Rules to Croft manor chess puzzle, note this is not the full
and proper rules to chess but is a pushable puzzle with
a chess theme.

Lara works the white pieces. Only one piece may be moved in
a turn traditionally although Lara can still push more then
one, however some have been disabled until the correct move
has been made. Unlike a normal pushable puzzle, the objects
have to be pushed in order as well as being on the correct
square. You will know they have been pushed correctly when the
computer reacts. If there is no reaction it has either been
pushed on the wrong square or has been pushed on that square
too early. If a pushable object has been pushed on the correct
square but out of order, it will have to be moved off that
square and moved back on when it is in the right order,
otherwise the computer will not react.

The Pawn (the smallest piece) moves one square forward and
when capturing a piece it moves diagonally one square forward.

The Knight (the piece with the horses head) is the only piece
that can jump over a piece, however to represent this it will
have to be pushed around. Knights move three squares, two
forward or backward, then one space left or right or two
spaces to the left or right and one forward or backward.

The Bishop (the piece with a bishops hat with a ball on top)
moves diagonally as many open squares as you like but must
remain the same colour square it started. To move in game it
will have to be pushed into place.

The Rook (the piece which is like a large cylindrical castle)
moves in a straight line horizontally or vertically as many
open squares as you like.

The Queen (the piece with the crown which is bigger then a bishop)
moves in any direction, horizontally, vertically or diagonally
as many open squares as you like.

The King (the piece with the crown with a cross on top) is the
most important piece, because if it gets trapped youll lose
the game. The King moves one square in any direction as long
as it does not put himself in check.

Check: you are in check if an opponents piece is in a position
on the board to capture your king. To save your king from check
you must do one of the following:

1.	Move the king out of the way of the opponents piece
2.	Move one of your pieces to block your opponent
3.	Capture the opponents piece that is threatening your King

Checkmate: When your King cannot be saved from check, it is called
checkmate and you lose the game.

Capturing: When you move your piece and it ends a move no one of
your opponents piece, you capture it and it and is removed from
game.
