NOTE: According to the readme file there are five secret gray tiles to find and run over. However, there are actually six of these, all of which are documented in this walkthrough. Also, it's necessary to run over the golden tiles, too, because in most if not all cases they act as switches allowing you to progress and complete the course.

Begin in an ivy-covered passage facing the Jeep. Run forward and take the Jeep keys from the pedestal to your right and the Rules of the Road from the pedestal to your left. After reading the Rules, which refer to the secret tiles (the number is again stated as 5 in error, when it should be 6) and a challenge to be on the lookout for something called a Dead Tony, get in the Jeep and drive it into the passage marked by the blue arrow. When you reach the short ramp, don't drive straight ahead but rather allow the Jeep to drop down into a shallow trench. Turn right and drive past the overhanging ivy into another passage. Turn left and drive over Secret Tile #1.

There's another small hump ahead. Don't drive over it, because if you do you won't be able to get back. Put the Jeep in reverse (by hitting the sprint key) and return to the bend in the passage. Turn the Jeep around (hit the shift key to return to forward gear) and drive back to the ramp where you dropped down earlier into the trench. Drive up the ramp to your right and follow to a river bank. Be careful not to let the wheels of the Jeep touch the water. If you wish, you can get out of the Jeep here and kill three crocs, but don't dive into the water or you'll be caught by the strong current and will have to reload to continue.

Look down into the water at the north end of the river and you'll see a stretched-out body impaled on a bunch of knives. Must be a Dead Tony referred to in the Rules. Make a note, that's Number One. Get back into the Jeep and drive it along the river bank. A tiger will pounce from around the corner and foolishly attack the Jeep. When it makes contact it dies, and so will the nearby monkey unless you mercifully drive around it (since it won't attack you). But if it won't move out of your way, so be it. When it dies, it explodes spectacularly.

Drive up the ramp and allow the Jeep to crash down to the passage below, right at an opening leading to the first secret tile you've already run over. Continue forward and follow the directional arrow. Drive through the cobwebs into a dark tunnel and keep your foot on the gas. A lot happens in just a few seconds. Drive at full speed across one golden tile, clear a gap over a deadly lava pool, drive over another golden tile and clear a second gap, and finally drive over a third golden tile and clear a third lava pool. Move immediately to the left as a boulder rumbles past you to your right and settles into a hole in the cavern floor. Keep to your left and follow the squared-off passage that takes you around the boulder hole.

Turn left at the directional arrow and run over another tiger. Return to the open air and drive up the ramp and over the small creek. You can get out of the Jeep here. Dead ahead is Dead Tony Number 2 impaled on a directional arrow. Nearby is a gas station if you need to refuel. You can also stop to pick up some desert eagle ammo and two small medi-packs. (Driving over the gray tiles in the gas station area doesn't produce the sound of the secret chimes, nor does it add to your secret count, but let's call it Secret Tile #2.)

Drive up the left side of the ramp ahead so you'll drop down in a safe area before the spike trap is activated. Continue forward and run over a couple of reckless warriors. You've come to a temple entrance, so get out of the Jeep if you wish and do some exploring on foot (although I couldn't find any pickups or anything important to do). When you've satisfied your curiosity, drive up the steps and across the right side of the bridge (which is stable), ignoring the spikes on either side. If you're wondering, the left side leads to a lava pool.

Follow the narrow passage, and you'll soon trigger a boulder that's hanging above. (If you'd explored ahead on foot, you would have found that merely walking along the passage does not trigger the boulder trap.) Drive like mad around several corners until you reach the safety of an uphill section. As you round the crest of the hill you find yourself driving under the bridge you navigated earlier. Speed up to cross safety two spiked trenches at the bottom of the ramp. Bear to your right and use the ramped bridge to drive around a shiva statue (there's a presently barred passage to your right that you'll use shortly). Stop when you reach the level platform and wait for the warrior to approach and self-destruct on the Jeep. Now make a hairpin turn to the right through the cobwebs and enter the narrow passage.

