It is all in black and white like an old 1935 movie. Pick up the Desert Eagle (1) from the floor to the right. Go forward and under the arch turn right. In the room there, kill two rats (1,2) and a guard (3) who drops the K2 Key (2). Go back and look around for another guard (4) to kill. Go right to a room with a 1960's Corvette and shoot and eagle (5) flying around. Go left through a tunnel to a room with a smoking Corvette. Kill an eagle (6) and pull up onto the roof. Kill a guard (7) who drops the Smugglers Key (3). Through the skylight, you see a machine moving around. To the right is a closed door. Go back to the other room and go into the left upper tunnel. As you exit a crawlspace, pull guns and shoot at the guard who falls off the roof in front of you. He falls to the ground OK in a fall that would kill Lara.

Go to the right edge of the balcony and look down. You see scaffolding and part way down in a partially covered landing. What worked for me was to stand at the middle of balcony right edge, angle left slightly, jump back and just run off the edge with no jump or grab. After a few tries with angle adjustment you land on that landing. Jump back and grab. Then climb down the ladder to the ground area. Kill an attacking eagle (8). Go to the box in front of the Corvette and kill the guard (9) in the tunnel in the right wall. Then go into the dead guard's tunnel. Go to the end and dive into some water. Pick up the Grenade Launcher (4) from a corner. Go back to the outside area.

Go to a hole behind boxes in the far corner to press a pushbutton. This opens the door beside the skylight. To get back climb the ladder back to the platform you landed on. Jump to the next block. Turn around and jump and pull up to a thin platform. Turn around and continue this way until you reach the top. Then take a running jump to the balcony where you entered. To get back into the tunnel you have to jump. If you try to pull up onto the block, Lara falls from a great height and dies. Go back to the skylight and enter the door. Kill a guard (10) and pick up three Desert Eagle clips (5,6,7). Notice the covered pushbutton that guard was guarding. Go down the stairs and turn left for a rocket (8). Up to the left is a closed door. Now go to the right to the bottom and be careful of the machine that could kill you.

Go to the movable block on the right wall and pull it back. Get behind it and pull it back to its original position. This way the machine doesn't sneak up on your back. Go around the corner and push a block. Turn left and push the block away from the switch. Pull the switch to uncover the covered pushbutton. Get out and go back to the uncovered pushbutton. Press it to open the door at the top of the left incline. As you through the door a boss character (11) laughs and shoots a sphere of fire at you. The way I beat him was to run and jump up beside him and kill him with the Desert Eagle before he could do much damage. Pick up some grenade shells (9,10) from the floor. Turn and notice a helicopter flying in and land on the next building. From where the boss was, you can jump into a hole and fall into the area below where you kill four rats (12,13,14,15). There are keys on the ground that you cannot pick up. As you run to the closed door the level ends. I never found a use for the keys.
