Level 1: Room of Meat

 

You start in a dark metal container. Go south-east and hop onto a block. Hop onto the higher column to the west and pick up blue shotgun shells. Shoot a bat. You may notice some numbers appear at the bottom left of the screen and the word "Bleeding". These are hit points (HP) for the enemy. When it shows N/A (zero), the enemy is dead. Safety drop to the floor and go west into a wide tunnel. Go north-east and safety drop into a tunnel. You get a small cut scene. When you get control, shoot a rat and go north into a wide tunnel. Shoot a rat on a trench. Jump over the trench and go north to the next trench. Drop in and go east for a small medipack. Go west and climb the wall ladder. Climb to the top and shimmy to the right to drop onto a ledge. Notice the Atlantean-type yellow-green egg at the north wall.

 

Jump to the south-east corner and pick up flares. Pull back the east block one tile onto the Natla sign. The door in the east wall opens. The egg breaks and a big insect is released. It flew to the bottom of the pit and I just ignored it. Enter the tunnel and go to the end to pull up onto a ledge. Notice a key lock above you head to the north. Jump onto the block to the south and shoot a rat and pick up blue shotgun shells. Pull up south into a room and shoot two rats. Go to the east end and pick up a Door Key. Go back to the entrance block, and pull the block to the north one tile. Hop over it and push it south one tile. Stand on the block and use the key. Get down and pull the block south one tile. Now go north behind the block and follow the short tunnel.

 

Drop into a deep hole and land in water. Swim north and pull up onto a ledge. Shoot a crocodile and notice a tunnel in the north wall. There are blue shotgun shells in the plants near the water. Go to the north-east and the egg breaks to release a small mutant. Shoot it and pick up a small medipack in north-east corner. Go south-east corner and hop onto a platform. Jump to the grab the column to the north-west and pull up. Jump north-west to a column and jump north the slope. Pick up the shotgun for secret #1. Return to the entrance and pull up into the north wall tunnel.  Go north and see a dead-end side branch to the right. Pull up into the entrance and turn to the right corner to pick up blue shotgun shells from the floor. Continue into the next room and go to the north-east corner. The egg breaks so turn around and shoot a small mutant. Pull down the wall switch and get a cut scene of something dropping. Go west and pick up red shotgun shells in the far corner. Now go south and enter that branch tunnel. Go to the end and safety drop into a cave.

 

Hop onto a south-west block and pick up the small medipack beside the green plant. Go to the north-east corner and pull up onto the ledge. Slide down the slope and pick up Uzi ammo. Go to the west end and climb the blocks to jump back up the slope. Go south and pull up onto a block. Shoot a crocodile on the floor of the next room. Slide down into the room for flares. Climb the block to the north-west corner for a small medipack. Follow a tunnel to the west and pull up into an opening. You slide down a slope and into a tunnel. Notice the suspended balls at the various ceiling positions. Sprint down the slope to the north. At the end, jump over a trench and go to the red walls. The balls move around a lot and can still hit you if stand too close to the trench.

 

Go west and stand at the south side of the chest. Open the chest to get a shotgun. Use the binoculars to look at the column and slopes to the east for the next maneuver. Go to the north-east corner and hop onto a block with a pole. Climb the pole and back flip to the south-west and roll before you land on a slope. Slide down and jump west with a left curve to land onto a slope and slide down onto the upper ledge. Lara seem to be unable to grab the ledges. It helps to drop a few flares near the columns to give light so you know where to jump. Go west and pick up a small medipack. Hop onto the upper north ledge and the egg breaks. You can see a mummy mutant on the floor. If you shoot at it, the hit points do not change and the word "Undead" appears. Ignore it and go west into a pulsating tunnel.