You'll soon come to a room. Be sure to drive over both golden tiles before heading through the north doorway that opens upon your approach. Run over three mercenaries in the next area, then turn around and go back the way you came. The passage in the spike room that was barred earlier is now open, so turn left at the bottom of the ramp and drive through a passage lined with death skulls. Drive over the gray tiles for Secret Tile #3 (which shows up as 2 in your secret count), and you'll soon emerge in the area where you ran over the three mercenaries. Turn left and continue left (as there's no need to stop and explore this area) at full speed up the ramp to cross the river below and crash through a barrier of sun-dried ivy. Drive carefully over the narrow bridge ahead and run over an unfortunate monkey or two. Don't stop to explore the alcoves they came from, as they're empty. Drive cautiously over the dead tree trunk into a wooded area. Weave your way around the trees and wait for two boulders to come bounding by before you drive up the ramp ahead and to your left. You'll next come to a new kind of sign, yellow with an exclamation mark in the middle.

If you want to explore the next area on foot, now is the time to do it. You'll be driving in cramped quarters very shortly, with no room to get out of your vehicle. You're up in the trees, with a third Dead Tony impaled against the ivy to your left. There's a large medi-pack to your right, and some Desert Eagle ammo on the tree limb near the SW golden tile. (There are three crocs in the water below, but they're presently out of range and you won't be able to shoot them later without going to an extra amount of trouble that's probably not worth it. Just don't dive down into the water on a croc hunt, or you won't be able to get back up.) You can see the gray secret tiles to the SE, but you need to raise a nearby trap door to access them. Go back to the Jeep and drive it carefully west along the wider tree limb. Turn left around the trunk and inch your way to the golden tile you saw earlier. When you drive across it the trap door behind you rises, so put the Jeep in reverse and back up over the closed trap door and the hump right behind it. You hear the chimes of Secret Tile #4, and the secret count is increased by one, so apparently it's not necessary to drive across the tiles themselves (but do it anyway to be on the safe side).

Go back to forward gear and drive back over the golden tile, then swing left and back to the right. Make any necessary adjustments, going to reverse and back to forward gear, then drive due north off the limb to land on the one below. Turn to your right immediately so you don't drop down into the water. Make a tight turn around the tree trunk, then turn left and drive over the second golden tile. Continue east past the second tree and turn left at the jungle wall ledge. Drive over another golden tile and turn left to cross another tree limb. Drive over the raised trap door to your right (if you wish, you can stop here and deal with the crocs), then another golden tile to raise a final trap door just ahead. Be careful not to drive into the ivy wall, or you'll enter a hidden passage leading down to a pool of deadly lava. Drive west up the narrow ramp, zig-zag to your left at the top and leave the hazardous tree area through the open gateway.

Even though the directional arrow says turn left, you can turn right and surprise two mercenaries that are waiting for you in ambush. (There's a gray tile in this area that may be crucial, but running over it doesn't trigger the secret chimes or register as a secret in your count, but let's call it Secret Tile #5.) Run over the mercenaries and drive straight forward into the waterfall area. Drive on the watery bank and turn right through the waterfall into a cave-like area where two tigers wait. (The small pool to your left is empty, and there are no pickups on the surrounding ledge.) Continue forward and you find yourself on the opposite bank of the river you saw earlier. Drive west through the opening and you'll soon come to a rickety bridge leading over a shallow pit to the finish line. Don't attempt to zig-zag over the bridge. It may well be impossible, as I was unable to manage it after a number of tries. Besides, you'd miss the final secret, so turn into the opening to your right just before the bridge, round the corner and drive into the first alcove to your left for Secret Tile #6 (which shows up as 4 in your secret count). Back out and continue south along the passage. Turn left into an area marked "finished" and a congratulatory "well done!"

However, you're not quite done yet. Drive into the area where you began the course and start all over again. You'll soon reach a directional arrow where a gate is now open, giving you a bonus area for finding and driving over all the gray tiles. Drive inside and down the trench on your right. Continue along a passage that's quite long and very dark in places. When you reach a wide open area, get out of the Jeep and stretch. Explore the grounds on foot, going to your left at first, and you'll find a fourth Dead Tony posted as if on a bulletin board near the south wall. Now head toward the back (west) end of this area and turn around to look back. You'll see a fifth Dead Tony impaled on a wall within an enclosure. Go inside and find that Tony's lifeless eyes are facing a Golden Rose suspended in midair. Run up the short ramp toward your prize and the level ends.
