Start by going west into an alcove for flares. On the block beside it, pick up Uzi ammo. Get onto the east ledge and follow it to pick up Uzi's that are hidden in the dark. Go north and see a hole that you cannot enter. Stand to the right of it and pull up into a crawl space. On the other side, follow the tunnel up to an outside area.  Get on the ledge to the east and monkey swing under the bridge structure to the west ledge. Slide down the hole into the area below. You get a flyby of the area ending with an underwater door. Get into the waterfalls and pickup the laser sight and small medipack. Notice a monkey swing going between two openings above you. Go to the south-east corner and behind the block is a pushbutton. Push it and the underwater door opens. Dive in and swim inside the tunnel. Pick up the Ornate Handle and continue swimming. The door ahead opens so enter to pull up into a dark room with many doors and openings.

Go to north-west corner and get into a crawl space. At the end, pick up the grenade gun and exit. The grenade gun is essential. Go to the south-east corner and climb a ladder. At the top use the floor lever and return to the room. The west door has opened. Go there and in route pick up a small medipack by a column. Go up the ramp but be careful of rolling spike balls. At the top, blow up the two mummies and pick up the Horseman's Gem one of them leaves behind. Use it in the receptacle in a nearby column and a floor lever magically appears on the south ledge. Use it and the west door opens. Go inside and pick up the Hathor Effigy and the west door opens. Go inside and look to the south wall near the spikes. Climb down for grenade super ammo. Climb back up and monkey swing over the spikes. Drop down the other side and blow up a mummy who leaves nothing. Climb into an opening in the west wall and face a pit full of spikes. Get into a crawl space to the north of the entrance. At the end, use the floor lever and an earthquake occurs. Exit and find the spike pit is covered by snow.

Go to the receptacle, make the Portal Guardian and use it to open the door. Follow the tunnel and pick up Uzi ammo. Go up the steps and pick up Uzi ammo. Near the top a skeleton wakes up. Jump over him and he follows you down the tunnel. At the end turn left and you can get the skeleton and a mummy with only one grenade. Go over the north bridge to kill a skeleton and pick up a small medipack. Go over the south bridge to kill a skeleton and continue to the south-west to climb some blocks. Monkey swing to the central pillar for grenade shells. Then go west and jump into an alcove and push the floor lever. Get out and drop into the water and quickly swim through the open door in the south-west corner. I found out that if I took too long getting there, the door closed and I could not reset it. Once inside it closes behind you.

Pull up into a room with a door and three pushbuttons. Push the right south-east switch to open the door. The other two switches just create skeletons. Go through the door and climb down into a long corridor. Spikes pop out in several places. Crawl under the first set and climb the blocks to the right. Enter an alcove and use the floor lever and get a cut scene showing the room rotating. Exit the alcove and carefully slide down backwards into a hole in the floor in front of you. Grab the ladder and climb down to a floor lever. Use it and climb back up the ladder. Pull up and back flip to a ledge. The end door is open so crawl under more spikes and enter the door. You face a deep pit with a door on the opposite side. Safety drop into the pit and go east to press a button. The room configuration changes. Pick up a large medipack from the middle and go up the ramps to the other side. Use the floor lever while beetles bite your feet. Get down and use the ladder in the west to climb back to the safety of the first ledge. Use another floor lever that has magically appeared and the door opens. Get over to the door and drop into some water. Swim and pick up a large medipack under a spike trap. Continue swimming to pull up in a room with a mummy and another water hole. Dive into the hole and swim to another room. Use the floor lever in the north-west corner to open the door.

Go through the door and get a flyby of the area with cascading waterfalls. Get into the first whirlpool for a small medipack. Get into the second whirlpool for the Music Scroll. Go north into a tunnel. Go to the end to step on a tile and be instantly raised to a higher level. Follow the tunnel to another fast rising tile. Slide down the small slope and turn right. Pick up a small medipack and go to the end of the tunnel. You are overlooking the room where you started. Do not get down but jump up to a monkey swing. Follow it around the room to an opening in the north wall. Go north and now use the monkey swing you saw a long time ago. At the other opening dive into the water. Swim in the middle to avoid the spikes. Swim around the square on the floor that triggers a spike ball. Swim through the middle of the next spikes and then swim up to a hole. Pull up, go down the tunnel to use the Music Scroll to open the door. A spike trap pops from the ceiling behind you.

Go inside and face a wall. Run around and notice that you need four items. Go to the west side and use the floor lever. By magic, the Pharos Pillar appears to the north on the Horseman's Gem receptacle floor. Use the Pharos Pillar and the Pharos Knot appears at your feet. Use it and the Hathor Effigy and Ornate Handle appear at your feet. Create the Portal Guardian and use it and the Horseman's Gem appears at your feet. Use it and a piece of the center walls rises. Turn around and jump into the water. Swim down the underwater tunnel and the level ends.