 

Go north and jump over a lava pit. Continue and drop into a cave. Go to the corner to the right of the lava slope for red shotgun shells and shoot a bat. Avoid the lava slope, as it is a fire trap. Go to the north wall and run over a breakable tile. Safety drop into the tunnel and go west. You emerge in an opening overlooking a lava lake. Grab the crevice on the south wall and shimmy to the left to drop onto a ledge. Jump north-west to the platform. Hop to the next ledge and pick up red shotgun shells. Shoot the big insect in the far north-west corner. Use the floor lever to raise a timed block. If it drops, reset the floor lever. On the second attempt, just move into position and the floor lever moves by itself. Use the floor lever and climb onto the corner of the block. Turn to face the rope, hop back and stand jump to grab the rope.  Make a small adjustment to the right before you swing. This avoids hitting the ceiling, as the ledge and the platform on not in exact alignment. One swing should be enough to land on the ledge. You will need at least half health as you land on the ledge very hard.

 

Enter the crawl space and go south. Use ALT and UP ARROW to forward roll into a safe hole and pick up red shotgun shells. Pull up back into the next crawl space. Go to the end and shoot the barricade. Turn to the right and shoot two barricades. Go backwards into the next hole and grab the edge. Do not drop but shimmy to the left and ignore the ammo by the steam. Shimmy left to pull up into another crawl space and shoot a bat. Go into the corner at the south wall and the steam emitter stops. Now go back and pull up for the red shotgun shells. Return and continue crawling east.

 

Turn a corner and shoot a barricade. Go south to a T-junction. Go right and follow the crawl space to a split. Shoot the right barricade and enter the crawl space. Stay near the right wall and go north. Stand up and shoot the bat that has followed from the crawl space. Crawl under the left side for blue shotgun shells. Go south and shoot the barricade. Drop into the hole and pick up flares. Pull up and go to the dark left corner for a shotgun. Return to the split and take the other branch. Shoot the barricade and drop into a cave. You can also shoot another bat. Drop to the floor and pick up a small medipack. Pull up onto a higher east ledge. Save the game. You can see a hole at the upper east wall. You can jump in there to pick secret #2 and a large medipack. However, I could not grab the edge to pull back out. I just forgot about it and reloaded the savegame.

 

Pull up back into the crawl space and then follow it to the west. Go past the place you entered. Shoot a barricade and crawl into a north alcove for a small medipack. Get out and continue west to the end. Drop into a south room and shoot a crocodile. Go to the west wall switch and shoot a bat that appears. Use the wall switch to open the door and go inside for red shotgun shells. Quickly turn around and shoot a small mutant. Use the wall switch on the east wall to open the gate. There is nothing inside but step inside and wait for a rat to appear. Go south and pull up into the triangular opening.

 

Jump into the next room and run to the south-east corner. Shoot two small mutants before they steal your ammo. Enter the south tunnel and pick up a small medipack. Go to the end and pick up a large medipack. Hop onto the block at the north wall for Uzi ammo. Hop down and notice a fancy tile at the west wall. Go to the north-east corner and move the block from there onto the fancy tile. The trap door opens in the middle of the room. During the move, I had to shoot another small mutant that was trying to climb into the triangular opening.

 

Drop into the water in the trap door. Follow the underwater tunnel to the east and go past a grate. Continue and see an underwater lever. Pull it down and a trap door opens above your head. You can swim up and get air and nothing else. Continue east and evade a crocodile. Continue and the water current will carry you west. You see a red wall far ahead of you. When the water current slows, swim into a left side branch. Take the next left branch and left again to swim up and surface. You got secret #3. Pull up to any ledge and wait to shoot three crocodiles. Swim back down to pick up Uzi's, Uzi ammo, flares, and a small medipack. On the ledges you can pick up a large medipack and a small medipack.

 

Now swim back to the red wall T-junction and go to the right. To the left is a closed timed trap door. Pull up onto a ledge next to a lava pit. First, stand jump onto the block to the east. Pull to the next block and run and jump to the slope at the east wall. Slide down and grab the edge. Shimmy to the left until you can pull up onto a ledge. Pick up the Uzi ammo for secret #4. Drop and grab the edge and shimmy to the right until you can pull up. Shoot an annoying bat. Go west back to the water. Now go south and jump over a slope and you are in front of a timed wall switch. Pull down the wall switch, turn around and jump over the slope. Now shoot a big insect that tries to stop you and then return to the timed wall switch again.

