floor tile south of the rug design and the door opens in the north wall. Follow the tunnel there and use a floor lever. Exit and climb a column in the north-east corner. Jump south to another column. Grab the crevice in the south wall and shimmy to the right and into an opening. Shoot the vase you see in the west wall. Use the rope to swing over there and pick up the Hathor Effigy. Safety drop to the ground and go back to the room with the receptacle. Make the Portal Guardian and use it to open the door beside you.
Enter the room and turn left to pick up the shotgun. You face a water trench with a closed door at the north end. Dive into the water trench and swim south through the narrow opening. Pick up red shotgun shells and continue swimming. You pass a closed door and finally pull up into a room. The vases are empty. Climb the ladder and drop on the other side. You see a gem in a fire. Press the button on the east wall and get a flyby back to the underwater door. Climb the wall and get back to the water. Swim into the underwater doorway and follow the tunnel to another room. Look south and notice the doors and the receptacles for two gems. Use the floor lever in the north-west corner and get a cut scene of the underwater door opening in the water trench.
Swim back to the water trench and into the open door. Follow pass another closed door and pull up into a room. Go east to pick up the crowbar from a pedestal. You are overlooking a deep room with a shallow water pool at the bottom. On a far east platform you can see another gem. Turn around and jump to pull up onto the ledge to the south-west. Jump from the platform, as you cannot grab the block from the pillar side. Use the floor lever on the ledge and drop back to the platform. Swim back to the water trench and pull up. Pry the Golden Star from the south wall. Go back to the platform and use the ladder in the north-east corner to get to the ground floor.
The vases are empty. Pick up flares from the water. Dive into a hole in the north side and follow the underwater tunnel to a room. Pull up and use the floor lever and get a cut scene of an underwater door opening. Return and go to the north-east corner. Use the Golden Star and the door opens. Climb the ladder and get the Portal Gem from the pedestal. Return to the floor and climb the ladder back up to the platform. Get back into the water and enter the open underwater door. Follow the twisting underwater tunnel to pull up into a dry tunnel and use a floor lever. Go back to the platform and enter the open door in the north wall.
Carefully go up the stairs to get the Scarab Knot. The face tiles on the stairs are fire traps. Return to the platform and climb down to the floor again. Use the Scarab Knot in the west alcove and get a cut scene of the previous gem but the fire has stopped. Ignore the two skeletons and climb back up to the platform. Swim back to the water trench and through the narrow opening. Go to the end room and climb the ladder. Drop on the other side and get the Portal Gem. Get back and swim into the open door and go south. Use the two gems and the doors open. Go south and jump over the water to a ledge next to two large faces. Pick up the crossbow and dive into the water for crossbow explosive ammo. Go back to the north doorway and destroy two skeletons.
The tops of all the short walls are firetraps. Go south into the water again and swim into the opening in the west wall. Swim and pull up into a room and see a floor lever. First go to the north-west corner and pull up into a crawl space. Go to the end for secret #2, red shotgun shells, and a small medipack. Return to the room and go to the south-east corner. Follow the crawl space there to use a floor lever. Exit and use the floor lever in the south-west corner. Swim back to the room with the large faces. The underwater door in the north-east corner is open for later.
Pull up to the north and look for an open door in the west wall. Enter the door and follow the tunnel back to the walls to pick up the Ornate Handle. Return and notice an opening above a wall dart emitter. Hop up there and follow the tunnel. Hop over the two firetraps and come to a room with pillars and fires. Jump to the first pillar with no fire and another fire goes out. Keep jumping the pillars as the fires go out and finally enter a tunnel to pick up the Hathor Effigy. Exit and jump to the south-west column and then to the entrance. Go back down the tunnel over the firetraps. Return to the large faced room and the water. Swim into the north-east corner and follow the underwater tunnel. Pull up and make the Portal Guardian and use it. Return back to the room with the fires on the columns.
Dive into the water and swim west into the open door. Swim west into the open doorway and swim up to surface. Go north to see a closed door and also use the floor lever. Go to the south-west corner and look north towards the ceiling for a crawl space. Pull up into it and follow to a small room. Use the floor lever and return to the water. Swim back to the pillar room and swim into the open north door. Pick up a small medipack and pull up in front of a pedestal on fire. Pick up the Scarab Pillar and catch fire. Use a medipack as you hop back into the water. Exit and swim to the open door in the south wall. Pull up and use the Scarab Pillar. Back to the water and swim west again back to the closed door you saw next to the floor lever. The door is open so enter the tunnel to destroy two skeletons. Run towards the pedestal with the item (looks like the mechanical beetle) and the level ends.
