Story:
------
Lara has finally found the Lost Temple of Vaara. She seeks to obtain a crystal of legendary power for her collection, the Crystal of Vaara. (it's actually the horseman's gem, but let's just say it's the Vaara Crystal since I wasn't able to make one) To obtain this crystal, Lara must go through the many treacherous secret passages and rooms the monks of Vaara have put in place for anyone who dares to take their crystal.
Hope you enjoy this level.

General bug note: Due to the layout of this level, some bugs cannot be fixed without changing the unique properties of some of the rooms. See below for bug descriptions and some "don't do"s in this level.

BUGS/"Don't do"
---------------
*The corner bug works here. Though I have not tried it everywhere in this level, I don't believe any short-cuts can be created using it.
*This level is based on sequence. In this version I have tried to fix it so that you can't get stuck by going backwards, however there may still be a chance that one could get stuck by playing out-of-sequence.
*Some camera views will not break until you step off the trigger square.
*There is one room where flares will not illuminate until thrown and binoculars(with light) will cause the game to crash. You'll recognize it when you see all the fire.
*Since some triggers are "pad" type, using dozy before you come to the end of the level can cause you to miss important triggers. However, once you have reached the end, you can go sight seeing if you wish. (the end looks like the beginning, i.e. Lara exits through what is supposedly a door but is really a graphic with a level end trigger in front of it.)

A note to the players
---------------------
Just like the original, this level was created using only the guide provided on the level editor disk with no help from forums, people, or any online tips or guides (with the exception of one forum thread. When backed on disk all files become "read-only", special thanks to those who helped me on that one). So, if it seems amateur, it is. Even so, much time has been put into it.
Also, you'll notice some of the level titles are different. These are future projects I am working on (which may take some time). As of yet I have not removed other titles, so simply arrow down to the "Temple of Varaa" to play.

In-Game Notes (warning: May contain spoilers!)
----------------------------------------------
You will at one point run into a continuously rotating camera. It is intentional as a unique approach for the particular room it is in. You can break free as long as you hold down the look key. Upon entering the exit of the room, the "look" key will permanently break the rotation as long as you do not re-enter.

Please note that things listed in the "BUGS/"Don't do"" sections are things I don't know how to fix or would too greatly affect the level if changed.

Installation Instructions
-------------------------
The following instructions assumes your installment of TRLE is located in "C:\Program Files\Core Design\trle"

**Don't forget to back up your originals!

Copy all ".wav" (audio) files to C:\Program Files\Core Design\trle\audio

Copy all "catacomb" and "title" files to C:\Program Files\Core Design\trle\graphics\wads

Copy "English.dat", "Script.dat", and "Strings.h" to C:\Program Files\Core Design\trle

Copy "load.bmp" to C:\Program Files\Core Design\trle
(note: this laod.bmp is 710x510 resolution. If it does not load properly, you can resize to 640x480)

After you have put all files in their proper place, remember use the level converter on Catacomb.TOM and Title.TOM to build the new levels.

Thanks and Enjoy!
