README FILE UPDATED NOVEMBER 12TH, 2008
---------------------------------------

File updated November 12th, 2008.

After about 8 years since I built this level, I took the responsability of supplying
new screenshots for the revamped trle.net website. I realize how confusing the instructions
below might be, and even though I realize not many people will have the desire to play
this sort of test level, I'm now supplying a converted tr4 file.

Just drag the .dat files on the TRLE root directory and move ydriv.tr4 into the data folder.
Use your default tomb4.exe.

Cheers.

				| YOUNG DRIVER |
				+------by [T]R-+

Hi there guys. This is my first level, so don't expect too much about it. I hope
you like it (even it's boring). To play it, you will have to have one of Lil Kid's
WADs. If you do not have "Angkor Wat - Drive That Jeep! WAD", you can download it
here: <http://www.tombraider.ic24.net>

That WAD was created with TRwest, <http://www.jps.net/mikejj/trwest>, and brings the
jeep to young Lara's adventures. It's interesting, but the level "Drive That Jeep!"
was not so fun (as this one is not so, too). So, I present you my boring level.
E-mail me if you have any comments, suggests, critics, etc. <treeble@terra.com.br>

There are no secrets to find in this level (at least, not yet). It's easy to play:
just follow the way and find the finish. If you're stuck (I think it's a bit of
impossible, but...) e-mail me, sending your savegame and I will solve it
to you. Notice different textures in the floor, they solve all the puzzles (well, I
think so).

This level is in version 1.0, and, if people like it, I maybe do a 2.0 version.
If you want the project file of this level, just ask and I will send.

 To install and play it:

1) Extract the files in a temporary folder, or just put YDRIV.TOM in your
TRLE\GRAPHICS\WADS folder.

2A) Backup your previous LILKID.TOM file and rename the YDRIV.TOM to LILKID.TOM;
--OR--
2B) Rename all your LILKID.* to YDRIV.*, keeping the file types.

3) Put the files ENGLISH.DAT, SCRIPT.DAT in your root folder (you may want to
backup yours first).

NOTE: I am giving the scripts compiled. If you don't want to use them, just add
the following block to yours (and make the respective changes to English.txt):

[Level]

play it under TR Young Driver.

5) E-mail me your comments, good or bad.
