TRAINING JEEP COURSE
Pick up the jeep keys and drive out of the garage. Turn right and enter the door marked by the "Training Jeep course" writing. Pass the corridor and the shrubbery maze (either go around it, or ahead as far as possible and then turn right or left to get out). Drive up the ramp and jump over the gap. Repeat following the last instruction. Drive down"stairs" and use the last ramp to jump and land on the shrubbery. On the other side of the ramps you can find some gym elements - exit the vehicle and use them to practise some jumps if you want to. When you finish exploring this part, leave through the door that led you here.

OUTSIDE THE MAIN GATES
Drive through the main gate to find the forest. There is nothing to find in there, you can only drive around and see the "Croft Estate" sign by the gates.

SWIMMING POOLS
Drive through the door usually leading to the final part of the assault course (on the E of the garden) to find the swimming pool. You can exit the vehicle and hop into the water to swim around, but there's nothing to find. Exit and pass the next portal on the E to discover another swimming pool. Also, there's nothing you can do down there.

INTO: PART 1
When you decide you've seen enough outside, drive into the house (the entrance opens automatically). Enter the first door on your left and go through the corridor. You are forced to leave your jeep halfway upstairs. Continue through the passage on foot to find the map room with a "shotgun" on the floor. Grab the weapon and get back to the jeep. Drive downstairs back into the main hall and enter the next door on the left. Drive upstairs and find the music room with Winston inside. Pick up the pistols from behind the bed. Optionally, check the bathroom by going through the next door. Go back to the hall. Pass the left W door to behold the aquarium (no, you can't dive in) and the right W to find the living room on the top of the next stairs. Exit the jeep and pick up a TR3 headset from next to the fireplace. Enter the near door to find the bathroom. Get back to the living room and enter the remaining E portal to find the armoury filled with various items. Grab the pink glasses from TR3, binoculars, a revolver, another pair of pistols, one more "shotgun" and the crossbow. Exit through the next door to explore the treasury. Now get back to the main hall and leave S.

INTO: PART 2
Drive into the next hall and through the left door to speed through the dining room, the kitchen and optionally the freezer (I parked the jeep there, haha:D). Back in the hall, go across it to check the living room on the W. After all, leave the room and exit the hall S.

INTO: PART 3
Optionally hop into the water (nothing in there). Check the room behind the E door (nothing as well) and leave into the library hidden behind the W bookcase. On your right, there is another automatic bookcase. Go through it to find the last room (probably a storage). Nothing more to explore in this game.
