Run S around the fire and drop in the hole. Watch a little cutscene and shoot the SE vase for Flares. Push the floor lever and go S through the open door. Go right and pull the statue twice to get in the next room. Push another floor lever which raises a block in the last room. Push the statue to the marked tile and find a Little Medikit right on a block. Go S again and this time left to find a little chamber with a vase with a Large Medikit in it and the Ba Cartouche. Outside again place it in the N receptacle; at the end of the corridor climb the NW ladder, backflip and jump E over the platforms to monkeyswing to the other side, jump to the slope and then to the floor lever. Pushing it opens the exit door; go in and follow the hallway to the Eye Piece 1. Quickly jump back to the passage to avoid a spike boulder. Jump there where it came from and then right to find the Revolver and shoot a S bedouin. Go SW and find a vase with Revolver Ammo and the Eye Piece 2. Pull the floor lever, exit and go ahead to place the combined Eye of Horus in the wall which then opens. You can shoot a bedouin behind you on the wall if you want to. In the next room pull the SW statue on the marked tile, find Flares NE and push the SE floor lever to raise a block NW. On the upper stage a mummy dangers you; just be quickly and shoot the S vase for the Cartouche Piece 1, then jump in the water to avoid the spike boulder. Back up and there where the boulder came from find a floor lever to open an underwater door. In the pool find Revolver Ammo in a middle gap and swim S into a little room with the Cartouche Piece 2. Climb all the way up and jump on the lower E ledge to place the combined Ba Cartouche. Climb back using the ladder and head NW. Climb and jump over the blocks and slopes to reach the E, thereon S ladder. Shoot a bedouin and go first right to slide down a bit, then jump twice over the (deadly) holes. Avoid the floor spikes and receive the Hand of Sirius. Back climb up the new blocks and go ahead to jump left on the floor and jump over the fires to the other side. Climb the blocks for the Hand of Orion and monkeyswing to the exit again. Place both stars in the E receptacles and see a cutscene going through the newly opened door. Go downstairs and crawl left for the Uzis and 2x Uzi Ammo. Slide down and watch the right painting on the wall for a hint on the next puzzle. Pick up the Revolver Ammo and then a Little Medikit in the pool and shoot two bedouin roaming around this area. Push or pull the right statue 3x N, the middle statue 4x N and the left statue 1x W and 2x N to open the exit door. At the end of the passage climb in the high right crawlspace and crawl to the end to find Flares on a block and a floor lever. Back out go through the now open door and get in a little maze: Go left, right and to the end to go on the timed trigger tile. Turn around and sprint back, left and ahead in the next area, then left and find the Ba Cartouche at the end. The door which closed is now open again; go out, ahead and left to place the cartouche. Again run back out, ahead and right on another trigger tile. Pick up Revolver Ammo and sprint out and right to the exit of this maze. In the next room you can find three floor levers opening the doors behind (you have to step on the trigger tile blocks behind them to raise some important blocks):
Pull the left one and pick up the Hand of Sirius. Receptacle - Ba Cartouche
Pull the middle one, shoot a bedouin and take the Ba Cartouche and Revolver Ammo. Receptacle - Hand of Orion
Pull the right one, shoot a bedouin and take the Hand of Orion and Flares. Receptacle - Hand of Sirius
Outside kill another bedouin and pick up his Little Medikit. Place all items in the right receptacles and the S door opens. Jump over the fire gaps, avoiding falling spike boulders. At the end find the Grenade Launcher which opens the last door. Slide down into the dark.
