Advance straight ahead and next to the small lava pit pick up a small medipack. From the previous tile turn left and take a running jump to the block with the flat top at the other side of the lava pit; continue climbing/jumping onto the blocks with the flatter tops until you reach a high rocky platform, and a bit further a rolling boulder will fall. Pick up the flares next to the boulder, advance and jump into the lake; swim until you can surface in a wider area with two barracudas (you still haven't guns to shoot them).

 

From the entrance, swim left and locate the UW lever in the corner near the bottom, pull it to open a door somewhere and quickly swim up and get out out the water. Advance and explore this part of the caves to find three closed doors; look to the symbols above two of them: Y Ω Ω Y Ω and Ω Ω Ω Y Y. That's all for now here; go back to the main lake. Jump into the water and swim to the corner just in front of the closed UW door, advance avoiding the lava pits and annotate a third code above another door: Y Y Ω Ω Ω. Go back to (I will call from now on) the main lake.

 

Don't jump into the water but take a running jump to the ledge next to the closed UW door; advance to find the door you opened with the UW lever. In the next cave turn left, climb the ledge to your left and go through the opening with the different texture; the door will open as you approach. In this room with 5 wall switches pick up the small medipack and remember the symbols above the doors you saw before; the "Y" symbol means switch down and the "Ω" symbol means switch up, so let's start with the first combination and pull (from left to right) the first and the fourth switches. Go back to the main lake, to the ledge above the UW lever and run always to your right to find the open door.

 

Enter, drop into the hole and run and jump (don't approach too much to the border before jumping) over the small lava hole; drop from the other side and do the same to avoid a second rolling boulder, but stop after the jump to avoid a third rolling boulder; continue, drop into the next hole and advance to a huge cave with mine cart tracks.

 

For an extra pickup, from the entrance turn right and jump over the trench, go through the way between the rocks and to your right to get a small medipack; go back to the first track and advance to find a second track, follow it to the end and turn left to find an opening in the rocks, jump through and continue exploring the opposite side of this big cave to find a large medipack, 3 X harpoons and flares.

 

Now look for a flatter ledge near the spikes so you can jump back to the opening and slide to the end of that second track. Walk a bit back over this track and turn around, look to your left to find a diamond-shaped part of the rock to the left of the opening, jump there, turn right and continue jumping onto the flatter parts of the top of the rocks until you reach the big wall opposite the entrance with a third track below. Now continue running and jumping in a counterclockwise direction until you reach a crack in the big wall over the entrance; grab the edge and shimmy left a long way until you can drop onto a flatter block.

 

Now more than the same, continue running and jumping in a counterclockwise direction onto the flatter parts of the rocks (when you reach the part with spikes it can be difficult to locate those flatter parts, but there's not compass in this game to indicate the directions, so try to surround that spiked part from the left side) until you reach a passage with brown ground. From here don't slide to the brown floor but for extra pickups climb the black ledge to your left, turn right and take a long running jump (no grab) to the next black rock and go to the left passage to find a small medipack, 3 X harpoons, flares and shotgun ammo; go back to the brown floor this time.

 

Continue through the big opening until you reach an area with orange rocks, cross to the other side through either opening, climb the lower block in the right side, jump to the taller block and to the opening with the switch; pull it to open the lonely door in the corner. Advance through the corridor, pick up a small medipack and step onto the breakable tile, fall to the bottom, slide a bit and jump to not fall into the deep pit. Continue to find a sort of wrecked ship area.

 

From the entrance and for an extra pickup go left, drop/grab the edge and shimmy right to the corner, pull up and go to the next corner taking a running jump, search behind the blocks to get a small medipack. Drop to the bottom of the room and climb the block in front of the entrance to go up again; this time go left, drop/grab the edge and shimmy left to the corner, pull up and go to the ledge in the next corner taking a running jump to pull a wall switch; drop to the bottom of the room and locate the open door in one of the corners.

 

Enter and you'll find a hole; jump onto the slope, slide/grab the edge, drop/grab the edge below and pull up to finally get the MACHINE ROOM KEY. Get out taking a standing jump to grab the edge of the hole. Go outside and through a hole next to the other corner, push the movable wooden crate twice to clear the way and in the next room pick up the PISTOLS near the skeleton. Jump into the nearby water hole and swim until you find an air hole in the ceiling, continue swimming and soon you'll find a crawlspace to your right with a small medipack and harpoons; advance until you find another air hole, continue swimming and further on pick up 2 X harpoons in an opening to your left; at the end of the UW passage surface in a cave.

 

Jump over several lava pits on your way and in the last one drop onto the ledge on the lava and go through the dark opening to get the SECRET #1: Golden Ingots. Get out, take a running jump to the small ledge in the corner, climb up and take a final running jump over the lava pit. Near, find the keyhole to use your key; do it so and enter to get the first FUSE. Go out and left, and at the end of this cave area drop into the hole to find a killer below. Jump over the next lava pit to the area with the closed doors only to see the new code to open one of them: Ω Y Y Ω Ω. Jump back over the lava pit and run to your left to find the cave with the main lake. Now that you are armed, shoot the barracudas and jump into the lake to get the harpoons.

