TR3 - THE GEN 1: LARA'S NEW HOME by DAVID RUKAWA

WALKTHROUGH BY LUCAS (TREEBLE)

 

"Welcome back to my humble abode. Feel free to take a look around." Lara now has a TV on her bedroom, sounds like she's beginning to have one boring life as well... No news on the bathroom and it seems her armory turned into a general storage area (and everything is still packed). Go downstairs. To the left there's a library in the hallway and also the kitchen, which has one nice little garden exiting through the backdoors. To your right, there's a switch that'll open the main door, right by the double gates. Cross them and the level is over.

To the right there's a little chamber for the Scion - or rather, what's left from it - and a little further on the yard, a table and an underground pool. Time to go adventuring...

TR3 - THE GEN 2: RUINS OF NORE by DAVID RUKAWA

Follow the corridor and climb up the wall behind the alarm light on this small room. Kill the guard and climb one more level. Go up the corridor and fall into the water to find a CD and an underwater passage to the left, leading to SECRET #1. Swim back and surface to use the CD on the machine just above. Enter the next area and follow to the left, the second block can be pushed. Push it all the way to find a small room - don't get close to the yellow signs. Just push the button and return.

Enter the new area, push the button and return to the lower part of the room to find the next door open. Pick up the KEY on the ground and return a little more, going back past the CD machine. Use the key on the lock to open the door. Enter, notice the switch behind the case, push the button and climb up the trapdoor. Pull the block of the left and to the side so you reveal a KEY. Go down the trapdoor and use it. This will open the switch-case. Operate it to disable the electricity as shown in a camera hint, then return to the beginning of the level.

Now you can safely go through that passage. Dive in the water hole to the left to find two Shiva statues guarding a door. Go to the left and approach the door and it'll open. Push the switch to open the Shiva door, get back there and go in. A déjà vu feeling might strike you. Kill the masked folk and pick up his key and Desert Eagle. Climb up the column without railings at the top and use the key. The door beneath will open and in there you'll find the INFADA STONE. Return and kill another soldier that has appeared, picking up his KEY. Swim back.

You can crawl in the space opposite to the water hole to find a lot of goodies. Use the key on the door and enter. Behind door number 1 there's the Shotgun and behind door number 2, some goodies. Operate the switch behind the SAM sites to open the door nearby. Pick up the Oxygen Canister to finish the level.

TR3 - THE GEN 3: NIGHTS ON VENICE by DAVID RUKAWA

It starts just like Venice in TR2. Follow to the left and throw the lever in the end to open the double doors nearby. Enter and climb up the wall right opposite to the window to find a crawlspace. Crawl in and shoot the window. Kill the baddie, pick up his KEY and use it on the library you just were to open the trapdoor on top of the window-ladder. Climb up there, throw the lever and kill the guard in the next room, picking up another KEY. Return to the beginning of the level to use it.

Walk through the red curtain to throw a switch. Enter the corridor, throw another switch, return and enter the other room. Crawl and pick up the KEY. Return to the curtain hall. Throw the lever, enter the room and operate another lever. Return to the hall, use the key and climb up the book shelves. There's a lever at the top, operate it and exit through the door right behind. Jump on the red awning and enter the room. Backflip and jump from the slope to reach the top area, where you will throw another switch.

Get down and jump to the balcony across. Kill the guard and go up the ramp. There's a large medipack on the cupboards in the room ahead. Operate the switch on the right, kill the guard and enter the bathroom. Pick up a KEY on the skeleton beneath the shower. Go down the ramp and use the key to open a trapdoor nearby. Go down and enter in the crawlspace on the left. Operate the switch and return to the hall above.

Kill another guard, pick up his YELLOW PASS and go up the ramp. The door to the left is now open. Enter to see a sad pair of skeletons sleeping through eternity together. You can turn some music on to relieve their pain. May them rest in peace...

