The Tomb of Qualopec (TR1)

You
start in a tunnel in front of a closed door. Just run down the tunnel and enter a room with a pink floor. Go west up the ramp and then run back to avoid a rolling ball. There is a closed door at the top, but you need to get rid of the ball for later. Go to the north-east corner and pull the wall switch. Turn and kill two crocodiles as the north door opens and releases them. Follow the north tunnel to a 4-way junction. Go east and enter a room. The middle section of the north wall is movable. Push the block in twice. Turn west and push the movable block once. Jump over the spike pit and pull the wall switch. Exit back to the 4-way junction and take the north tunnel. Enter a lower room and go to the switch at the north alcove. You fall into a pit. Turn and kill three dogs. Go up with ramp and pull out the middle block on the south wall. Push it aside and get into the tunnel behind it. Go up the blocks and drop into a hole for a small medipack. Get out and continue up the blocks. Enter a room to pick up a small medipack. Pull the wall switch at the north wall. Drop into the south hole and go south for the 4-way junction.

 

Go west and enter another small room. Pull the north wall switch and then go west into the pit. Enter the south opening and follow the stairs to a column in the pit. Jump south into an opening and just keep climbing blocks to a tunnel. Go to the end drop down to a lower block and go west. Run and jump to a column in the pit. Turn and jump into an opening in the north-east corner. Follow the tunnel to pull a wall switch. Exit and jump back to the column. Another column has risen to the west by the spikes. Jump there and then jump into the opening at the west wall. Pull the wall switch and exit back over the spikes to the pit floor. Go to the east wall and pull up to exit this area. Go back to the 4-way junction and go south.

 

Kill a crocodile and enter the south tunnel. Follow the tunnel to a room of statues and wall darts. Go to the start of the stairs and pull up into an empty alcove to the south. A door opens for you. The floor is a fake and you will fall through to a spike trap. Jump over the floor to the safe south-east corner. Pick up a small medipack. You will hear the secret sound but no secret is registered. Safety drop on the north side and pick up a large medipack. Pull back up and jump over the spikes to exit the room. Then continue west up the stairs.

 

Follow the tunnel to a room. Pick up the Eye Piece and an earthquake happens. Do not move as large balls drop from the ceiling. Then go east and the door opens for you. Run down the ramp back into the starting room. Continue east into the tunnel and the door at the start is now open. Follow the tunnel to a water pool. Dive into the water and swim east through an underwater tunnel. Pull up to a ledge for red shotgun shells and small medipack.

 

Swim back to the first pool and pull up on the north side. There is strange object floating in space. It may have been a dog or a crocodile that didn't make it into the game. You can climb the rocks to the east and follow a tunnel to a closed door. Go north through the caves. Where the cave turns to the east, climb the north rocks to pick up a large medipack. Get down and go east and turn north again. You will reach a tunnel in a white wall. This level has no end trigger so you can just quit any time.