 

This is a very tight timed run. Pull down the wall switch. Roll and run and jump towards the left over the lava pit but with a right curve to clear the slope and land back on the ledge. Run into the water and swim near the ceiling. Swim north to the open trap door and pull up before the trap door closes and traps you. You can pull up on the north side so you do not have to swim on the surface and get stuck. Pull up and shoot two rats. Shoot a box near the trap door for blue shotgun shells.

 

Go west and use the two wall switches to open the big doors next to you. Enter the room and shoot a demigod mutant. The hit points are useful here to let you know how you are doing. The demigod mutant is named as "Non-bleeding". When dead, the demigod mutant explodes. Go west and see the fire emitters. The south-west block has nothing. Shoot the north-west box for a large medipack. Turn around and shoot a big insect. Go to the south-east corner to pick up Uzi ammo. Go west and go between the two fire emitters. Safely stand behind them and pull up into the west tunnel.

 

Enter the room with the egg. Shoot the two empty boxes. Then shoot a small mutant for Uzi ammo. Drop into the small pit in the floor and the egg breaks. Shoot another demigod mutant that seems to fire over your head and away from you. Pick up crossbow explosive ammo from the pit floor. Go to the west wall and pull down the right wall switch. The door opens in the left corner. Enter the tunnel for red shotgun shells and a shotgun. Exit the room and shoot a small mutant. Go to the west wall and pull down the left wall switch. The door opens in the right corner. Enter the tunnel for red shotgun shells and a shotgun. Enter the tunnel and first go north for blue shotgun shells. Then return to the south and pick up the Stone of Meat from the floor and the level ends.

 

 

Level 2: Cathedral of Meat

 

The level starts with you falling onto a floor of a tall room and losing most of your health. Go east and get a flyby of the area and showing you the wall pattern.  Continue east and avoid the skeleton on the spike trap. Go south and push the moveable block south into the corner next to the ball. Hop onto the block and pull up into an alcove for secret #5 and Uzi's. Get down and place the Stone of Meat into the corner receptacle. Go north to see a lowered trap door and shoot a big insect. Moving the block onto the tile with the receptacle does not seem to do anything. Move the block to the north wall. If you go back to the south wall near the ball, a small mutant climbs out of the hole next to the block at the north wall.

 

Climb the block and pull up into a dark tunnel. Go into the green tunnel and drop into a water hole. Swim into a wide tunnel and swim north for Uzi ammo. Swim south and dive into a hole and swim to the bottom. Use the underwater lever to open the door beside it. Swim inside and pull up into a room to shoot a demigod mutant. When dead, the demigod mutant explodes. Shoot the boxes and pick up flares. Climb the blocks at the south wall and pick up red shotgun shells. Turn around and run and jump to pull down a jump switch on the east wall. You get a cut scene of a corridor with pulsating walls. Exit and swim back to the green tunnel.

 

Go back to the entrance and drop into the north trench to trigger a small mutant to shoot. Climb back up and run and jump to the grab the ledge to the north. Pull up onto the top and shoot another small mutant. Pick up Uzi ammo from the body. Follow the tunnel north into a wider tunnel. Go west and shoot a small mutant and pick up a small medipack. You may see a winged mutant behind the west wall. You cannot shoot it yet so go to the east to the end of the tunnel.

 

Save the game before you enter the next area. Do not jump onto the boxes. They are breakable and you can get stuck in them and need to reload. Jump over the boxes and onto the floor. Shoot a big insect. Shoot the boxes in the corners for red shotgun shells and large medipack. Go east to the back of the central structure. Turn around and climb a ladder to the central ledge. Hop onto an east ledge and a block rises and brings you higher. Pull up to the east ledge and run forward to shoot a demigod mutant. Start to climb the blocks to the south and a small mutant appears. Turn around and run and jump to the column at the north wall. Pull up for secret #6, Uzi ammo, and Uzi's.

