You start by sliding down a slope and stop near some trees. Go east and Lara looks at something on the high hill.  Continue east to a tree and then pull up onto the south block with a tree. You can see a crawl space and a crevice in the north wall. Stand jump to grab the crevice and shimmy to the left. Pull up into a crawl space and go north and stand up. Go east to shoot a guard and pick up the laser sight. Return to the west and notice a target in the far south cave. Slide down south to the ground. Go south and pick up a small medipack from the ice that breaks under you. Continue south and be careful of falling icicles. You come to an ice wall and can see a snowmobile on the other side. Go west past the ice wall and a snowy slope. Look for a triangular hole in the south wall. Crawl inside a small cave for a small medipack.

 

Crawl out again and go straight north into a small cave. Be careful of falling icicles as you enter the cave. Hop up onto the north-west corner block. Push a moveable block into the north wall. Pick up the revolver from the floor. Exit and enter a short tunnel to the north-east to see a closed trap door. Exit the cave and go east back to the crawl space you saw earlier. Go east to the wall behind the tree and pull up into the north wall crawl space. Follow the tunnel and stand up at the end. You overlook a very steep snowy slope over a deep deadly pit.

 

Slide backwards down the slope and grab the edge. Shimmy to the right and pull up onto a ledge. Face south and side jump to the right. Land on a slope and slide down to grab the edge. Shimmy to the right as far as possible. Pull up, back flip, roll, and jump with a left curve to grab the wall with the green vines. Climb the wall and shimmy to the left. Back flip into a small alcove. Pick up secret #1 and Aris Crystal. Look to the north-east and see a sloped ledge on the north wall. Run and jump to land on the sloped ledge and jump to land on the flat ledge near the snowy slope. Shoot a guard at the top of the slope.

 

Jump over the snowy slope to the south. Stand jump to a higher south block. Stand jump over the pit to the cave to the east. Near the middle of the east wall you can find revolver ammo. Run and jump back over the pit and go to the west wall. Go south and push in a moveable block. Climb the west wall and pull up into a crawl space. Drop on the west side and slide back down to the tree on the ledge. Jump to grab the north wall crevice again and shimmy left. Pull up into a crawl space. Go north to stand up and turn around. Combine the revolver and laser sight and shoot the target in the far south cave. You may also see a wolf on the hill above the cave. Slide down and shoot a guard. Go west and north back into the cave. Go back into the short tunnel with the trap door and the trap door is now open.

 

Climb down the wall in the hole. Go north and see a small medipack to the north-west. The author gave me the answer here as I always got stuck. Crawl in there at a 45 degree angle, pick up the small medipack, and immediately crawl back out at the same angle. If you move around in the tight space, you can get stuck and need to reload. Jump over the barbed wire pit to the north-east ledge. Shoot a guard and hop onto the north-east corner ledge for revolver ammo. Go south into a small room. Search a cabinet for red shotgun shells. Return to the ledge and look down to the west. Stand jump with grab to glide into the alcove. Pick up the Vent Key from the floor. Stand jump to the north-east to glide over the barbed wire. Although you may take some non-fatal damage.

 

Enter the north opening and crawl up the west tunnel. You emerge onto a ledge over a deep pit. Stand at the outside corner and you may be able to shoot two guards shooting at you from the high south ledge. If not, you can shoot them later. Go to the east wall and grab the crevice. Shimmy to the right and around the corner. Get into the climbing position, back flip, roll, and grab the ledge behind you. Keep to the middle of the ledge or Lara cannot pull up. Pull up onto the ledge and go to the north side. Look around the corner and see a slope. Do a diagonal run and jump with a left curve to the right side of that slope. Slide down and grab the edge. This is very hard because the starting ledge is not flat and the ceiling will hit your head if you run onto the left side of the slope.

 

Shimmy left and pull up into an alcove. Use the revolver and laser sight to shoot a guard shooting at you from the upper north-west ledge. Turn to the east and back flip to the slope again. Jump forward to grab the green ceiling. Then monkey swing north and drop into a tunnel. Go to the end and use CTRL to kick open the lower ice wall. Go through the crawl space and drop on the other side. Pick up revolver ammo. Run and jump to the east to grab the upper wall with a green vine. Climb up to the top but do not pull up onto the ledge. Just back flip three times to get out of the range of the sentry guns at the east wall. If you pull up onto the ledge, three guards appear to the south ice ledges. If you shoot the guards, one of them will leave revolver ammo. The author noted the location of the guard trigger tile. Go to the west edge and run and jump to grab the ledge to the south. Shimmy to the right and pull up. Run and jump to the west ledge where the guard was earlier. Go south and pick up a large medipack. Jump back to the east and jump south over the slope to another flat area. Be careful of the barbed wire as you kick in another ice wall.

