CASTLE DOOMSDAY 4 - 'Chronicles'

Welcome to the final ever Castle Doomsday level.

>>>>

These two levels chronicle the period of time leading up to the original Castle Doomsday.
The second level can be played independantly of the first for those that get stuck in the
first level, or you can play from the first which automatically runs into the second level.
The choice is yours, however, to get the full effect, starting from level one is a must.

The story.............

"Whilst dabbling with some of the works of Lord Doomsday, Lara accidently opens a vortex into which she can't escape. So, riding the force, she finds herself in another dimension; the domain of Doomsday.
At first Lord Doomsday is curious and allows Lara to enter his castle, but then realises she will not give in easily.
Whilst in the castle Lara is determined to collect as many artifacts of Doomsday that she can, and Doomsday will try to trick, and puzzle her into submission."

The first level has no conventional puzzles as such (keys, gems etc.) but uses the whole level as a puzzle. The second level is more of a battle with smaller puzzles.
Each level can be played independantly or together (first and then second). I arranged it this way so that everyone can play both, even if they get stuck in the first one. In order to get the best out of the game though, it's recommended they're played from the first one.
The end of the game then leads nicely into Data's original Castle doomsday with the voice of Doomsday booming, "So Lara, you've made it this far..."

With thanks to Data for allowing my intervention.

BUGS: Try to keep the horse and knight away from the walls near the double doors, they may get stuck,
but not always.

This level contains new enemies and new music.

I would like to thank the following people for their help:

>>>>

cornchild who created the main adversaries in the guise of the clowns, the pumpkin creatures and the scarecrow.
Baddy who created the horse riding knight.
TRWad who originally brought us the boss from TR1 from which cornchild created the pumpkin creatures. He also
made the flaming skulls.
Staticon for his unending testing of the levels and support as a good friend.
Data for the original Doomsday series.
Excellent work. ;-)

Artwork that appears in the levels was created by Vincent Marcone from My Pet Skeleton fame and forms the basis
of the puzzles in most instances. More info on this creative master can be found at http://www.mypetskeleton.com