 

Jump back and go south and then into an east wall opening. You enter a large area with many plants. Go to the north-east corner and go through the triangular opening. You enter a large tunnel with an egg at the entrance. Go south and back flip off a side wall slope to grab the blocks at the south wall. Pull up for secret #7 and pick up grenade super ammo and grenade ultra ammo. Go north and shoot a demigod mutant. Stand jump to get back through the triangular hole. Shoot a big insect and go to the south-west to exit the room.

 

Continue south and go east and use a wall switch. A trap door opens at the north wall. Move the block from the east wall, over the trap door, and onto the black circle tile at the west wall. A door opens in the south wall. Pull up to a higher block and shoot a small mutant. Then jump into the newly open door and pick up Uzi ammo. Go south and save the game before pulling up into the next room. Shoot a winged mutant, demigod mutant, demigod mutant and a final winged mutant. Thankfully, it needs to be done one at a time. Go to the south wall for crossbow poison ammo and Uzi ammo. Turn around and shoot another winged mutant.

 

Dive into the water and attract a crocodile. Pull up and shoot it before you enter the water again. Swim to the north wall and pick up the Door Key from the black circle tile on the floor. Swim north to the next trench and east for a small medipack. Swim to the south wall trench for grenade frag ammo. Swim through the open underwater door in the south wall. Swim down the tunnel and pull up into a small room. Shoot a bat and shoot two boxes for Uzi ammo. Shoot two large boxes for crossbow normal ammo and crossbow poison ammo.

 

Hop onto the block behind the column and enter the south opening. Wait until two rolling balls finish rolling. Then go to the skeleton and pick up crossbow explosive ammo. The red sloped block near you is fatal if you touch it. To the south is a maze of tall columns. Enter the maze and follow it to see a fire emitter in the corner. Go left and look up to the north-west to see a high ledge. Now go south to find a chest. Open the chest for crossbow explosive ammo. Shoot a big insect and the barricade to the west corridor. Continue around the corner and see a key lock to the north above your head. Go east and see a moveable block. Move the block to under the key lock. Hop up to the top and use the Door Key. A block rises in the north section behind the key lock.

 

Before you go there, move the block around the maze to the place where you saw the high ledge. You can push it through the small chest. The fire emitter is also stopped. Climb up to the high ledge and shoot the box for secret #8 and crossbow explosive ammo. Pull up onto a higher west ledge for a large medipack. Safety drop to the floor and hop onto that raised block in the north-west corner. Get down and shoot a small mutant for Uzi ammo. Go back and climb into the upper west alcove. Open the chest for flares, small medipack, Uzi's, shotgun, and the crossbow. The door opens in front of you. Enter the door and go south to shoot a winged mutant. Enter the west corridor and see four wall switches. Number them as #1 to #4 from left to right.

 

Use switch #4 to open the door to the left. Enter the tunnel and drop into a hole for a crossbow and crossbow explosive ammo. Return to the corridor.

 

Use switch #3 to open the door to the left. Enter the tunnel but it is empty. Return to the corridor and shoot a big insect.

 

Use switch #2 to open the door to the left. Wait there and shoot a small mutant that runs out from tunnel #3. Enter the tunnel and pick up Stone of Meat #1 from the floor.

 

Use switch #1 to open the door in the north wall. Shoot a small mutant at the east end of the corridor. Then enter the north tunnel.

 

Stay in the tunnel and shoot a box to the north. Shoot the big insect that flies towards you in the tunnel. Go north and enter the room. Shoot all the boxes at the back of the room to reveal two receptacles on the north wall.

 

Go to the south wall to the west of the entrance and find a wall switch. Pull down the wall switch and the door opens in the west wall. Enter the door and shoot a small mutant. Go behind the column and pick up a Door Key.

