There is a lot of narration in the level that I unfortunately cannot translate. Start in a red-lit room and dive into the poll and swim south and then east. There are darts in the walls. At the end loop around to swim west and loop again to swim east. At the T-junction swim south to surface in a large area. Go to the south shore and climb the ladder on the east wall. Go through a crawl space and stand up. Pull the wall switch and get a flyby of a gate opening and a room with a symbol on the floor. Get out and swim over to the corner to climb the ladder. At the top, sprint down the tunnel as falling blocks try to crush you. At the top, push in the differently colored block in the west wall. Pick up the Golden Skull for secret #1. Exit here and pull the wall switch to get a cut scene of two gates opening. Exit and go into the north gate. Go north and kill a bear in a pit. Get into the pit to pick up flares, large medipack, crossbow poison ammo, and the crossbow. Climb the ladder on the east side to get back up to the ledge and continue north into a tunnel.

At the corner go west and watch out for a falling blade ball on a rope. At the end, slide down the slope. Carefully pass through all the sidewall drills by crawling under them or by jumping over them. Enter a room with water and a huge dragon statue. There is a big wheel against the east wall. Get into the south pit with the big wheel and pull the wall switch. A block drops down in the south. Go into the opening and pick up a Golden Skull for secret #2. Immediately back flip to avoid the pedestal blades. In the water there is a rotating blade protecting four underwater holes. The north-west hole has a large medipack. The south-east hole has Uzi ammo and red shotgun shells. The south-west and north-east holes have closed gates.

Dive into the water and swim under the dragon statue to pull down an underwater switch. Swim into the north-east hole. Enter the open gate and pull down and underwater switch. Exit and swim to the north-east ledge where the cage has dropped. Pull the wall switch and dive into the water. Go into the north-east hole and the west gate is open. Enter the open gate and pull down and underwater switch. Exit and swim to the south-west ledge where the cage has dropped. Pull the wall switch and get a cut scene of an underwater gate opening. Dive into the north-east hole again and the south gate is open. Enter and swim south while the gate closes behind you. Ignore the left branch but go into the right branch for the shotgun. Return and go south and at a T-junction go left to find an underwater switch to pull down. Return and go west and follow the tunnel to pull up at the bottom of some stairs.

Go up the stairs and go north. Jump over the columns to pick up the crossbow. Then return and go south and face a spike pit. Grab the monkey swing and go south. When you drop, sprint over the breakable tiles. At the end, drop back to a safe area in front of the spikes. Get into a crawl space for a Golden Skull and secret #3. Climb back out and follow the tunnel to a water area with three hanging ropes. First use the three ropes to get to the far side for a large medipack. Then use the ropes to go north to land in front of a wall switch. Pull the wall switch and a door in the south opens. Use the ropes again to get to the door. Enter the door and follow the tunnel to a room with many doors and wall switches.

As you enter the room, switch #1 is to your right. Numbering counter-clockwise, switch #4 is at the east wall and switch #7 is to your left. Use switch #1 and the door opens. Go inside for Uzi's and a small medipack. Switch #2 opens a door with an ahmet. Switch #3 opens a door with an ahmet. Switch #4 opens a door with an ahmet. Switch #5 opens a door for Uzi ammo and a large medipack. Switch #6 opens a door with a tunnel. Switch #7 opens a door with an ahmet. Enter door #6 and follow to a room with rollers. Make your way carefully pass the rollers to the east end. Then follow a tunnel to the north. At the end you see a closed gate and a wall switch.

Pull the wall switch and you get a flyby of the area with a gate opening and a huge dragon. The dragon will spit fire and locusts at you as you move around the room. Enter the gates and run south-west  into the small gate. Notice a grate on the floor. Use the floor lever and run out and into the small gate to the north-east. Pick up a large medipack. Use the floor lever and get out and into the small gate to the south-east. Use the floor lever and get out and into the small gate to the north-west. Use the floor lever and an earthquake occurs. Run back to the south-east gate. The grate is gone so get into the open hole and run to the end. Go east until you see a crushing wall. Get past the crushing wall and go north until you see a moving spike wall. Run back behind the crushing wall and wait for the spike wall to move past you. Go back and go north to the end. Quickly get into a north-west tunnel before another moving spike wall gets you. At the end climb a ladder and at the top, shimmy to the right. If you save in the tunnel and have to reload, the moving spike walls are also reset.

You are in front of a switch back near the room with the floor symbol. Use the wall switch and get a cut scene of the two gates opening. Exit this gate and go east into the other gate. Go east and push the two doors open. Enter the room and pick up the red crystal off the pedestal. The door opens so exit into a large room. Run into the room in any direction and the level ends.
