Many thanks to the builder and to vimmers for locating the secrets I'd missed.

 

 

Begin in a pleasant outdoor setting with scattered greenery, a couple of small pools and a closed gate.  Open the treasure chest in the SE alcove for a small medipack.  Kill the colorful macaw that attacks you, then find the wall switch to the left of the closed gate.  Another macaw appears, so kill it before pulling down the switch to open the gate.  Go there and open the treasure chest for the RED KEY

 

Jump into the W pool and swim down to locate shotgun ammo hidden in the NW corner.  Surface and climb out.  To the left of the W pool is a vine-covered wall.  Jump up to grab it, climb up a bit, shift left around the corner and drop down into the alcove for SECRET #1.  Pick up the large medipack and uzi ammo and safety drop to the ground. The larger E pool is for later, so go up the ramp separating the pools to the N wall.  Pull up into the cleverly concealed opening.  Run forward down the passage.  The intersecting passage to your left is for later, so use your Red Key to open the N gate.  Pull up into the opening overlooking the next room, where you're greeted with foreboding music.

 

Wait until the flames subside, then take a standing jump over the stakes onto a corner of the first block.  You'll be safe from the returning flames so long as you stay in that corner.  Time a jump W to the larger and higher block, then take a running jump N to the next block for some shotgun ammo.  Now time a standing jump E down to the corner of the next block, and from there a running jump and grab to the block against the E wall.  Pull up and find the BLUE KEY partially hidden in the plant. 

 

There's a croc in the water, but you'll likely not alert it until you actually dive in.  Swim quickly across to the SW corner, where you can pull out and dispatch the croc.  Now you can swim back for the flares in the NE corner.  Return to the SW corner and pull out.  Pull up N onto the large block.  If you're smart, you won't attempt a direct jump into the S opening.  Instead, jump back E to a corner of the block, then negotiate a running jump and grab over the stakes.  Even at that you'll lose some health as you pull up. 

 

Hop down into the passage and turn right at the intersection.  Use the Blue Key to open the next gate.  Enter a tall room occupied by two dormant skeletons.  There's a bay of wall switches across the room, but don't worry about those now.  Jump onto the ledge that houses the switches, and jump onto the short block S next to the stakes.  Face E and jump to grab the taller column (even though it's not marked as a ladder).  Climb up to the top and you'll notice along the way that the skeletons have awakened down below and are greedily awaiting your return. 

 

Jump E to the next column, then take a running jump and grab N to the final column.  Pull up and take a standing jump NW onto the ledge.   Wait until the first flame blower subsides, then run past it and into the N opening.  Turn right for a small medipack.  Return to the ledge and make your way past the second flame blower.  Pull up onto the NW block for the GREEN KEY, then make your way back down the same way you came.  You have no way to dispose of the skeletons, but you'll be safe atop the bay of wall switches.  You may safely pull only one of those switches (all others will set you aflame), and that one is in the row nearest the W wall, the one on the right.  When you pull it, the exit gate E opens, so dash past the skeletons through the open gateway, turn right at the wall and run to the opening.  When you hop down onto the ramp you'll be safe once again.

 

Jump into the E pool and swim into the E opening.  Follow the passage to its end and pull out into a small clearing.  Open the treasure chest for some shotgun ammo, then use your Green Key to open the gate.  Run up the ramp and into an enclosed beach area.  Watch the flyby and prepare to get down to business. 

 

First, splash into the water and run around a bit to alert no less than six crocs.  There's some uzi ammo near the NE side and a small medipack near the SW side.  After picking up the medipack, pull up W onto the nearby block for some shotgun ammo.  Finally, if you explore the rocks at the SE side you'll alert a macaw.  Now that the indigenous wildlife has been cleared out, go to that tall palm tree near the SE corner.  You can climb it, so do so until you're just past the fronds (and seemingly hanging in mid air).  Turn to face NE (roughly in line with the closed exit gate) and back flip to an upper rock.  Turn around and vault up for SECRET #2.  Pick up the SHOTGUN and face W.

 

You can shoot the two barrels poised on the ledge ahead, one of which reveals an artifact.  To get there, stand with your back to the wall where the tip of the block meets the wall.  Turn slightly to your left, facing that palm tree in the distance, and take a standing jump forward.  Grab an invisible platform, pull up, turn to your left and take a running jump and grab to the W ledge.  Pick up the TOKEN and jump back to the invisible platform after disposing of two macaws

 

Make your way back down and go across to the alcove in the NW corner.  Locate the timed wall switch and pull it down to open the W exit gate.  Side flip left, turn and run around the left side of the rocky obstacle.   Approach the exit gate from an angle so you can jump up into the opening and get through before the gate drops. 

