You start by sling down a slope and land in a large outdoor area. Turn south and pick up a small medipack. Climb the block in the south-east corner for the shotgun. There is a closed door in the water pool. To the west you can see a crawl space. That also has a closed door inside a cave. Go to the north-west and pick up two red shotgun shells beside a tree. Continue north-west to climb the rocks and enter a tunnel in the west wall. The camera view changes as you enter an area with a tent. Kill two ninjas, one of whom will drop red shotgun shells. Go to the south-west corner for red shotgun shells. Enter the tent for a large medipack and flares. Push the button on the west wall. Pull up to the tent roof and go to the west wall for a small medipack.

Get down and exit back to the starting area. Go to the water pool and swim into the open door. Pick up the Golden Vraeus from the floor. Get out of the water and enter the crawl space at the west wall. Go through and stand up in a cave. In the dark east wall near the entrance is a crawl space for two Uzi ammo. But every time I tried to get it, I got stuck and could not get out, so I ignored it. Go to the west wall and use the Golden Vraeus to open the door. Enter the tunnel and go west. Watch out for the scissors trap in the dark tunnel. You emerge onto a ledge over a pool with a platform.

You can shoot the two ninjas from here in safety. It will take a while, but kill the crocodile before you enter the water. Dive into the water and search the floor for a small medipack and Uzi ammo. Then pull open the underwater door in the north wall. Go north and then go east and swim pass the side branch. Go to the T-junction at the end and loop around to the right. You can pick up flares and get some air. Return and follow the other part of the T-junction and get revolver ammo and some air. Now swim back to the pool for air. Go north and then go east and swim into the side branch. There are three branches to the right. Take the middle branch to pick up a large medipack. Continue to the east in that branch to the end and get some air. Dive in and follow the north tunnel around to get a large medipack and surface.

Pull up into a large dark area. Here is a closed gate in the north wall. Go east and pick up two flares. Continue east and climb the ladder and get into the crawl space. On the other side, stand up and stop. The dark area of the floor in front of you is a fire pit. You will fall through the fake floor and die. Go around on the north edge of the floor and stay close to the wall. The south edge of the floor is part of the trap. The vases are empty but you can pick up two red shotgun shells and Canopic Jar 2 from the ledge. Retrace your path by the north wall and exit back through the crawlspace.

Light a flare to see an empty receptacle in the north wall. Place Canopic Jar 2 and you hear a door open. Go west and find the open door. Enter and push the button on the north wall. You get a cut scene of the room behind the gate that ends back at the water hole. Dive into the water and follow the underwater tunnel. At the first branch turn to the right and then to the right again. Just follow the underwater tunnel and enter an underwater tunnel to the right where a door has open. Follow the underwater tunnel to pull up to a dry tunnel. Go to the end and pick up Uzi's and Canopic Jar 1. Push the button on the wall and swim back to that dark area. On the way back, look for a short tunnel to your right and get a large medipack. At the dark area, the large gate at the north wall is open.

Enter the room and as you go north, a wall rises in front of you. Go east and enter the tunnel in the east wall. You enter a room with a pit filled with four crocodiles. Use the rope to jump across the pit. Climb the wall in the north-east corner and shimmy to the left to a safe ledge. Drop onto the floor and kill five scorpions. Shoot the vases and enter the last alcove for a small medipack and grenade flash ammo. Pull up into a west tunnel. Run down the tunnel and pick up Uzi's and Uzi ammo. Continue down the tunnel to shoot a vase and two ninjas. Continue and drop into a hole on the other side of the wall. Place Canopic Jar 1 in the statue and a gate opens in the north-west. Enter the doorway and slide down a slope. Run down the tunnel as the level ends.
