You are given two options when booting this level, the only difference between them is Lara's outfit: you can choose between the standard Legend all-brown attire or the classic teal top and khaki shorts combo.

You will be under fire as Lara slides down, all the while the camera shows your ultimate goal locked behind a gate. You can quickly tap the Look key as you slide to cancel the fly-by, if you wish. Dispatch the three gunned ladies and get the SHOTGUN plus a few shells from the dark spot beneath the wooden platform.

Run towards the lake on the opposite side but, before diving in, collect the BRONZE AWARD from the area immediately below Anaya, who'll be on the lookout from up there, probably wondering how that helicopter got frozen in place. Dive into the water and swim to the caves on the opposite end, picking a large medipack up on your way.

You'll notice a number of closed gates in this area, so climb on the block on the South wall and up the stepladder to the chambers above. Go the long way around the wall to your right to spot a bright crawlspace, crawl in for a SILVER AWARD and a large medipack. Crawl back out and head through the opening behind the wall to come across a bunch of spiders.

Run towards the top and climb through the opening, then make a hairpin turn left to spot a narrow path to another body of water; dive in and get the RUSTY KEY. Retrace your steps back through the previous areas and climb down the ladder to the cave with the many locked gates. Avoid the spike pit in the middle and use the key to open the central gate.

Inside, notice a keylock in the pit — we'll be back in a few — as you proceed through the opening to a small maze (not really) of sorts. To the left side of this room, you'll stumble upon a second SILVER AWARD, and, most importantly, on the right side is a switch inconspicuously placed on a wall (from the entrance, the path to the SE). Pull it to open one of the gates in the previous area.

Backtrack a bit and throw the switch immediately behind said gate. This one opens the trapdoor in the room you just came from, so get there and drop in to collect the SILVER KEY. Climb the ladder and drop into the opposite pit to use the key in that lock you saw earlier on. This, in turn, opens a gate in the initial area, so climb back out and go west.

Go through the gate open near the wooden platform and find a switch on the far wall to open another of the gates in the caves. More backtracking is in order, but first deal with two mercenaries that show up. In the next area, get the large medipack and perform a series of running jumps across the floating tiles to reach the opposite side (there's nothing in the water below, but there's a handy stepladder should you fall).

As you approach the twin statues, Lara breaks the fourth wall by telling you to save your game as you are faced with a trial and error deadly trap. Pull the switch on the right hand wall to open the trapdoor and collect the STEEL KEY. Backtrack all the way back to the slope at the beginning and use this key to open the gate behind it. Claim the sought-after ULTIMATE AWARD and throw the switch right behind it to finish the level.
