You start in a familiar looking room. Go to the south-west corner for flares and to the south-east corner for a large medipack. On the ledge behind the north-west column is revolver ammo. Approach the north door and it opens for you. In the next room, shoot the south-east vase for Uzi ammo. Shoot the south-west vases and kill a scorpion. Go north and turn into an open area to the west. You see a closed gate that needs an item. Search the corners for revolver ammo and Uzi ammo. Exit and continue north and the door opens for you. Shoot the north-west vase for a small medipack. Shoot the north-east vase and kill a scorpion. In the next room, hop onto the platform and pick up a small medipack. Kill the ninja who appears. There is a closed gate in the east wall.

Go north up the right side of the ramp. When a spike ball drops on the left side and passes you, go to the left side and continue. A spike ball will drop on the right side of the ramp. In the next room, go to the south-west corner and hop up onto a block. Jump to the north columns and continue to the right. On the last column, grab the ceiling and monkey swing to the south. Drop onto a flat tile and stand jump into the north-west depression to pick up Cartouche Piece 1. Get down to the floor and go to the north-east corner and enter the water. You enter a room that looks like the room you just left. Dive in and go to the top of the south-west column for a small medipack. Then go back for air. You may have noticed a closed gate in the east wall. Swim down a hole in the middle structure and follow the underwater tunnel to swim north down a ramp. Pick up Uzi ammo and Uzi's and swim back. The air hole is at the north wall. The other underwater tunnels are dead-ends.

Dive back in and go to the south-east corner. Follow the ramp down and at the end go to the west section to pick up Uzi ammo. Then swim back to the east section and swim up for air in the middle of the ceiling. Pull up into a room with two statues. Push one statue onto the white tile in the north-east corner and you hear a door open. Move the other statue and climb the ladder. Back flip at the top and pick up a small medipack. Kill a ninja and go west. Enter a south room and use the floor lever. You get a cut scene of a gate opening. Go west and the gate opens for you so that you can return to the starting room area. However return to the statue room and safety drop into the center hole. The room is now dry. Go up the ramp and climb the ladder into the open gate. Climb the ladder at the north wall and back flip into the room. Pick up Cartouche Piece 2 and go west. The gate opens for you and you kill a ninja that appears. Go south and down the ramp and follow to the next room. Go west to make the Ba Cartouche and use it to open the gate.

Enter the room and pick up a large medipack, flares, revolver ammo, revolver and Uzi ammo. Slide down the slope and at the bottom jump west onto a ledge. Enter the room for secret #1 and pick up a large medipack, revolver ammo and grenade super ammo. Slide down the next slope and stop in front of a gate. The gate opens and you get a flyby of a valley area. You may notice an item on top of the place where you landed in the flyby. First go east and look south for a colorful floor tile. Climb the block there and jump the blocks and flat tiles back towards the west. You should end up on the block above the entrance gate and pick up the laser sight.

Slide down and go west to find an entrance in the south wall. Follow the tunnel to a room and use the floor lever in the corner. You get a cut scene of a gate opening. Exit and go east down the valley. Look to the north wall for the open gate. Enter the room and use the floor lever. You get a cut scene of a group of columns. Exit and go west again to the first room. It has changed a lot. Climb the columns to pick grenade super ammo, grenade flash ammo and grenade normal ammo. Exit and go east to the colorful tile. Jump the flat tiles as before but this time loop back to get to the high upper entrance in the south wall. Do not go in yet but jump down to a north-east flat tile. Jump east to a flat tile and then stand jump south-east into a trench. Kill two scorpions and climb the block at the south end. You get a cut scene of a gate opening. Pick up the Eye Piece and jump over the opening to slide back into the valley.

Do the long climb back up to the upper south entrance again. Enter the tunnel and follow it to the end. Drop into the pool and pull up to the south side. Kill the ninja and pick up a small medipack. Kill another ninja and go around the area to notice three closes doors.
Dive back into the pool and swim to the south-east corner and pick up a small medipack. Swim into an underwater in the south wall and swim straight, right, and right again to pick up the Hand of Orion. Swim south to see a closed gate and get some air. Then swim back to the pool and pull up to the east side. Go east and pick up a small medipack. Follow the corridor and use the Hand of Orion to open the door. Enter and use the floor lever and get a cut scene of an underwater gate opening.

Back to the pool and swim into the opening in the west wall. Follow the underwater tunnel and at a T-junction, swim north and turn right to pull up into a room. Pick up the Hand of Sirius and swim back to the pool. Pull up on the west side and use the Hand of Sirius to open the door. Enter the room and dive into the water at the west side. Swim west and up into a very long shaft. You will swim into a room and then swim north to pull up into a room for air. There are several rooms there and they all look identical. Go west, south, east, and south to find a floor lever. Use the floor lever and get a cut scene of an underwater gate opening. Go north, west, and south to an apparently dead-end room. Climb the west wall and pull up into an identical higher room. Go east, north, north, west, south, west, and north to pick up a small medipack. Turn and kill a ninja behind you. Slide down the pole and back flip over the spikes.

Go south and south again to find a water hole. Dive in and swim north to the end. Loop to the right and swim south to the end and into a tunnel. Pull up into a room in front of a long slope. Slide down and at the end jump to pull up into a small room. You get secret #2 and pick up a large medipack, small medipack, and Uzi ammo. Exit and continue down the next slope. You slide into a room. Hop onto a block and pick up the other Eye Piece. Go to the south-east corner and pull up into a room. Drop into the tunnel in the east wall. Follow the tunnel and a gate opens for you. You have been here before so drop into the water and swim back to the pool.

Pull up and go into the south opening. Make the Eye of Horus and use it to open the large door. Run up the east ramp and pull up into an alcove. Climb the ladder on the east wall. Climb a bit and stop. Continue doing this and when you see the camera pull back, back flip to a ledge. This is near the top of the ladder. You get secret #3 and pick up the grenade gun. Continue climbing and at the top, shimmy to the left to drop onto a ledge. If you missed the secret, you can see it from the top ledge. Approach the large doors and they open for you.

You enter a large outdoor area with two large block pyramids. You can climb the to the top of both the east and west pyramids. Go to the north-east corner and find an opening in the wall. Go north and find a circular tunnel and then north again to a third block pyramid. You can climb the third pyramid to find a room at the top. It seems that there is no end trigger so you can just quit anytime you want.
