Walkthrough

This is how I did it. There will be other ways too.

I found 6 Secrets, Quest Items I-V and the Amulet of Linden.

You slide down and land in a pool. I call this area main room. Kill the 2 monkeys, because they are the aggressive kind. In the pool near the plant you will find the Revolver. Look around. Start by pulling and pushing the 2 movable blocks in that room.
Behind them are doors. The green tiles in front of the doors are pressure pads. They open the door opposite. The doors are timed.
Stand on the north tile and jump and dash over to the south door. Don’t go too far behind the door. If you pass the 2 blocks the knife trap will have no intervals and you can’t get through.
Instead use the crawlspace on the left. Go through the knife trap. Pick up some flares. Run through the next room to avoid several big green balls.
Turn and go back and look for a large medi-pack and a Secret. Use a flare to find them.
Go forward and pull the switch on the right side. This opens a trapdoor in the next room.
Before going down into the water push a switch.

Hints for the following part:
Watch the grey ornaments in the rooms and in the underwater passages and if there is choice swim to the right.

Swim and keep to the right (watch the ornament).
At the end of the underwater passage is an open trapdoor. Climb out and pull the
1.switch.
Swim back and on and to the right. Climb out at the next open trapdoor. Pull the
2 switches. Go back and swim to the next open trapdoor. In this room is a crawlspace in the dark corner. Crawl in and find a Secret and some goodies. Use the binoculars and look up. You will see some invisible platforms. Use the sloped block near the entrance to start. Jump and grab the opposite sloped block. Pull up and twist jump and you land on an invisible block. Climb higher and collect the goodies. Go back down and crawl back and pull the 3.switch. Swim back and keep again to the right. When you reach the next open trapdoor be prepared that there is a native warrior in there. Kill him. Pick up some shotgun ammo and pull the 4.switch.
Again swim back and to the right. In the next room you will find The Hand Of Suiris.
Pull the 5.switch and this will raise a block, so you can leave the water hole again.
Swim back to the beginning. Climb out using the block. If you see that the knife trap has no intervals push the switch in the trapdoor room again.
Go through the knife trap. In the main room use The Hand Of Suiris to open a door.
Behind the door is a switch. Pulling it will lower the block underneath your feet. Drop down and go on. Slide down a brown slope. On the second slope look for a climbable wall. Jump forward to grab it and climb to the top. There is a Secret and a large medi-pack. Go down again. Slide and at the end of the slope you have to jump forward and grab a rope. Swing over to the other side. There is a native warrior waiting for you. Kill him. Go to the other opening. Use the rope there to swing over to the lower opening.
Inside is a switch. Pull it. It will flood the room and raise a block.
Jump into the water and take Quest Item IV (Arm). Swim down into the hole and pull an underwater lever. This opens another door in the main room.

Climb onto the block and use the rope to swing over to the upper opening. Pull the switch. Now there is more water in the room. Swim out of this room using the brown slope passage. Near the end where there was a closed door swim to the right.
At the end go down and collect Quest Item V (Arm). Go up the stairs and use the ladder. Step forward and this will lower a block. Go down and jump over the gap to leave.
Go to the open door in the north side. Drop into the water.
Swim till you find a switch. Pulling it opens the exit door. But first jump into the water and swim into the passage again. Swim up at the right side and you will find the
Quest Item III (Leg). Leave this area and go into the main room.

Now go and step onto the south tile and make your way over to the north door.
You really have to hurry to reach the door before it closes. Try dashing along the left side of the pool.
Climb up the pole and back flip. Go on and leave the niche in the right alone. It is a deadly trap.
Go down on a block. Shoot a reptile in the water. Drop into the water and pick up the
Quest Item II (Leg).
Go to the stairs. Once you are there 2 condors come flying towards you. Kill them.
Take a small medi-pack with you. Use the ledges on the left side to go near the rope.
Use the rope to go through the door when it is open.
Inside go to the right. Climb up. Go on and climb down and up again.
You reach a room with slopes and spikes on the floor.
Jump and slide over the blocks to the other side.
Here you have to use timed blocks to reach the exit.
First kill a condor. Use the first block. If the second block has gone down, just hang from the edge to get it up again. On the third block turn towards the wall and jump up to grab the edge. Behind the leaves you will find a Secret and a large medi-pack. Take care of another condor. Go back to the first block and now make your way up to the exit.
In the room you just reached you will get the Shotgun and the Hand Of Noiro
Hurry, when picking things up. Iron balls drop down and they have deadly knifes.
Go along the passage. Collect goodies on the left and right side. Then jump to the slope, slide and jump to grab the edge of the other side. Once you are there you have to deal with a native warrior. When you go towards the door it will open and let in a condor. Kill it. Make you way back to the door. Time your run so you get through and grab the rope. Swing to the right side. From there jump over to the reddish opening.
Use the pole to slide down.
Back in the main room use the Hand Of Noiro. Pull the switch behind the open door. Drop down. Pull another switch and go on. Slide down a slope and go fast into the opening to avoid the moving spiky walls. Once they passed get back down and pick up a large medi-pack. Then pull the switch. This opens another door in the main room. Use the ladder to climb up and back flip from there.
At the end of the light green passage there is a switch. Pull it and you go up. Pull the next switch very fast to open a gap so the big green ball drops into it and doesn’t smash you.

