Lost Hospital

Go south in front of a column and shoot a dog. You can run up the steps and open the door, but it opens onto an empty bookshelf. Push the north column to reveal a shotgun and red shotgun shells. Push the south column to reveal a trap door. Lift up the trap door and safety drop into the hole. Enter the crawl space in the west wall and crawl up the slope. Enter a small room and the dead body starts to move. Pick up red shotgun shells from the floor. Go west and run around the zombie. Light a flare and follow the tunnel to the end. You see two closed doors. Enter the open left doorway and enter a room of cafeteria tables. Notice a closed door in the south-west corner. Evade another zombie and run west into either opening in the west wall. Kick open a blue door and enter the room behind it. Pick up red shotgun shells from the floor and exit back to the tunnel with the closed doors.

Kick open the blue door in the east wall. Enter and run up the steps. Evade a zombie and follow the steps to the end. Open a door and enter another tunnel. Go north and open a white door. Pick up red shotgun shells from the shower trench. Another zombie starts to walk towards you. The zombie from the tunnel is behind you and entering the door. Maybe women should not enter the men's washroom. Exit back to the tunnel and go south. Enter the first branch tunnel to the right and open the door. Enter the room and notice a receptacle on the north wall. Another dead body crawls away from you. Pick up red shotgun shells behind the white desk to the south. Exit the room and follow the tunnel to the south.

Turn the corner and see another zombie. Enter the first left branch tunnel and open the red door. Enter the room and pick up flares from the corner. Exit the room and go west and follow the tunnel. At the end, kick open a blue door. You enter a hospital ward with eight beds. Go to the south-west corner for red shotgun shells. Go to the left side of the last bed at the east wall and lift up a trap door. Crawl down a ladder and enter a crawl space in the east wall. Stand up at the end and push a tower forward. Turn to the south and pick up red shotgun shells from the floor. Turn around and go north for pick up more red shotgun shells from the floor. Follow the fence and go east. You cannot seem to jump over the short green hedge. More dead bodies crawl away. Enter the open fence to the north and pick up three red shotgun shells. Evade two zombies and continue east. Just before the first white archway, turn to the south and jump the fence. Pick up the Hand of Orion from the floor. Go east and pick up red shotgun shells near the back wall.

Evade the zombies and return west to the crawl space. Crawl back to the end and climb the ladder back to the hospital ward. Exit to the north and follow the tunnel back to the room with the receptacle. Place the Hand of Orion and get a cut scene of the door opening in the cafeteria. Exit this room and enter the open doorway in the opposite east wall. Follow the steps back down to the lower tunnel. At the end, go right and then go left to re-enter the cafeteria. Go to the open door in the south-west corner. Follow the tunnel and enter a small theatre. Evade the three zombies and jump onto the stage to the south. Wait as the zombies walk out into the tunnel. Go west and go behind the red curtain. Go to the end and use the floor lever. Return to the stage and go behind the red curtain to the south. Evade another zombie and hop onto the block in the corner. Open the door and enter the tunnel. Go to the end and use the floor lever. You get a cut scene of the tunnel outside the cafeteria. You can hear a door open.

Ext the tunnel and jump off the stage. Evade the zombies and follow the tunnel back to the cafeteria. Exit out the east door back to the tunnel. The newly open door is to your left. Go north out the open door. There is an explosion and Lara dies. According to the author's notes, this is the end. There is no actual end trigger.
