[Note]: In this level many doors open when you approach, so I'll never make reference to this kind of action. [End note]

 

 

FIRST ANKH

 

In the first room, from the border of the pit take a standing jump to the central ledge and pick up the first Ankh Key; the W door opens so take a running jump there and advance to the next room.

 

SECOND ANKH

 

In this room sprint and jump at the last moment onto the ledge with the pedestal to pick up the second Ankh Key to avoid the rolling balls; wait a bit until the balls stop and continue to the next room.

 

THIRD AND FOURTH ANKHS

 

Jump to the central pillar and take running jumps N and S to pick up two more Ankh Keys, timing the fires. Continue through the W open door.

 

FIFTH ANKH

 

In this room there is a central ledge with a pedestal protected by spikes, and four floor levers in the corners. Look carefully at the symbol under the pedestal and use only the lever with the same symbol to deactivate the spikes and pick up the fifth Ankh Key. Use binoculars if necessary 'cause of the fixed camera.

 

LEVERS AND SPIKES

 

In this room go climbing the ledges and using the levers without the spike holes in the tile to deactivate the next spikes; near the top climb the last ledge from the very left or right side to avoid the rolling balls.

 

MOVEABLE BLOCKS

 

Here you must move the white blocks from the central ledge to the single blocks N and S with the patterned textures. To do this, use the other white moveable blocks in the N and S niches and place them between the single blocks and the central ledge. The door opens.

 

PILLARS WITH BURNERS

 

Jump to the block to your right and take a running jump to the W pillar when the fire is off; quickly jump back and grab the edge, shimmy left and around the corner and hoist up when Lara is at the very SW corner; she can stand up in the corners even when the fires are on. Take a standing jump to the central sloped pillar, slide and jump, timing the fire in the one next to the wall, and repeat the previous manoeuvre to place Lara in the very NW corner; from here time the fire in the last pillar to take a standing jump NW and take a running jump without stopping to the ledge in front of the W door.

 

DEEP PIT AND ROWS OF SPIKES

 

Look to the ceiling to see what row of spikes is safe, and take a running jump there.

 

ROWS OF FIRES

 

Simply time the fires to jump over the dangerous tiles or run over them. Pull the switches to open the door.

 

ROOM FULL OF SPIKES

 

Look at the ceiling to see what tiles are safe and get to the other side. (The same symbols are in the floor, too.)  In the next room, place one of your Ankh Keys in the central pedestal to open the door.

 

DEMIGOD ROOM

 

First pick up the revolver and the uzis from the pedestals near the entrance; you can shoot the vases in this room to get some extra ammo and a small medipack too. Kill the demigod and use the switches in the NW and SW corners to open the door.

 

WATER ROOM

 

Take a standing jump N-NW to the ledge behind the pillar and climb the ladder, shimmy right around the corner and drop; pull all four floor levers to deactivate some spikes below; jump into the water and climb the ledge under the ladder. Place your remaining Ankh Keys in their places to open the W door. In the final room run straight ahead toward the obelisk to finish the level.
