You start in a very dark corridor. Go west to a
T-junction. Take either branch and enter a dark room with two closed doors and
a throne. Notice the picture on the east wall. Between the picture and the
throne, you can find Uzi ammo on the dark
floor. Pick up red shotgun shells in the
north-east corner behind a plant. I could not pick up the ammo near the throne
in the west wall alcove. To the left of the throne is a filled receptacle. To
the right of the throne is an empty receptacle. Go to the left side of the
throne and pull down a jump switch on the south wall in the dark alcove. You
get a cut scene showing the open door. Go up the steps to enter the room and
the door closes.
At the west wall is another throne on a raised
platform. Shoot the two boxes to the left of the platform and pick up a shotgun. Go to the right of the platform. Pull down
the jump switch on the north wall in the north-west corner. This opens the door
for a quick escape. Shoot the boxes to the right of the platform and pick up Pharos Knot. Immediately many beetles swarm off the platform to attack you. Turn and run east out
the open door. Turn to the right and place the Pharos Knot in the empty
receptacle. Go to the east wall and drop into the hole that has appeared below
the picture. Go west and do a long drop into water. The beetles may follow you.
Dive into the water and pull open the underwater
door in the north wall. It is not a large maze, just a few small alcoves. Just
follow the tunnel. In a north wall
alcove behind a hanging plant you can find a small
medipack. Continue to follow the tunnel and swim down into a hole.
Follow another lower east wall tunnel to where the tunnel branches behind a
hanging plant. Swim into the north branch. The east branch leads to an empty
room where you can get some air. Follow the tunnel and swim past a few wall
murals. Eventually you pull up into a large dark room.
Shoot the skeleton
into the water. Or just run east and up the steps and the skeleton ignores you.
You can shoot the empty boxes at the west wall. Pull down the jump switch on
the west wall. It is behind the box to the right of the water entrance. A block
rises on the platform to the east. Go behind the raised block and use the
reach-in switch in the east wall. Hop onto the raised block and stand jump
forward to grab an upper crawl space to the west. Crawl through and enter a
small room. Search the two sarcophagi for six Uzi ammo.
Exit the room and drop into the room below. Go back into the water and swim
back through the underwater door back to where you fell into the water from
above.
Pull up to the west and into another dark corridor.
Go to the west end and climb the wall. Pull up into another corridor. Go north
and shoot two boxes for two Uzi ammo. Continue
north and go through the open doors. You get a flyby of the room showing you an
empty receptacle and a hanging rope. You can see three closed doors in the
north wall. Pick up the blue shotgun shells on
the floor beside you. Enter the room and the doors close behind you. Go to the
north-west corner and pick up blue shotgun shells.
Turn around and shoot a harpy. Dive into the
central water pool and pick up the Horseman's Gem.
Go to the south-east corner and pick up red shotgun
shells from the floor. Go to the south-west corner alcove and climb the
east wall. Pull up onto a ledge over the entrance.
Forget about the rope from here. Run and jump to
the north-east to land on the east ledge. Place the Horseman’s Gem in the empty
receptacle. You get a cut scene showing a small door opening in the north wall.
Run and jump to the north-west and land on the north ledge. Light a flare and
see a crawl space in the north wall. Follow the crawl space to a small room. Go
to the east wall and open the sarcophagus to get the Hathor
Effigy. Crawl back out and run and jump back onto the east ledge with
the receptacles.
Adjust for the receptacle in the wall and run and
jump to grab the rope. Swing to the west and drop onto the west ledge. Go west
and you can shoot two empty boxes. The two sarcophagi in the corridor are also
empty. Go north and enter a cave area. Shoot a harpy
and go to the north side of the entrance archway. Climb the ladder and pull up
onto the archway. Go south and pick up three Uzi ammo.
Safety drop to the ground and continue to the west into a room with pillars. Go
into the north-east corner and pick up two Uzi ammo.
Go to the west wall and pick up an Uzi. Turn
around and shoot two harpies. Open the
sarcophagus to get the Ornate Handle. Exit the
room and return to the ledge.
Safety drop into the room. Go into the north-east
corner and enter the open small door. Go to the end of the tunnel and pick up a
small medipack. Exit back to the room with the
rope. Go into the north-west corner and enter the open small door. Go to the
end of the tunnel and make the Portal Guardian to place on the post. Exit back
to the room with the rope. The large doors in the north wall are open.
Go down the north corridor to the top of some
steps. In front of you is a flooded room. Jump to the grab a crawl space in the
east wall to the east of the entrance steps. Crawl to the back of the crawl
space and pick up three red shotgun shells.
Crawl out and drop into the water. Swim north and pull up onto the steps. The
two boxes are empty. Go to the north-east corner and grab the crevice in the
north wall. Shimmy to the right and pull down a jump switch. You get a cut
scene of the doors opening back on that upper west ledge. Swim south and pull
up and exit the room. You may notice a closed underwater door in the south-east
corner of the flooded room.
Climb the wall in the south-west corner again. Run
and jump to the east ledge. Use the rope again and jump onto the west ledge. Go
west and take the south corridor. Go through the open doors and run over the
spike trap. The spikes pop up after you are over the trap. Follow the corridor
to the closed doors at the end. Pull up into the crawl space in the north wall.
Follow the crawl space to the end. Pull up into another crawl space in the
upper south wall. You emerge onto a ledge over a room. Grab the edge and shimmy
to the right onto the next ledge. Follow the ledge to the end and run and jump
to grab a ledge with a column. Shimmy around the corner to the right and pull
up. Grab the edge again and shimmy to the right. Go around the corner and drop
to pull down a jump switch. You get a cut scene of the underwater door opening.
Turn around and shoot a demigod.
Go east and exit the room. Sprint through the
spikes to reduce damage. Safety drop into the room below and go north back to
the flooded room. Swim through the open underwater door and pick up the Horseman's Gem from the floor. Swim back out and pull
up onto the steps. Go south to the room with the rope. Climb the wall in the south-west
corner again. Run and jump to the east ledge. Use the rope again and jump onto
the west ledge. Go west and take the south corridor. Sprint through the spikes
to reduce damage. Enter the room again and go to the north to shoot a demigod. Now go to the south and shoot a second demigod.
Pace the Horseman's gem in the receptacle in the
north column. A door opens in the upper north-west ledge. Return to the door
entrance and enter the crawl space in the north wall again. Follow the crawl
space to the end. Pull up into another crawl space in the upper south wall. You
emerge onto a ledge over the room again. Grab the edge and shimmy to the right
onto the next ledge. Follow the ledge to the end and run and jump to grab a
ledge with a column. Shimmy around the corner to the right and pull up. Grab
the edge again and shimmy to the right. Go around the corner and continue
shimmy to the right until you can pull up onto a ledge.
Follow the ledge and shimmy under a block. Continue
and shimmy around the top of a block. Follow the ledge to the end and run and
jump to grab a ledge with a column. Shimmy around the corner to the right and
pull up. Go to the north-west corner and pick up a large
medipack. Grab the crevice at the north wall and shimmy around the
corners to the right. This was rather hard and took a few tries to get around
the column. Try stand jumping to grab the crevice as close to the column as
possible. Drop onto the north ledge and use the reach-in switch. Safety drop to
the floor and enter the open doors in the west wall. Take either path around
the central wall and the game ends.