 

Now we need to go back to the 5 switches room; do you remember? (get out of the water in the ledge next to the closed UW door; advance to find the open door and in the next cave turn left, climb the ledge to your left and go through the opening with the different texture). This time pull the switches 1-2-3-4 from left to right so the combination is up-down-down-up-up, opening this way the door in the area where you shot the killer moments ago. So go all the way back there (return to the main lake and get out of the water in the ledge with the barrels).

 

Enter and soon you'll find a corridor with a rolling boulder; jump over the small lava hole advance a bit to trigger the boulder and jump back over the hole. Climb the ladder, jump back and repeat the same maneuver for the next rolling boulder, continue and in the next cave shoot a flamethrower, note the closed door and advance to find a cabin. Go behind the black wall to your left (facing the cabin) and jump over the lava pit to pull a switch; now you'll need to go all the way back down to the open door with the symbols above the way you came.

 

The door to your right is now open so enter and fight with two killers; when the coast is clear advance and slide down a short ramp, go to the right of the lava pit, then left to the corner to get shotgun shells and continue to find a big lava river. Jump from block to block picking up shotgun shells and a small medipack on your way until you find a crack in the wall, shimmy right to the corner and continue running/jumping/sliding onto the safe blocks until you reach the brown floor; pull the switch near the corner to open the next door and shoot a killer, he will drop the SHOTGUN and a RUSTY KEY. Go inside the cabin, pick up the harpoons, pull the wall switch next to the windows and climb up the ladder.

 

Take a running jump over the lava pit from the left side and explore the right side of the mound after the lava pit to find a small medipack and flares. Continue along the cave until you find an opening in the right side, safely drop onto a block below and go out of the lava river through the opening in the corner. When you find the next lava pit go to the right side and jump into the water at the end; follow the only possible way until you can surface, pull the movable block once so you can reach the high opening in the ceiling, advance, slide down the ramp to the room where you shot the killers time ago, go outside and left through the opening with the "Ω Y Y Ω Ω" symbols above.

 

Go all the long way back up the ramps and ladder to the room with the closed door and keyhole, use the key to open it and shoot two killers; they will drop a small medipack and automatic pistols ammo. Enter, pick up a second FUSE and pull the wall switch to open an UW door in the main lake (starting area). Go all the long way back there, jump into the water, locate the open door and swim to the end of the passage to get the HARPOON GUN and 4 x harpoons.

 

Now you need to go back to the room with 5 switches, but this time a flamethrower will be waiting there. To open the next door, pull only the first and the third ones, from left to right, so the position of the switches is down-down-up-up-up. Go back to the main lake but this time there's no need to jump into the water, turn right and take a running jump straight ahead to the opening in the corner, advance to find the open door and enter. Slide down the ramp to find another lava river, jump from block to block to cross to the other side and shoot a killer, pick up the shotgun shells and automatic pistols ammo he drops and beware of the rolling boulders when you want to get the small medipack. Go through the small opening to find a huge lake area.

 

Jump into the water and draw the harpoon gun to shoot three barracudas; then explore the surroundings to find up to 5 X harpoons. Now swim towards the big brown building; there's an air hole over its roof in case you need air. Explore this building to find 5 X harpoons, a small medipack and flares; also in the back side you'll find two openings: one of them hides a large medipack and 4 X harpoons and the other one an UW lever to open a door in the front side of the building and release a barracuda too. Swim there and at the end of the passage pull a second UW lever, swim outside, shoot the frog men and locate the next open door; inside you'll find a small room where you can surface and pull a wall switch to open another door and release a third frog man. Swim outside, locate the new open door, go inside and you can suppose... pull another UW lever to open the next door and release a couple of barracudas. Locate the next open door, swim inside and again, pull another UW lever to open the last door, alerting three frog men too.

 

Locate the last open door and swim inside and to your left, you'll eventually find a passage where you can surface and get out of the water; run up the ramps and climb ladders, but don't forget to pick up the YDOR'S GEMSTONE on your way up; at the end the door will open and outside you'll need to fight with a killer and a flamethrower. The killer will drop the AUTOMATIC PISTOLS when die. Use the gemstone to open the door in the opposite wall and enter to get a third FUSE. You can't go back to the previous room so jump into the water, shoot another frog man and go all the way back up to the room where you used the gem as you did before; once you get there, shoot another killer and pick up his automatic pistols ammo.

 

Perhaps you already have noticed the receptacles for the fuses in the high ledge here, but we still need one more fuse, so jump into the water hole and surface in the cave near the room with the 5 wall switches. If you read the second paragraph of this walkthrough note that there's a combination we still didn't use, so go inside the room and pull, from left to right, the first, the second, the fourth and the fifth switches so the positions are up-up-up-down-down. Go back to the main lake, jump into the water and climb the ledge above the UW lever; this time take the path to your left to find the open door.

