Begin by sliding down a long slope.  Run forward, drop down and look left for a floor lever.  Push it to open the W door.  Enter and the door closes behind you.  Vault up and jump over the spike pit.  Run past the approaching mummy and pick up the flares.  Pull up W and grab the small medipack and shotgun ammo.  Run past another mummy in the passage and turn left into the side passage for the SHOTGUN.  Continue along the main passage and pull up left into a crawl space.  When you can stand up, push the face button to open the door at the end of the main passage.

 

Get back down and avoid the mummies while proceeding along the passage (pausing for a small medipack).  Pass a third mummy on your way to the exit.  Hop down and vault up W into the next area.  Jump into the water hole and swim down a long shaft.  Swim into the W opening near the bottom, pass a closed door and swim up the next shaft.  Pull out and push the nearby floor lever.  Get back into the water and swim down to the opened door.  Swim in N and follow the passage up and down until you can pull up into a room with push pieces.

 

The puzzle here involves pulling the back row of pieces two times each, then the front row pieces one time each so you can go around and push the face button in the E wall.  Before starting you can shoot the corner jugs for shotgun ammo and 2 x small medipack.  Get back into the water and swim S to the end.  Turn right and swim up the shaft.  Pull out to find a new opening in the W wall.

 

Climb the ladder to a higher passage.  Take a running jump to the W ladder and pull up. Get into the crawl space and lower Lara down the other side until her feet are planted on the ladder.  Go down a couple of rungs and take a rolling back flip to grab the ladder behind.  Pull up and drop down the other side.  Push the face button, reverse roll  and jump across the gap.  Climb down the other side and enter the doorway you opened.  Light a flare and proceed N to awaken a skeleton.  Run past it and jump up to grab the ceiling.  Monkey swing over the spikes and drop down for a large medipack

 

Hop over the pit and take a running jump over the gap.  Step forward to the edge and take a running jump without grab to clear the next gap.  Step forward, light a flare if necessary and jump up to grab the ceiling.  Monkey swing over the final gap and drop down.  Run forward and pick up the HORSEMAN'S GEM from the raised tile.  Continue to a face button and push it to open the door at the end of the passage.  Vault up and run E into the final room.  Look left in the trench for a floor lever.  Push it to open the exit door.  Go up the ramp toward the exit to end the level.
