Description/Story       : This a conversion of the Original Tomb Raider game's second level,
			  "The City of Vilcabamba" using the original textures. This is
			  Version 2. This version is "Stage 2" in my building process.
			  "Stage 3" will be the one to include lights :). Please note:
			  Version 2 of "The City of Vilcabamba" WAD is REQUIRED for this
			  level to function correctly. You may also wish to grab the Scripts
			  files for the full experience.

                          Features for this version include:
			    Complete room geometry.
			    All objects correctly placed.
			    Almost complete object set.
			    Correct triggering.
			    Correct camera placement and triggering.
			    The Block is now climbable!

			  Features to be included in the next version are:
			    Lighting and shading.

* Play Information *

Level Name		: "The City of Vilcabamba" for TR4.

Level Replaced		: None.

* Construction *

Base                    : New level from scratch (based on "The City of Vilcabamba" level
			  from TR1)

Editors used            : Core's Level Editor, Stefan Schneider's Jack!, Turbo Pascal's
                          Room Viewer and StrPix3, Mike's TRwest, Michaels TR2WAD
                          and WadMerger, Roy's TRItem, E. Popov's TRViewer, Paint Shop Pro
			  Version 6.

Known Bugs              : There are now two:
			     1) The swinging blades. They just won't center on a block and
				will appear to swing into the wall. Unknown if I can fix
				this or not.
			     2) The movable block, although can now be climbed upon, can not
				be move again once it reaches it's final placement.

New Textures		: Yes/No/Both (Original textures modified a bit to work)

New Sounds		: No

* Installation *

You must follow everything exactly or it won't work.

You may want to download an install my version of "The Caves" to get the full experience :)

Start Windows Explorer
Goto your trle folder (C:\Program Files\Core Design\trle.
Make a folder called TRIConvert.
Goto the TRIConvert folder.
Make a folder called Level02.

Make sure you have downloaded all three files from my site.
		(L02-V02.ZIP, L02-V2W.ZIP and SCR-V03.ZIP)
Unzip the contents of all three zip files into the Level02 folder.

Start tom2pc.exe (Level Convertor).
Add level02.tom with the Add button under Edit Script
		(you'll have to browse to the Level02 folder for it).
Click the Build All button.

When finished, goto your trle folder.
Make a backup of SCRIPT.DAT, ENGLISH.DAT, STRINGS.H and LOAD.BMP
Move/Copy SCRIPT.DAT, ENGLISH.DAT, STRINGS.H and LOAD.BMP from the TRIConvert/Level02 folder to the trle folder.

Goto the data folder and make a backup of UKLOGO.PAK.
Move/Copy UKLOGO.PAK from the the TRIConvert/Level02 folder to the data folder.

Now you're set to play the level.
Start tomb4.exe and select "New Game".
Choose "The City of Vilcabamba" to play. Any other choice will cause the game to crash to the desktop (unless you have "The Caves").

* History of ""The City of Vilcabamba"" *

Version 1 - Very incomplete and intended as a public beta to find bugs. All room geometry is
	    correct as well as texture placement. Some objects are incorrect and some are
	    missing.
Version 2 - All objects are now correct and correctly placed. All cameras are placed with
	    the correct triggering. All secrets are now included. The most important thing
	    is, I managed to work out a way to climb the block! The only problem is, once
	    you move it into place, it can't be moved again.

* History of ""The City of Vilcabamba"" WAD *

Version 1 - Some objects are missing due to them either a) being sprites in TR1 or b) a
	    movable. Extracted statics with TR2WAD and imported them with TRWest. Some
	    objects from "The Caves" were also used. The block object I don't remember where
	    I got and may not have permission to include it. If you recognize it as yours,
	    please let me know.
Version 2 - Some of the missing objects are now included thanks to improvements in TR2WAD
	    and WadMerger. The Underwater switch and animation was provided by TRWad. All
	    objects (except the swinging blade) are now correct and textured correctly.