 

Detour for a secret: note the movable block attached to the wall next to another closed door, push it twice to reveal a passage to your left with two more movable blocks, pull the closest one once and push the third block once; go around to the tile where the second block was to find a fourth block, push it once and turn left to find an opening with an open door. Slide a bit and jump over the lava hole, turn around drop/grab the edge, drop and immediately jump over the next lava hole; drop into the hole with the rolling boulder and save your game: take a couple of running jumps and jump in last moment to grab the upper edge of the ledge with the wall switch, because if you land onto the lower passage with the closed door you're doomed (reload). When you get it, pull the switch, go back to the edge, drop/grab it/drop/grab the edge below (only from the very left or right sides; for some reason it's not possible from the center), pull up and run to the open door.

 

Climb up the ladder, jump back near the top, turn around and take the first opening to your right; at the end of the short passage, approach to the left side and take an angled running jump to your left, sliding and landing onto a flatter ledge next to the wall; then take a running jump over the lava pit and continue to a brown room with the SECRET #2: the Golden Dragon. Drop through the hole in a familiar lava room and unfortunately this time you have to take the longest way back to the main lake as you did before: shimmy right to the corner, run/jump/slide until you reach the safe brown floor, go inside the cabin, climb up the ladder, etc. This time you'll find a flamethrower on your way.

 

When you reach the main lake, go back to the cave with the movable block where you took the detour for the secret and this time go through the nearby opening with the Ω Ω Ω Y Y symbols above to find a closed door with a keyhole to your right, so continue left and slide to the breakable tile in the corner, drop/slide again and when you touch the floor quickly run to avoid the moving spiked wall, jump to the opening in the corner, jump over the blade and in the next passage if you are fast perhaps you are able to pick up the small medipack and pull the wall switch before the moving spiked wall touches you and take a running jump to the ledge with the open door. If not, forget that medipack. Advance and in the next crossing jump to the opening before the rolling ball smashes you, drop from the other side and quickly jump over the lava pit to avoid another rolling ball. In the next area, again run and pull the switch to open the exit door timing the moving spiked wall and further on pick up the RUBY KEY in the corner; quickly go back to the entrance avoiding another moving spiked wall.

 

When the spiked wall has passed, go to the side where it came from and in the next corridor when the rolling wheel goes to the left side run to the right and exit. In this area there are automatic pistols ammo to your right and a small medipack in front of the entrance too; exit jumping over the lava pits (the second one from the left side) and in the next corridor time another rolling wheel using the niches in the sides of the corridor to cross to the very end and find the wall switch to open the exit door. Enter and climb blocks to find a ramp with a rolling boulder, jump back to trigger it and quickly take a running jump with grab to land into the niche (to the very left or right sides so the ball doesn't touch you). Run up the ramp and continue climbing until you find a door which automatically opens; perhaps you may run outside and quickly escape to a safe place to better engage a couple of flamethrowers. Now you can go to the last door with the symbols you opened time ago and use the key to open the wooden door.

 

Enter and find a shaft where you'll need to climb/jump the blocks to reach the very top (not difficult) where you'll find a large medipack; be sure that you are at full health and slide down the ramp, drop onto the breakable tiles and even deeper onto a ledge overlooking the main lake where the last FUSE is. Shoot the frog man swimming in the lake, jump into the water and go to the cave with the 5 switches room, jump into the water and swim until you can surface in the room with the receptacles for the fuses. Get out of the water and if you want to get the last secret, turn left and from the bottom of the steps (first step) jump up to grab the edge of the high ledge in the corner, pull up, grab the crack and shimmy left to the very end; pull the switch in the niche to open a door somewhere (no camera shot). Drop onto the floor (beware of the lava hole) and this time run to the top of the steps to place the fuses: a door opens in another area so go back down, through the big opening and advance until you find a killer who will drop shotgun shells.

 

For a last secret: go through the small opening to your right, climb the blocks to reach the higher ledges and advance running and jumping towards the pyramid; from here you can shoot the next enemies below: a flamethrower and two killers who will drop automatic pistols ammo and a small medipack. Anyway use the flatter parts in the face of the pyramid to reach the far green wall (note the closed door high up in the corner); grab the crack, shimmy left and drop onto the block in the corner, turn around and continue running and jumping from block to block and around the corner until you eventually reach a wide opening over the entrance; advance and shoot a last killer, pick up his automatic pistols ammo and pull the wall switch to open the secret door you saw moments ago.

 

Back to the entrance, drop down to ground floor and again go through the small opening to your right, repeat all the movements you did before: reach the higher ledges, advance running and jumping towards the pyramid, use the flatter parts in the face of the pyramid to reach the far green wall... but this time climb up to the corner where the open door is. Inside the corridor avoid the disks and jump over the blades to finally get the SECRET #3: Golden Coins, shotgun shells, automatic pistols ammo, uzi clips (where are the uzis???) and a large and small medipacks. Go back outside, slide down the face of the pyramid jumping over the lava trench at the end and go to the central doors to finish the level.
