You start by sliding down a slope into a room with two statues and a closed gate in the middle. Turn around with your face to the slope and see an opening at the south-west wall. Run and jump into the hole. Kill a scorpion, then go south and drop into a water hole. Get some shotgun ammo and swim to the next hole to pull out of the water. Turn into the alcove and pull the lever, get a screenie of an opening gate. Back to the hole you first entered and climb the north wall, move to the next wall and drop onto a slope back to the front of the gate you opened.
Go through the opening and come to a deep hole. Run/jump/grab the north crawl space and pull inside. Watch the dart emitter in the short passage and run forward into a broken floor room for shotgun ammo. Back to the passage and climb into a west high crawl space, turn around and drop into a room with four levers and stage with nine tiles. First go into the exit room and step onto a tile, it will burn all nine tiles. Now pull the left front lever to turn off part of the tiles. Carefully step on the stage, reach the lever behind and pull it. Cross the stage and go to the exit room, you're back at the deep hole from the other side.
Run/jump/grab the east opening and pull inside. Watch the dropping spiked boulder from the right and let it roll into a left hole. Stand with your back to the slope, back flip, jump forward, grab the wall and climb up. Run west between the holes and from both sides a spiked boulder has rolled into the holes. Pull the lever, then drop into the hole near to you, notice the closed grate and back up the deep hole. Once again run and jump to east opening, turn around and see a vase in the west alcove. Shoot the vase and the grate opens. Run and jump back to the west opening, follow the new way and come to a place with a pool, two closed grates and two receptacles.
Cross the pool and run into a room, get a flyby showing you a cartouche receptacle. Go around the Egyptian walls for clips. Then climb the west wall but immediately jump forward, grab the ledge and pull up. Jump the east ledge, then grab the wall and shimmy right. Drop and slide down, then pull the lever to turn off a burning ledge. As you can see there is deadly water down the hole, so simply take a standing jump to land out of the hole. Climb again the west Egyptian wall to the top, but now shimmy left, drop and slide down, pull the lever. A grate opens at the north wall. As you did before, jump down the hole and once again climb to the top of the ledges.
Run and jump north into the opening. Climb up the wall, step out, then run and jump the south-west ledge. Climb the wall and near the ceiling back flip to land onto a ledge behind. Jump the north ledge and go to the lever. As soon as you pull the lever a timed grate opens. Run forward, jump above the fire, at the end crawl into a crawl space. Climb the east opening and little bit further climb the exit ceiling. Go to the lever and pull it, get a screenie of the deadly water which now has become normal. Drop through the hole near to you directly into the water hole. Pick up the Hand of Sirius, then swim into one of those crawl spaces and pull out back to the place with receptacles.
Use the Hand of Sirius at the north receptacle to open the north grate. Jump into the pool and climb into the opening, near the grate get a flyby of the place behind the grate. Run up the stairs and kill a ninja. Crawl into a crawl space, then drop into a room with two statues and a closed door. Simply push the left statue into the alcove and the door opens for you. Enter a graves room and pull the lever to move the left grave. Kill a ninja and drop through the hole in the ground into a mirror room. Watch your steps from the spikes and the fire around the block by following the mirror and get the Hand of Orion. A grate opens in the north wall.
Go through there and stay away from the next hole while a spiked boulder is rolling down, otherwise you get killed. Run up the slope, at the end jump and grab the east wall. A camera angle shows you a trap tiles, so don't pull up, just shimmy left until you see the safe tile. Pull up, then climb the block and monkey swing over the opening. Pull inside, climb the wall and slide down, you're back above the earlier statues room. Climb the east wall, turn south and climb two stairs, come to the front of large hole. Look at the bottom, there is a closed grate. Run and jump forward to grab the ceiling and monkey swing to the other side . Kill the ninja, then run up the stairs and at the end look through the crack, you should see a vase. Shoot the vase and the grate at the bottom opens. Jump into the water and climb the alcove, as soon as you pick up the Cartouche Piece the water will disappear. Drop and grab the grassy wall, move right and climb up to the top and get a medipack. Climb down the grassy wall and back flip into the opening grate, then back to the pool and climb out.
Use the Hand of Orion at the south receptacle to open the south grate. Jump the pool and climb into a room. Climb up the stairs to the top. As you can see there are three pedestals, and each of them has the Cartouche Piece. As soon as you take the one in the middle the stairs will change to a slope. Slide down, jump above the fire and avoid the spiles in the front wall. Back to the room with the Egyptian walls and climb the west wall, immediately jump forward, grab the ledge and pull up. Jump the east ledge, then grab the wall and shimmy left until you can pull up.
Combine the pieces and place the cartouche at the receptacle, get a screenie of an opening grate at the top of the ledges. Shimmy back along the ledge you came from. Run and jump north into the opening. Climb up the wall, step out, then run and jump the south-west ledge. Climb the wall and near the ceiling back flip to land onto a ledge behind. Jump the north ledge and pass the grate you opened. Run over the doors that will stay closed and you just finish the level.
