Pick up the flares. Go through the raised door, proceed through the corridor and kill a bat at the end of it. In the new room, find a passage to the right of the entrance. Advance to the next room, find a pit and pull the lever hidden in there. That raises an exit grate. Go through it to slide down. The floor is raising, the spikes are getting closer, so run to the opposite hole to hide inside. As the author said in his notes, don't go back (if you avoid the spikes by hiding in the hole you came from, you'll be stuck and have to reload). When you're safe, go upstairs and reach the lava part. For those who don't use DOZY, it's game over. Those who tolerate dozying can look at the further description below.

DOZY to the other side of the pool. Enter the passage and jump over the gap behind its end, to land on the stairs. Watch out for the marked squares, triggering falling spikeballs. If you step on these tiles, don't stop. Go upstairs, find another switch and move it. After you slide down, find another switch in the alcove on the left of the slope. Pull it and climb the ladder to get out of here. Go back to the pool area and go around the lava to get to the revealed passage. At the end of the corridor, turn around, hang on the ledge and shimmy left. Pull up into the new alcove and use the lever hidden inside. You can hear the "secret found" sound. Use the raising sand to get across the pit. Pull the two switches to raise the sand doors and get the Timeless Sands. Pull a switch located in the pit on the right of the falling sand. That raises two blocks you will use later. Now enter the passage on the N. Sprint to the very end and get through the portal before the spikeball blocks it. If you don't make it, don't worry - you can get over the spikeball by jumping sideways (several jumps are required). Light a flare and follow the sandy path in the dark. Be careful, don't fall from it. When you reach the junction, go ahead and proceed through the passage until you can find the edge. Turn NE and use the binoculars. There it is! The second Timeless Sands! Jump over the gap and pick up the item. Go into the E passage. At the end, drop down back to the lava pool area. Backtrack through the raising sand room and to the place you found the first Timeless Sands in. Now you can use both raised blocks to place the keys in the hands of their owners. Go through the exit to finish the level.