 

You're in another room with a bay of wall switches, a crowbar door and a number of closed gates.  First of all, put that hard-earned Token to use.  Turn left and insert it in the N receptacle.  When the gate lifts, go inside for SECRET #3.  Open the treasure chest for the UZIS, then pick up the uzi ammo.  Shoot the barrels to reveal a small medipack and two more stashes of uzi ammo.  Return to the main room and face the wall switches.  No traps here, but you have to arrange the switches in their proper order to open the various gates (many thanks to vimmers for providing this information).

 

S gate

 

Looking from left to right, pull down the first, fourth and fifth switches.  The gate in the red-tinted S wall opens.  Go through the short passage to the ledge and hop back quickly as a boulder rolls down from your left.  You're faced with a formidable array of pillars, some sloped and some fire-trapped.  Needless to say, the water down below is deadly, so save your game before starting.  Wait for the flames to subside, then take a running jump and grab to the first pillar.  Pull up in the left corner and time a standing jump E to grab the monkey swing.  You can't reach from here the taller pillar against the W wall, and the shorter pillar is boulder trapped.  Follow the monkey bars, timing your way past the wall flame blower, and drop down onto the first pillar against the E wall.

 

The rest is fairly routine.  Make your way clockwise around the periphery of this room, timing the flames as appropriate.  When you reach the sloped pillars, you need to slide and jump from surface to surface until you land on a sloped but stable pillar against the W wall.  The short pillar N is the boulder-trapped one, so take a running jump over it and grab the edge of the taller pillar.  Pull up and take the SILVER BALL.  

 

Face E and take a standing jump to grab an invisible platform.  Pull up and jump to the top of the ledge.  Shoot two bats and face the higher ledge in the N wall.  You obviously need the assistance of another invisible platform to get there.  Stand near the E wall and take a running jump toward the rightmost opening.  You should land safely on top of the invisible platform.  Step forward and take a standing jump into the opening.  Drop down into the lower room and shoot all the barrels.  Pick up the CROSSBOW for SECRET #4 and shoot three bats.  Pick up three quivers of crossbow arrows and exit this room.  Safety drop from the E opening and slide down to the exit passage. Return to the main room.

 

NE gate

 

The first, third and fifth switches should be pulled down, with the others remaining up.  The gate on the left in the E wall opens.  Go inside and follow the passage to a room with a closed gate and three wooden structures at varying heights.   The little white jug hides the CROWBAR.  Take it with you to the main room and open that crowbar door you saw earlier in the S wall.  Shoot the wooden structure and pick up the LASER SIGHT and the REVOLVER.  Return to the previous room and shoot the three wooden structures there with your pistols.  The gate in the N wall opens, so enter and kill the ninja and assassin you'll find inside.

 

There's an opening high in the S wall near the SE corner of this room.  You can see a target inside, so combine your revolver and laser sight and shoot it.  A block rises, enabling you to reach the opening.  Jump down into the room below for SECRET #5.  Open one treasure chest for a small medipack, open the other for some flares.  Pick up the revolver ammo and shatter three sets of bones to raise another block that enables you to exit.  Simply stand in front of the bones and roll continuously while firing a steady stream of bullets with your pistols

 

The three white blocks in the other room are moveable.  Locate the strip of speckled floor tiles you'll find near the W wall, and move the blocks there to form a row.  The SW gate opens, so enter and watch out for the sunken squares, which are spike traps.  Shoot the wooden structure and enter the SW alcove for some shotgun ammo.  A block is raised against the E wall.  Get up on it and shoot the raised white jug against the W well (the one at floor level is empty).  Another block rises beside you.  Get up on it and jump S to the ledge.  Find and pick up the BRASS BALL.  Return to the main room.

 

SE gate

 

Leave the first and fourth switches up, pull down the other three.  The gate on the right in the E wall opens.  Slide down into an outdoor area and shoot the macaw.  In front of you is a canal spanned by a bridge with dart traps and a single flame blower.  The canal is filled with crocodiles, six of them by my count, so don't fall in.  There's no way to get back out, either.  It's not nearly as hard as it looks, however.  Simply crawl along the bridge underneath the darts and the flames, and pull up at the far end.  It's a fairly simply matter to time a run to the GOLDEN BALL, duck while picking it up, and make your way back along the bridge.  Return to the main room.

