Turn north to use a floor lever to open the large door. Go north into the large room. Run counter clockwise around the deadly fire pit and go east until you attract and kill three ninjas. Kill them now so they do not annoy you later. Then go to the south-east corner to jump onto a block. Start jumping the blocks to the west and then kill another ninja. On the last block, stand on the south side and jump up to grab the ceiling. Follow the monkey swing and on the last tile, drop onto a column. Jump north to a slope and follow the sloped columns to a flat column. Either jump the sloped columns to the west or do a run, jump and grab to a north column as a shortcut. Continue east until you enter a doorway. Safety drop into a trench and go east. Go into a north alcove for two red shotgun shells and the shotgun. Go east a few more tiles and then roll and run back into the alcove to avoid a spike ball.

Enter a room with a hole in the floor. The vases are empty. Safety drop into the hole and at the bottom, slide down to grab an edge while a spike ball goes over your head. Pull and back flip to a ledge. Run south off the ledge to land on a slope to slide to the floor. Kill a ninja and use binoculars to look around and see many deadly tiles. If you explore the floor area, you will attract two ninjas. Head in a general south-east direction and climb the blocks into an opening of a maze. Get out the shotgun and kill a ninja before he enters the maze and you lose him. In the maze below, E is the entrance, F is a floor lever, S is a secret, M is a large medipack, B is a spike ball and X is the exit.

First go to the floor lever and kill a ninja en route. As you use the floor lever you get a cut scene of a spike ball rolling and falling down a shaft. Turn around and kill the two ninjas shooting you in the back. Then get secret #1, Uzi ammo and the Uzi's. Forget the large medipack because two spike balls will roll over you when you try to get it. Just follow the diagram and head to the exit.

Run into the hole with grab to fall into the tunnel in the east wall. Slide down a slope and follow the tunnel to the end. Drop in the crawl space and go east. Go up the ramp a little and then back into the tunnel to avoid a rolling spike ball. Go up the ramp and face a similar rolling spike ball trap. Go up the ramp and drop down onto a block. Grab the ceiling and monkey swing over the fire. Climb the blocks to a T-junction. Go in either direction and arrive onto a ledge besides a deep pit. The monkey swing is a fake. Go to the central section and safety drop down onto the west ledge that divides the pit. The camera angle changes but roll and run down the ledge. In the middle the camera angle changes to confuse you. At the other end, pull up and face a large open area.

Slide into the area and go to the ladder on the south wall. Be careful, as there is a well-hidden pit in the middle of the floor area as you run towards the ladder. Climb the ladder and drop into the hole in the midle of the ledge. You get secret #2 as you fall into the water. Swim to the bottom and out into a tunnel. Swim to the right and up to the top to enter another tunnel. Swim to the right and surface for air. Now swim back to the bottom for grenade gun, grenade normal ammo, grenade flash ammo, grenade super ammo, large medipack, small medipack, laser sight, and crossbow normal ammo before swimming up for air. Climb the ladder and when it changes to a wall texture, back flip to a block. Climb the blocks and watch out for a pit. Follow the north tunnel and climb down a ladder to drop back into the open area. Go to the north-west corner and enter a tunnel. Part of the way down, light a flare and look up for another tunnel. Run to the end and pick up small medipack, large medipack, grenade normal ammo, grenade flash ammo, grenade super ammo, grenade gun, crossbow normal ammo, crossbow poison ammo, crossbow explosive ammo, crossbow, two blue shotgun shells, two red shotgun shells, and the shotgun. I think this is secret #3 but it did not register.

Return to the lower tunnel and continue west to enter a room with many slope ledges. Jump forward over the slopes until you get to the long horizontal slopes. If you fall and survive, there are blocks in the south-east corner to get you back to the start. Either shimmy or jump between the slopes towards the north. At the end, make a final jump with a curve to get to a flat area on the east side. Jump a few more slopes and get onto a ledge. Pick up Cartouche Piece 1 from the pedestal. Enter the north tunnel and keep following a few tunnels. When you enter a very tall tunnel that goes south, look up to west wall for an opening. Climb the wall and pull up into that opening for a shortcut. However, you can just go south and follow the walls as they spiral inwards and end in a hole. Drop into the water into a large room. Swim to the south-east corner and swim up the tunnel. Follow the long tunnel and just as you are out of air, swim up and pull up into a large cavern.

Go to the south-west corner and climb the blocks to get into a hole in the ceiling and pull up into a room. The higher face tiles are safe but the lower floor face tiles are deadly. Carefully jump the tiles around the room to pick up Cartouche Piece 2. Continue jumping the remaining tiles and pull up onto a block. Jump east to a ledge and then north to a lower block. Jump east to grab a ledge and climb the blocks to the top. Pull up and slide down and jump over a deadly trench as the camera view changes. Continue east and crawl over a hill and slide down the other side. Go south onto a large area with two holes to the floor below. Safety drop into the larger hole and go south-east to the receptacle. Make the Ba Cartouche and use it to open the gate.

Go down a tunnel and drop into a hole. Slide down a slope into another tunnel. At the end, drop into a hole and fall a long ways into water. Swim to the south-east and into an underwater tunnel. At the other end, pull up and run up the ramp. Follow this tunnel and finally pull up into a main tunnel. Go north and a gate opens in the west wall. Enter and run towards another gate that opens. Enter the room and get a flyby of the area. Run around the pillar in front of you and return to wait at the entrance for the spike balls to stop. Go up the slope carefully and try to avoid more falling spike balls. Keep to the right side and you should make it through the gaps. At the top use the floor lever. Return down the slope to the main tunnel. Go left and a gate is open in the east wall.

Hop onto the two east blocks and then use the south-east blocks to get to a monkey swing. Drop onto a flat tile and then run down the hill to enter an open area with a large pool. Go east to kill two ninjas or wait while they come to you. Dive into the water and down the central hole. Follow the underwater tunnel to pull up into a room. Use the floor lever and get a flyby back to the main tunnel and an open door. Enter the north opening and slide down back to the pool. Exit back to the room with the deadly tiles and go to the right. Climb the block and work your way west and then south to the central blocks. Go out the west doorway and turn right. Climb the blocks and enter the room. Do not drop into the hole in the floor or you fall back into the water. Go west and turns towards the coffin and the level ends by crashing to the desktop.