Go down and drop into the yard beneath the balcony. Use the pass to enter a room full of boxes and nothing else - apparently. Go to the left wall and crawl, on the checkered floor, through the wall (?!) to find the BLUE PASS. Crawl back, enter the library, follow to the left and use it. There's another secret passage on this room - fall through the floor (?!) and approach the door.

TR3 - THE GEN 4: JACQUES' LAIR by DAVID RUKAWA

Run ahead and to the right to find the Uzis. Go up the ramp and throw the lever behind the table to open a door in the hall at the beginning. There are some goodies on the passage to the right. Get back to the beginning, run beneath the wooden bridge and go up the ramp behind it. Cross the wooden bridge and enter the passage to the right. Throw the lever and enter Jacques' hideout. Kill him. Examine his dead body to find a MASK (the one he used in level 1) and a KEY. Use it on the door nearby.

TR3 - THE GEN 5: DAVID'S VALLEY by DAVID RUKAWA

WALKTHROUGH BY LUCAS (TREEBLE)

 

Follow along the corridor and through the crawlspace. Enter the door, which will close right behind you. Throw the two levers and exit quickly. Now go to the other side of the corridor and get outside. Crawl in the space near the key lock to find a KEY. You know where to use it. Throw the lever and reach one camping site. There's a lever in one corner that'll open a door right in the beginning of the level. Get back there and crawl in the new passage. Pick up the Shotgun plus some goodies and throw the lever to open the door.

Kill the raptor, enter the cavern and pick up a KEY on the remains, return and use it. Fall into the water, dive and swim through the underwater passage. Surface, kill Willard and pick up his key. (You can't take the Scion). Swim back and use the key. Kill the raptor and pick up the items from the unfortunates. Follow through the left to reach a waterfall, the wall on the left can be climbed up.

You will find four allies. Follow through the tunnel to the right, then in the area with the waterfalls go to the left and, after that, cross the small lake. Climb up, throw the lever and enter to kill Willard - once again he'll drop a KEY. Use it nearby, and throw the lever to extinguish the fire on the central structure, where you can pick up another KEY - and watch the other door open. Enter and use the key to open the door on the opposite end, then turn around to face the greenery and take one running jump to reach a safe spot. From there, take an angled jump to the snake eye on the wall and then to the opened door.

In the valley, follow ahead and to the right. The central column can be climbed. Up there you'll find a KEY and the Rocket Launcher. Go back down, use the key and throw the lever in the small room. Return to the valley, enter the new room and Lara will greet the allies. Just throw the lever to finish the level.

TR3 - THE GEN 6: AQUATIC AIRPORT by DAVID RUKAWA

WALKTHROUGH BY LUCAS (TREEBLE)

 

Watch out the deadly red laser right behind you. Touch the green laser by the window to open the door nearby. Go down, kill the guards and push the button. Return the way up and cross the door. Don't worry about the alarm, but do mind the lasers. Jump over them to the other side and push the button in the end of the corridor. Enter, kill the guard and operate the switch on the machine. Return, jump over the gaps and operate the switch that was behind the case. Swim to the right, through the passage and fall into the water. Swim across this tunnel to surface inside the plane. Hold on tight! And run to the door.

TR3 - THE GEN 7: GEN OFFICES by DAVID RUKAWA

Push the button on the left to extinguish the fire ahead. Kill the guards and pick up the SWIPE CARD from one of them. Use it ahead and slide to the end.

TR3 - THE GEN 8: THE GEN TOWER by DAVID RUKAWA

You begin the level sliding into the tower. Take care with the mutant on the ground, he can poison you. Push the button behind him and the door nearby will open (the other button will show a guard somewhere else). Before going through that door, though, drop into the hole and kill the guards to safely conquer SECRET #1. Return and now cross the door. Go upstairs and drop in the hole to pick up the Machine Gun. Climb back up and step on the tile on the side of the entrance ramp, this will trigger a door.