 

Get into the crawl space. Crawl south and then west up a slope into an alcove. Pick up the crowbar and crawl back out. Stand up and watch out for falling icicles. Follow the tunnel east until you find a closed grate. Use the crowbar to open the grate. Carefully enter the alcove and be careful for falling icicles. Pull up into a north wall crawl space. Go forward and you are behind the sentry guns. Use the revolver and laser sight to destroy the nearest sentry gun above you. Stay near the south wall and destroy the sentry gun to the far north. If you go north too much, the north sentry gun turns and shoots at you.

 

When both sentry guns are destroyed go to the west edge near the first sentry gun. Turn around and drop and grab the edge. Release and pull down a jump switch on the wall. You get a cut scene of a gate opening. Slide down a slope to land on a ledge. Pull up to a higher west ledge. Stand jump north-west to the ledge before the monkey swing. Run and jump east to grab the lower ledge. Shimmy to the left and drop on the ledge where you entered this area. Go north and look at an alcove to the north-east. Run and jump with grab to land in that alcove. Jump through the triangular opening in the north-east. Enter the open gate for secret #2 and the Brev Crystal. Safety drop to the ledge below. Slide down the sloped to the ground. Ignore the medipack and run to the west to avoid a falling ball. Then return to pick up a small medipack. The pit in the middle of the floor is deadly. Go to the south-west and find an alcove with a breakable ice floor. Run into the alcove to break the ice and then run out again.

 

Hop backwards into the hole. Slide backwards down the slopes and drop onto a flat ledge. Stand jump to the west. Then stand jump to the upper south-west ledge for revolver ammo. Go back to the first flat ledge and continue sliding down the slopes to the bottom and shoot a wolf. Stand jump into an alcove in the upper south-west corner and pick up flares. You can get stuck here, so save the game before entering the alcove. There are two solutions to the next problem.

 

Author's solution: Go west into a crawl space. Hang from the end and shimmy to the left to the west wall. Pull up and quickly turn to the south-east. Stand jump with grab to glide into the lower alcove. The ball drops into the pit with the barbed wire. Pick up the small medipack and stand at the edge of the pit. Stand jump to the north-west to grab the north ledge and pull up.

 

My solution: Go west into a crawl space. Hang from the end and shimmy to the left. Stay near a wall and not at the middle of the north ledge. Pull up and you are facing north. Run forward and jump and you can get over the rolling ball that is rolling towards you. The ball drops into the pit with the barbed wire. The author's solution is easier.

 

The icicles never dropped. Go north to the end and turn around. Pull down the jump switch on the upper south wall. You get a cut scene of a gate opening somewhere. Exit and shimmy back to the ledge.

 

Run and jump over the barbed wire to the east. Hop into a small overhang and pick up a large medipack. Go to the north-east corner. Back flip onto the east wall slope and jump forward to pull down a jump switch. You get a cut scene of a rope. Go west and jump over the barbed wire again. Go to the snowy bump in the south-west corner and face east. Stand jump onto the east slope and then jump forward with a right curve to grab the upper south ledge. Turn to the north-east and run and jump to grab the rope. Ignore the building and guard for now. Swing to the east and release to land on a ledge. Notice the barbed wire before the building ledge. Jump south through an opening onto the snowy ledge behind the ice wall. Go west and pick up a Guardhouse Pass. Return to the entrance but do not exit yet.

 

Pull up to the south wall and go west to enter the open gate. Crawl forward and stand at the top of a large pit with barbed wire at the bottom. Go to the lower ledge to the south-west. Turn around and shoot the guard on the lower ledge behind you. Look east and see two slopes facing each other. Behind them are two slopes facing away from you and with a low gap between them. You need full health for this. Run and jump with grab to land on the slopes facing each other and bounce between them. Use a curve to get towards the gap. Slide down one side so that you can jump higher on the opposite side. Jump forward with a curve into the gap and onto a slope. Jump forward and grab the middle south slope above the barbed wire. You can save while pulling up onto the slope. Shimmy to the right edge. Pull up, back flip, roll, and jump with a left curve onto the slope facing you. Then back flip onto the flat ledge in the south west corner. Stand at the south wall and stand jump to grab the floating ice platform. Pull up for secret #3 and Cari Crystal. Stand jump north to grab a wall and climb up into the tunnel. Follow the tunnel to the end and stand on a breakable ice ledge. Drop down back to the gate where you entered.

