STAR WARS - THEED UNDER SIEGE (DEMO)

After the introductory movie, you'll find yourself in a small room. Search the shelves to the right to collect the BLASTER RIFLE to shoot the broken trellis blocking your way out. Run down the hallway and get a health pack while a battle droid observes you from the other side of the glass. Let's go say hi, shall we? Climb up the ladder at the end and slide down to that courtyard, after you defeat two droids, a second wave with another two droids come out from the building, leaving the door open for you.

 

Climb up the ladder and shift to the left. Shoot that broken window and step out onto the balcony. Walk to the end, where the railing is broken, and grab the crevice on the column straight ahead of you. Shimmy to the right and use the new moves (follow the on-screen prompts) to jump to the next column, repeat the process until you get to the slanted rooftop, at which point you'll want to shimmy to the right and eventually do a sideways ledge jump to find a button, then shimmy back across the rooftop to the left side of the courtyard and enter the open door.

 

Watch out for the laser traps, when the upper one is coming towards you, quickly crouch and crawl (or roll) to the window alcove on the left hand side and wait. When the traps move past your position, quickly loop around the column to the next alcove, get a bacta canister and dodge the lasers one final time as you head for the pathway on the opposite side.

 

At the end of this pathway, crawl past the steam leak and drop down. Down the stairs, you'll find a dead resistance soldier. Deal with a battle droid before taking his bacta canister. There's nothing of interest on the shelves on this floor, but go downstairs to the bedroom, where another droid awaits. Once it's done for, examine the shelves for the CITY GEMSTONE, then head back upstairs and out the door.

 

Blast the scouting drone and use the gemstone to unlock the gates. Out on the main street, go left and take a look at the symbols over the closed door, this is a specific sequence you'll need to replicate later. Follow the street, shattering the vase in the corner for a health pack, and you can interact with a resistance guard along the way.

 

Past the fountain, enter the arched doorway to the left and use the block at the end to pull up on a small balcony with nothing but a bench and a scout drone. You can shimmy around the column crevice right in front of you, do so and jump backwards to the top of the archway, and do a long running jump across the street where the railings are broken. To the left, throw the switch to open the door immediately below you, but don't drop down just yet: go towards the plant on this balcony and notice another segment of the railing is broken, jump back across the street and claim the R2-D2 COLLECTIBLE #1.

 

Enter the open door in the corner and find the colored panels to input the combination you'd seen before: press the red button twice, the green one once, and the blue one twice. As you merrily go back to the open door on the other end of the main street, the siege tightens as two droids breach the walls. Don't go the way they came from just yet, but instead go that color-coded door for a health pack and the R2-D2 COLLECTIBLE #2 behind the crates.

 

Through the breached wall, destroy two turrets another battle droid might come to investigate the ruckus. Enter the first alleyway east to find another sequence door and go back to the panel to input it. From the previous combination state, you want to press the red button twice, the green one twice, and the blue one just once. Go back to that alleyway door, but watch out as a saber droid is expecting you. Inside, get the COURTYARD KEY, flares, and crawl over the stacked crates in the back to find the final R2-D2 COLLECTIBLE #3.

 

Loop around the wall to find another battle droid and a turret, then check the dead resistance guard's body for a health pack. Note the closed gates and unlock the door on the opposite side. In the inner courtyard, loop around to the right and climb up the ladder to the top, at which point a scout drone will show up. Then, do a running jump to the column crevices on the opposite end and navigate around them all the way until you can shimmy around the corner of the courtyard, from that point you can do a sideways jump to grab the ledge by the doorway.

 

Crawl into the tight space and approach the blade trap. Assume a crouching position and roll (with the Sprint key) when the blade retracts. Clear the second blade the same way and press a button in the back end. The double gates open, and you hear a ticking sound: yes, it's timed! Drop out on the side of the crawlspace and rush down southwards to get across the open gates before they close...