 

Far N gate

 

Simply pull down the switch on the far right, making sure that the others are up.  The gate in the N wall opens, so go through the connecting passage into the next room.  An assassin and a ninja await you, so pause to deal with them.  The barrels can be shot, but all are empty.  However, the NE jug hides revolver ammo.  The five sets of bones lying about can be shattered as well, so let's do that in case it's important for some reason to do so.  Note the hand receptacles for three metal balls.  Since you now have all three, insert them to open the gate in the W wall.

 

Shoot either or both of the wooden barriers and enter the next area.  Swinging blades greet your arrival, so time a jump past the first two blades and over the spikes.  Enter the open S gateway.  The gate closes behind you, you hear action music and two fire wraiths give chase.  Simply jump into the pool to douse them.  Pull out and shoot the four corner white jugs, one of which hides shotgun ammo.  Open the treasure chest for the GATE KEY.  Shoot the white jug in the NE corner of the pool with your combined revolver and laser sight.  Swim down and pick up the explosive crossbow arrows.

 

Stand facing the E wall, between the two plants with your feet on the outside edge of the pool ledge.  Turn 45 degrees to your left and take a running jump toward the wall.  You should land within a phantom opening.  Follow the passage to the GRENADE GUN for SECRET #6.

 

Now it's time to use that wall switch, which opens the exit gate.  Squeeze past the swinging blades and note the wooden structure in the arc of the last blade.  Shoot it and enter the N crawl space.  Shoot two more wooden structures and open the crowbar door.  Shoot two more wooden structures, stoop to shoot three wooden barriers in the crawl space, and enter the passage.  Open two more crowbar doors, pass a gauntlet of flames (the sunken squares in between are not traps) and finally open one more crowbar door to access SECRET #7.  Step forward and claim two quivers of crossbow arrows, a large medipack, two stashes of shotgun ammo, revolver ammo, two stashes of uzi ammo and a small medipack as your reward for all that hard work.

 

Return the way you came and use your Gate Key to open the W gate.   As you step forward into another outdoor area, a flyby gives you an overview of the tasks ahead. 

 

There's another set of bones here to shatter, so let's do that first.  Now climb up onto the short block against the N wall.  Climb up higher and open the treasure chest for some revolver ammo.  Get back down, but stay away from the treasure near the water, as it's mine-trapped.   As you approach the nearby small medipack, five pirate skeletons are awakened.   You can shoot off their heads with the combined revolver and laser sight, but do so from the safety of the block.  There's a hole in the SW corner of the shallow pool.  Jump in, swim down and follow the passage to SECRET #8.  Pick up the uzi ammo, the shotgun ammo and the large medipack, and return the way you came.

 

Go across the outdoor area to the SE alcove and pull up onto the block N.  Turn to face SE and take a running jump into the higher alcove in the corner.  Take a running jump W and grab the block.  Pull up and take a running jump and grab to the W ledge.  Pull up and climb the ladder on the pillar to your right.  At the top, look around to see three wall switches at this upper level.  Shoot the barrels obstructing the switch in the N wall, then take a running jump (without grab) over there to attract and kill two macaws.  Don't pull the switch there yet, as it's timed.  Jump across to the bridge (not to the previous pillar) and go across to the E side.  Jump to the SE ledge and pull down the wall switch there to lower a rope.

 

Hop down NW to the ledge, jump to grab the rope, turn to your right, swing and jump off onto the NE ledge in front of the next wall switch, and pull it down to lower another rope.  Jump back to the first rope and swing/jump to the NW ledge with the third (timed) wall switch.  Save your game.  Pull down the switch, turn to your right and jump to the second rope, turn to your right to face the timed gate and swing forward.  Jump off on the first swing, as you don't have time to let Lara become "set."  When you arrive in a timely fashion, save your game again so you won't have to repeat this ordeal.

 

Follow the passage to another outdoor area.  A burst of warning music heralds another advancing pirate skeleton.  Two assassins, two ninjas and a knight also protect this area.  You can do nothing about the knight other than stay out of his way.  There are five wall switches in this area.  Three are fairly obvious, two are tucked away on the E side of the valley.  Pull down all five to open the N double gates.  Enter to the soothing sounds of Lara's theme music.  Turn left and run W to end the level.