 

Exit and slide down the snowy slope and go to the entrance. Jump over to the rocky north ledge. Back flip off the slope near the barbed wire and jump forward into the building entrance. Shoot the guard and use the Guardhouse Pass to open the door. Enter the room and go north. Search the cabinet for revolver ammo and the shotgun. Climb the boxes to the left of the cabinet and follow the crawl space to the west. Drop on the other side. Pick up a small medipack from the floor. I could not get the medipack on the shelf. Use the revolver and laser sight to shoot a brown ball that is hidden behind the hanging pieces of meat. Return through the crawl space and drop back into the room. Notice that a door has open in the east wall. Also notice a grate in the ceiling above the boxes.

 

Go east and enter the open door. Follow the tunnel and open the brown door. Enter a shoot a guard and pick up a large medipack. Go to the end and kick open the red door. Shoot the fuse panel and save the game for a timed run. There is actually a lot of time. Pull down the switch, roll, and run out the door. You get a cut scene of a trap door opening. Exit back to the first room and jump onto the boxes below the grate. Pull up through the open trap door before it closes. Shoot the guard that is in the room. Go up the steps and shoot another guard. Shoot the grate in the upper east wall and notice a trap door at the top. Continue up the steps but do not enter the doorway.  Shoot another grate to your left in the east wall. Jump there and shoot a fuse panel.  Pull down the switch and run back to the first east wall opening. This switch did not seem to be timed.

 

Above you are deadly lasers in the tunnels. Pull up to the east opening and run east and enter the first tunnel to the right to avoid the lasers. Stop inside the opening, as there are moving lasers on the other side. When the laser goes to the west, run east again into a second opening to the right. Shoot the fuse panel and pull down the switch. You get a cut scene of lasers stopped in a room. Return to the first opening and go south into the room with the stopped lasers. Run to the right and around the consoles. Go east to pull up into an opening for red shotgun shells. Get into the next south opening and drop into the last trench. Go west to the end and pull up into an upper south wall crawl space. Pick up a large medipack and revolver ammo.  Return east and light a flare to see a receptacle on the north console. Place the Vent Key in the receptacle and get a cut scene of a trap door dropping. Carefully exit past the lasers and return to the alcove where you entered. This time, pull up into the north tunnel when the laser goes south. Run to the end and turn into the alcove to the right. Pick up the Furnace Fuse from the floor and return to the room and the steps.

 

Now continue up the steps and through the doorway. Take either steps and open either door. Both doors enter into the same room. Shoot two guards in the room. On one attempt the guards were trying to get through a door and I could not open it. I guess that is why there are two doors. Hop onto a console between the doors for red shotgun shells. Go north into the alcove and find the open trap door. Climb the back wall and back flip onto a ledge. You can see a secret and a flame emitter to your left. Go east and pull up onto a higher north ledge. Turn to the east and face fire emitters at the east wall. Do not get too close to the edge as they can set you on fire.

 

When the left fire emitter is stopped, run and jump to grab the east ledge. Shimmy to the left and pull up into the crawl space. Crawl north and drop into the next room. Place the Furnace Fuse in the machine. The fire emitters have stopped. Go to the north-east corner and pull down the north wall jump switch hidden behind the pipes. You get a cut scene of a trap door dropping. Pull back up onto the ledge and crawl south. Stand up and jump to the ledge in the corner. The floor in the pit below you is still deadly. Above you is the open trap door. Pull up into the corridor to the north.

 

Follow the corridor and shoot a guard. Go to the console at the end of the corridor and turn around. Pull down a jump switch above your head to the south. Go south and climb down into the hole where the fire emitter was located. Enter the small alcove and pick up secret #4 and the Dove Crystal. Climb the black wall back up into the corridor. Stand with your back to the south wall. Look above the hole and use the revolver and laser sight to shoot a high grate on the north wall. Back flip onto the south slope and jump forward to grab the newly created crawl space. Crawl inside and shoot the next grate. Crawl out into the room and shoot a guard.

 

Open the door in front of you. The room just seems to be a closet containing an urinal. Hop onto the boxes at the south wall. Pull back the west box. Get behind the box and pick up a large medipack from the window. The crawl space in the south wall leads back to the starting area. Go to north-east corner of the room and pull down the jump switch on the east wall. Return to the closet with the urinal and a wall has dropped. Get into the alcove and pull down the wall switch. You get a cut scene of a trap door opening. Exit the closet and look to the upper north wall to the left of the closet door. Shoot the grate and pull up into the crawl space. Run down the tunnel towards the open door and the level ends.