 

Go to the south wall to the east of the entrance and find a key lock. Use the Door Key and the door opens in the east wall. Shoot a bat and enter the east door. Go to the north-west corner and pull out a box from the west wall. Enter the opening behind the block and go north. Just follow the long tunnels to reach a room. Drop to the ground and pick up Uzi's from a skeleton. Go to the left and run over a tile that starts two fires in two bowls.  Carefully jump the corner fire and jump over the second fire to the south. Turn the corner onto a tile and a third fire starts in a third corner bowl. Also a door opens in the west wall behind the second fire. Carefully go around the fire to the entrance. Pull up to the ledge and shoot a small mutant for Uzi ammo. Jump to the central structure. Watch out for a deep hole in the middle. Go west and jump with grab into the open west wall door.

 

Enter the room and shoot the two boxes for a crossbow and flares. Jump up to shoot the barricades on the upper west wall. Pull up into the crawl space and go west. Shoot more barricades and pick up a small medipack. Then drop into the room. Do not hop onto the block, as that ends the level.  Pick up Stone of Meat #2 from the floor in front of the block. Pull up to the crawl space and exit back to the previous room. Jump over the fires to the structure. Jump to the east ledge and follow the tunnel back to the room with the receptacles.

 

Go to the north wall and pick up Uzi ammo. Place the two Stones of Meat and the door opens. Enter the room and shoot the barricades to the west. Jump to grab the pole and slide to the bottom. Go west and slide down a long slope into a room. Push the block on the floor into any west wall corner. Pick up revolver ammo and climb the block. Climb the west block and jump to the block at the west wall. Pick up secret #9 and the revolver. The room lighting also changes. The boxes to the lower sides are empty. The holes in the floor are spike pits. Jump to grab the higher east block and pull. Grab the ceiling and monkey swing back to the entrance. Climb the pole and back flip into the room.

 

Shoot a small mutant that is shooting you in the back. Exit this room and go to the east door. The Natla block has moved outside the room for some reason. It is in the corner and I did not move it there. Follow the tunnels back to the room and jump to the central structure. Jump over the fire into the next room. Pull up and go through the crawl space again. Drop on the other side. Hop onto the block and the level ends.

 

 

Cathedral of Meat 2

 

You start the level with a short cut scene and a big battle. There are several demigod mutants and winged mutants. Use the explosive ammo and a lot of medipacks. And there is another very tough mutant that only seems to be killed with the revolver. However, it cannot reach you on a ledge. Be careful of the ledge, as there is a lava pit on the outside edge and under the platform. There was also a winged mutant and a dragon in the lava pit. When you have cleared the battlefield, you need to pick up some items. The east skeleton has a crowbar. The two west skeletons have two shotguns. When I went near the broken floor levers at the west wall, an egg broke and there was another winged mutant. Go to the west wall and use the crowbar on the two broken floor levers and the west wall doors open.

 

Enter the doors and go west to slide down a slope into a cave. Jump over the lava pit to the west ledge. Drop back and grab the edge and shimmy to the left. Go around the corner and drop onto a safe block. Drop into a hole for secret #10 and the grenade gun. Every time I used the grenade gun, I also caught fire and died. Pull back up onto the block and shoot a winged mutant. Jump up to grab the edge but do not pull up onto the fire trap. Shimmy around to the right and pull up when it is safe. There is revolver ammo to the south but it is in front of a steam emitter. Run behind the slope block at the west wall to break two floor tiles.

 

Drop into the water and evade the crocodile. Swim west and pull up the right bank. Shoot a small mutant and the shoot the crocodile in the water. Dive into the water and swim into a trench for blue shotgun shells. Swim back and pull up on the left bank. Shoot the two boxes and pick up grenade frag ammo. Jump back to the south bank and climb the ladder on the west wall. Go south and enter a room with many wall switches and blocks. Go to the south wall and hop up onto a ledge to shoot a box for crossbow explosive ammo. You can shoot the empty box that is higher and behind you. Notice a wall switch on the west wall. Get down to the floor and go to the west wall for flares.