(I had to use trick to pass this part. I jumped up on the square in front of the first switch. Then I waited till the big green ball came falling down. Then I squeezed past it and pulled the switch.)

Leave this area and enter the open door (north) in the main room. You have to eliminate a native warrior. Go on and jump over to a ledge in the next room. A block will rise behind you.
Watch a flyby. First go down to the right side and collect the Quest Item I (Breastplate).
Then make your way up to the top ledge using standing jumps.
You have to run through the spikes. Collect the Amulet of Linden from the pedestal and use a running jump to go to the ledge on the side. Go back up to the middle ledge and pull the switch on the other side. This opens the middle door in the main room and lowers the block in front of the exit.
Make you way down.
When you reach the middle ledge where the exit is grab the edge and shimmy towards the exit. If you go up there onto the middle ledge the block will raise again und you can’t leave.
Leave this area and go to the open door. Pick up some flares and meet von Croy. Watch the flyby. Be careful not to let him come too close, because he is not in a very kind mood. There are several doors in this room. Five on the ground floor and four with ledges in front of them. Behind eight doors are monkeys locked in.
Climb up the ladder on the right side till the top. Up there pull a switch.
Use the ladder and back flip onto a ledge. Jump over to the open door and go in.
You enter a room with a pool and a pedestal on the other side.
First you have to kill a native warrior. Jump into the water and pull the underwater lever on the left side. This will start fire from the lion’s. mouth Now you can see the invisible platforms in front of them. Pull the underwater lever again to stop the fires. Go out and use one of the platforms to go to the pedestal. Pick up the Ab Echuotrac (cartouche).
Use the binoculars and look up at the left side. You will see a monkey bar. Use it and at the end drop down into a hole and collect the UZI. Use the ladder to get out of the hole and drop to the floor.
Go into the pool and swim into a narrow opening on east side. You find a closed door and an underwater lever. Pull the lever and this opens the underwater door on the other side of the pool. Swim there and pull another underwater lever. Hurry and get out of the pool, because 3 reptile fish are now in the water.
After having killed the reptile fish you will have to pull the underwater lever on the west again. This one is timed and will open the door behind the narrow opening.
Behind the door are a Secret and a large medi-pack.
After having collect these leave this area. Stop in the middle of the pool and there is a hole there now. Swim down and collect a Secret and a large medi-pack.
In the main room use the Ab Echuotrac and a door will open.
Take the flares and then run to the left into a passage. Kill 4 rats there.
When the moving spiky walls have passed pick up the first Eye Piece. Go back into the passage and pull the switch there. This will open a trapdoor near the entrance. Also a native warrior has to be dealt with. Go down the trapdoor and go down over several slopes till you reach a switch. Pull it and the other trapdoor near the entrance will be open. Go back up and down at the trapdoor. There is another switch to be pulled.
This opens the ceiling trapdoor in the passage. Go up there to the next room.
You see several blocks and a switch.
This switch will open a timed door.
Pull the switch, roll and dash to the block, climb up and run jump over to the left and dash through the door. You have to run to the right side. If you stop in the middle behind the door you will get caught in an invisible block and that would be the end.
Once you are in the room the door closes and a spiky wall starts moving.
Run to the 2 switches on the right side. Pull them and the door is open again.
Run there and wait till the wall has passed. Collect the second Eye Piece.
Outside there are fires on 2 blocks. You have to use them to go over to the opening. Should you start burning you can drop into the little pool right there.
Start with the right one. Watch out for the fire intervals. From there do a running jump over to the next fire block (use no action key) and from there over to the opening. Take the large medi-pack. Use the pole to go down.
You see a pool with a bridge and closed door. Jump into the water. Swim down the hole and look for an underwater ceiling switch. Pull it. Swim back and down into the other hole. Keep to the right. Find a room with 2 switches. Before pushing them kill 2 rats.
Swim back (south) and try to avoid the 2 reptile fish you just have let out.
Climb onto the bridge and you have to kill a native warrior at the next opening.
Go on till you reach a skull-patterned room. Run to the ladders (middle part) and climb up to reach the top before the spiky ceiling gets you. Run forward and jump into the opening at the right side and run on till you are safe, because more spiky walls and an iron ball with knifes will try and end your adventure.
Go on till you reach a door with a receptacle for the Eye.
Combine the 2 Eye Pieces to the Eye of Surho. Use it on the door.
Go on and eventually you reach the area where you started sliding down at the very beginning. Watch a flyby. Moving the block will finish the game.

Just for fun: If you do a curved jump around the movable block you can explore the area and you can find the hidden message “Webknight was here”. When you pull the switch you drop to certain death. That is just another way to finish the game.
