Invasion of the Purple Spacepigs

You start by sliding down a slope and drop into a
room. You can see a corridor behind you. Run forward for a normal camera view.
There are two key locks and a closed door in the west wall. There is a tunnel
in the north-west corner. Go behind the structure to the east and see a keycard
reader and a closed door. Go south near the corridor and shoot two spacepigs. Follow the corridor to a room with a
statue of Lara. Go north from the room entrance and pull up into a crawl space.
Crawl to the end for two Uzi ammo and secret #1. Crawl back out and return west through
the corridor to the starting room.
Follow the south wall corridor to a room and shoot
a spacepig. Go behind the structure to use a
floor lever. You get a cut scene of a gate opening. Go up the steps and jump
onto a floor grate to the west. Enter the corridor and see the open gate. Hop
back onto the floor grate and shoot an attacking spacepig.
Enter the corridor and follow the tunnel to a ramp. Go down the ramp and you
are on a grate over deadly water. Shoot the barricades and the spacepig on the north platform in the water. Run and
jump onto the north platform. Start the jump back from the edge of the grate so
that you do not hit your head on the pipes above the platform. Run and jump to
grab the top of the slope to the south. Pull up, slide down, and jump to grab
the crevice in the south wall. Shimmy to the left and pull up onto a grate. A
fire starts on the corner grate.
Stand jump over the fire and into the tunnel. Go
south and drop into a room to shoot a spacepig.
Notice three different tiles on the floor. Go south and run into the east
corridor. You get a cut scene of three blocks rising in the room ahead of you.
Notice another set of three different tiles on the floor. The blocks are timed
of course. When the blocks drop, go back to the room entrance and run over the
six different tiles to raise the blocks again. Sprint over the six tiles and
jump onto the middle block. Run and jump to grab the column in the water. Pull
up and stand jump to the next raised block. Run and jump to the east and into a
corridor to pick up the Silver Key with a red
tag. Run and jump down to the column. Run and jump to the ledge and back to the
entrance room. Exit the room as all the raised blocks lead to the same corridor
and the other blocks can be ignored.
Go north and notice that the water is safe now.
Dive into the safe water and and swim back to the north platform. Run and jump
to the grate to the east. Run and jump to grab the edge of the tunnel in the
east wall. Follow the tunnel to a room with moving red lasers. Time you run
under the lasers when they rise. The lasers only cause small damage. Go to the
east wall and pull down the wall switch. A door opens in the alcove to the
north. Go there and pick up the Hypostyle Key
with the green tag. Return and enter a south wall tunnel between the lasers and
pick up a small medipack. Go through the lasers
again and dive back into the water, Pull up on the north platform again. Run
and jump back to the grate at the entrance. Go up the ramp and follow the
tunnel to the floor grate. Drop to the floor and exit out the north tunnel back
to the starting room.
Use the two keys in the key locks on the west wall
to open the inner and outer doors in the west wall. Enter the room and stand on
the blue block. Pull up into a tunnel above your head to the east. The tunnel
is actually filled with water. Swim east and up into a flooded room. Swim north
and up into another tunnel. Swim east and pull up onto any ledge. Notice a
ladder on the east wall. That is for later. Go north and see a closed door. Go
west and climb the ladder and pull up into a tunnel. Go to the end and step
onto a different tile. You get a cut scene of a gate opening. Return and drop
down into the corridor. Go to the water entrance and climb the ladder on the
east wall. Go through the open gate and step onto another different tile. You
hear a timed door open. Return to the ladder and drop down onto the ledge. Jump
over the water into the north corridor and enter the timed door before the door
closes.
Go up the ramp and get a flyby of a deep pit. Go
east and grab the side of the edge. Shimmy to the left to the east wall and
release to grab a crawl space below you. Pull up into the crawl space and crawl
through to the end. Drop into a small room. Go to the south wall and press a
huge wall button. You get a cut scene of the deep pit and a blue bridge has
appeared. Crawl out and drop onto the blue bridge. Go to the end and stand at
the north wall and face east. Back flip onto the slope behind you. Jump forward
with a left curve to land on the north ledge.
Go west and enter a tunnel to shoot a spacepig. Go past a closed gate and turn the corner to
see a wall switch. Pull down the wall switch and the gate in the west wall
opens. Be careful of the slope and jump into the new room. Shoot the robot and a spacepig.
Enter the west corridor and be careful of fire emitters. Go to the north-west
corner for a large medipack. Turn around and
shoot a spacepig. Go to the south-west corner
for a keycard. Turn around and shoot a spacepig. Careful exit through the fire emitters back
to the room entrance.
Jump over the slope to the wall switch area again.
Go south and slide down the left slope to land on a flat area. Pick up an Uzi for secret #2.
Jump to the north-west onto the longer slope. Slide to the bottom and climb
down the ladder. Go south to exit the room. Turn around and shoot a spacepig sneaking up behind you. You are back in the
starting room to shoot another spacepig. Go
behind the structure to the east. Use the keycard to open the door in the east
end of the tunnel.
Enter the tunnel and see a wall switch and a sign
that says "Are you sure?” Pull down the wall switch and the door to the
east opens. Enter the next room and see a wall switch and a sign that says
"Are you really sure?” Pull down the wall switch and the door to the east
opens. Enter the door and run down a tunnel as an earthquake starts. This is
probably the self-destruct mentioned in the author's story. Follow the tunnel
and slide down a slope as the level ends.