Get past it, go up into and office and run through (?!) some shelves. You will reach some sort of pool with a little boat. Ride it and enter on the first opening to the right to open the double doors ahead. Cross it and keep going through the narrow path until you reach one wider area. (
BUG WARNING: Take care not to take the boat off the water. You will have to reload.). Climb up the column to the right, pick up the Enhanced Desert Eagle by the Alien body and throw the switch, enter the small room and push the button to open a case way back. Kill the mutant guardian and return to that place (where you picked up the Machine Gun).

Push the button to disable the wheel machine and pick up the BLUE PASS safely. Return to that room with the alien body and use the pass on the ground floor, the wooden door will open. Push the button to the right to open a door in front of the spot lights. Kill the guard and pick up his ID CARD. Crawl through the opening on the ceiling, operate the switch and exit through the door. Go to the right, open the second office and push the switch on the alcove to open a small grating elsewhere. Go back to where you were, but this time use the ID Card on the door. Enter, crawl in - ignore the door to the left, you'll be back later - kill the blond guard and drop into the lower level.

Jump to the platform and then take one (running) jump (holding down Action) to the slide ahead. Crawl into the burning room, push the switches, but before going through the door, follow through the stairs, finding some goodies and a crawlspace: crawl in, push the switch and return. Drop into the small platform, but before crawling in, jump to the elevator and into the destroyed grate, to find
SECRET #2. Now, get back and into that crawlspace. Drop in the hole to the right, push the buttons to open the elevator and pick up a CARD and see a case opening. Push the buttons to close the elevator and clean the passage to return, climb up to the highest crate and climb up the unmarked wall. At the top, you'll find one alien body and another wall you have to climb up, returning to the door you ignored previously.

Enter that very room and use the card. Pick up the YELLOW PASS and the small grating in front of you will open. Jump and crawl in and follow ahead to meet Pierre. Kill him and pick up his Magnums along with his ID CARD. Use it on the previous room and reach the café. Pick up your guns and get in front of the Cola machine by the windows. This, miraculously, will open the door nearby. Enter and kill Larson, picking up the BLUE PASS he drops. Return to the room with the receptacle and use it, just to meet Pierre once again. Kill him the same way you did before and pick up the CARD on the square pyramid, and use it in the room you met Larson. A trapdoor will open somewhere.

Jump to the elevator and to the passage on the left, returning to the room full of crates. Drop through the hole and find the trapdoor before mentioned, by the elevator. Fall into the water, surface and exit via the opening in the ceiling of the elevator to the left. Use the yellow pass and enter the hallway. Push the button and enter the small office, pick up some goodies and the
SECRET #3 on the crawlspace. Return, the small grate will open as you approach it. Crawl through to the other side, that way you avoid the deadly lasers, and run to the double wooden doors.

TR3 - THE GEN 9: THE END, A HARD ESCAPE by DAVID RUKAWA

WALKTHROUGH BY LUCAS (TREEBLE)

 

Kill the two dragons and Pierre again, picking up his CARD. Use it in the end of the hall and return to the beginning. There's a button. Go up the ramp and operate the switch to open the trapdoor near the button. Crawl in, push the button on the left but before entering, push the one on the right. Enter the new room and operate the switch to disable the deadly red lasers. Now you can safely enter that room, crawl in and jump across to the SECRET #1.

Get down, kill the bald guard and enter the small room on the left. Push the button to open a door on the other entrance from this pit. Get there and pick up the CARD and the BLUE PASS. Use the card on the door behind to find
SECRET #2 (NOTE: it doesn't register, though). Then, return to the pit and use the pass. Crawl in, kill the guard and pick up his ID CARD. Use it on the door right behind you and crawl in the space. Operate the switch. Go to the left of the hangar, push another switch and crawl in to push yet another switch. Return to the hangar, go up the ramp and operate the last switch. The music says it all. Just enter the hangar.