 

There are five wall switches in the room.

 

Wall switch #1 is at the entrance on the west wall.

 

Wall switch #2 is in the south-west corner.

 

Wall switch #3 is opposite the box that you shot for ammo.

 

Wall switch #4 is in the south-east corner.

 

Wall switch #5 is in the north-east corner.

 

Pull them all. They raise five blocks in the middle of the room. Move the box from the west wall across the raised boxes. I was not sure of any trigger locations so I stopped on every box for a few seconds. One box away from the east wall door and the east wall door opens. Enter the door and go south. Climb up the blocks and pick up a small medipack near the middle of the route.

 

At the top, slide down a slope. Near the bottom, jump up to grab the south wall. A door opens for you. Pull up for secret #11. Go east and shoot a box. Climb down a long ladder and pick up a revolver. Wait and shoot the big insect that flies down to you. Climb the ladder back up and go west to the open door. Run and jump to the slope so that you slide down backwards and can grab the edge. Then safety drop into the room below. You can shoot two empty boxes. Go south and notice a winged creature behind the west wall. The block in the room is moveable. Push the block into the south-west corner of the room and climb onto it to pull down a jump switch on the south wall. Push the block into the south-east corner of the room and climb onto it to pull down a jump switch on the south wall. The door in the middle opens in the south wall. Turn around and shoot a small mutant at the north end of the room.

 

Enter the south tunnel and go to the end. Push in a moveable block as far as possible. Then push the block east to the east wall. Pull back the block to the north so that it is under the trap door. Hop onto the block and pull down the ceiling trap door. Pull up to the alcove and use the floor lever. Get down and go west to the open door. Enter the room and shoot a winged mutant. Shoot the barricades and enter the tunnel and go north. Follow the tunnel and shoot more barricades. In the first alcove is a wall switch. In the second alcove is a large medipack. Pull down the wall switch and wait to shoot a small mutant and pick up Uzi ammo.

 

Then go north to the open door. The pit is safe to drop into. Pull up into the north crawl space. Follow the crawl space to pick up Uzi's, shotgun, crossbow, grenade gun, and a revolver. The gate ahead of you opens. Get out of the crawl space and continue north into a room with a water channel. The west box is empty. The east box contains crossbow explosive ammo. Get into the shallow water and pull up a trap door near the middle of the trench. Get into the water and swim west. Pull up onto a ledge in a large room. Above you can see an enemy. Climb the blocks in the wall to reach the top. Shoot the demigod mutant. Then shoot the winged mutant on the ground floor. Pick up a small medipack from the chest. It opens from the west side. Go down to the floor and use the two wall switches at the side walls. Climb the blocks again and enter the open door in the west wall.

 

Follow the tunnel to the end and jump onto a ledge. Carefully jump down to the lower north-east corner and push the moveable block to the west. Pick up grenade super ammo. Pull up to the top ledge again. Carefully jump down to the lower south-east corner and push the moveable block to the west. Pick up crossbow explosive ammo. Get down to the ground. Go west to the wall and go to the right. Shoot a demigod mutant. Continue west to the corner and face left to the north. Shoot a big insect that flies towards you. Go to the north wall and pick up revolver ammo. Then return south and pull up into an upper west wall tunnel.

 

Go forward and save the game before you use the broken floor lever. Shoot the small mutant that comes down the ramp towards you. Face south and use the crowbar on the broken floor lever. Roll and sprint up the north ramp and through the timed door. If the door closes, reload and try again. The floor lever cannot be reset. Run through the door and drop onto a ledge over a deep room. Go north and the camera view changes. However, wait and the view returns back to normal. Shoot the box at the end to pick up the laser sight. You can see creatures through the glass ceiling above you. There is also a winged mutant in the room to the north. I used the crossbow and laser sight with the poison ammo. Shoot the mutant about twice and stop shooting. Then you can just watch the hit points decrease as the poison works. At the end, the mutant stays there and does not explode. Shoot the barricades and wait to shoot a small mutant that walks around the lower ledge. I probably would have used the poison ammo earlier if I knew that it actually did aomething.

 

Hop down to the north room. Go to the north wall and hop onto the block. Push the moveable block in the tunnel and pick up a large medipack. Continue pushing the block and eventually you push the block into a large room. Go to the east wall for red shotgun shells and Uzi ammo. Return to the block and hop onto the top. Pull down a ceiling trap door. Pull up to the west and into a tunnel. Follow the tunnel north to the end. Drop onto a block overlooking a lava pit. Slide down a slope and jump with no grab onto the block in the corner. Use the poison arrow again to shoot a winged mutant to the east. Just wait and it dies. Slide down a slope and jump with no grab onto the block to the east. Run over a breakable tile to the south block. Run and jump to an east block and pick up blue shotgun shells. The wall ladder leads nowhere. Just stand jump into the water pool at the east wall.

 

Swim east and pull up into a tunnel. Go forward and shoot two rats. Run to the end of the north tunnel for two Uzi ammo. Return and go to the end of the east tunnel and pull down the wall switch. You get a flyby back to a creature in the south tunnel. Go there and shoot a winged mutant. Go to the south tunnel and through the opens doors. Jump into the hole and search the west water trench for a small medipack. Get out and continue to the south wall. Shoot the two boxes for flares. Pull down the wall switch and get a cut scene of a door opening. Turn around and shoot two small mutants and two winged mutants. Go north and east to the open doors.

 

Enter the room and go east to shoot two boxes. Shoot the small mutant on the ledges above you. It can fall to the ground and you can pick up Uzi ammo. Pull back the corner block and use it to get onto the upper ledges. Go to the west ledge and to the wall switch on the south wall. Pull down the wall switch and safety drop to the ground. Go east to the open doors and shoot a winged mutant. Enter the tunnel carefully, as the skeletons mark the location of all tiles with a spike trap. Go onto the north-east corner of the first dark tile. Walk, not run, to the north-east onto the next dark tile and the spikes do not pop up. Repeat this at the next corners of the dark tiles to the south-east. Save after each successful walk. Continue this until you reach the end room.

 

Pull up onto the mound and pick up grenade frag ammo. Walk east onto the dark tile and save the game. Pick up a Door Key. Turn around and shoot two winged mutants and three small mutants. Do not use grenade ammo or you also catch fire and die. Drop down and go into the open door. Go forward and a trap door opens at the end. The trap door did not open immediately and you have to wait for it. This forces you to fight rather than just run away.

 

Drop into the water below. If you search the area you can shoot a small mutant. Go east and climb up onto a ledge. Shoot the winged mutant at the far end. Go east and pick up crossbow explosive ammo. Shoot another winged mutant. Go south and jump over a spike pit. Continue and jump over a lava pit. Go to the edge of a large lava room and shoot another winged mutant. Shoot all the barricades in the room. Slide down and jump to grab the top of a slope. Shimmy to the right and pull up. Slide down and jump with a right curve to land on a safe ledge. Run and jump to the south ledge. Push the block to the west wall. Pick up Natla's Scion (called Load) that was under the block. The door opens. Enter the tunnel to shoot a small mutant.

 

Enter the next room and shoot two winged mutants. Go up the ramp and shoot a small mutant. Jump over the gap and onto the south ledge. Go to the hole and climb down the ladder. Turn around and push the moveable block into a tunnel. Hop over the block and go to the end of the tunnel. Go forward and pick up grenade ultra ammo. You enter a large open area with a hill in the middle. You have a choice.

 

Choice 1: Shoot several small mutants, demigod mutants, winged mutants, and very tough mutants. Run towards the south wall and the level ends.

 

Choice 2: Ignore the enemies and just run towards the south wall and the level ends.

 

I never found a use for that last Door Key.
