We begin in a narrow hallway, run forward and just around the bend to enter the first hall. Loop around to the right for a small vestibule where you can find shotgun shells and flares, and back in the main hall there are some uzi clips in a corner to the left of the entrance. The stairway on the left hand side leads to a currently locked door, so head up the stairs on the right instead.
At the top, Lara's attention is drawn to a bench; shoot it to find a SHOTGUN. Climb down the ladder within the hole in the corner to a platform in the middle of a burning oil room. Take a running jump to the jump lever and immediately backflip off the slope back to the central platform. Hop across to the open door and get the ammo pickups in the flanking alcoves before examining the sarcophagus. You get a CROWBAR, and in doing so deactivate the spike traps on the opposite of the room all the while a skeleton begins jumping towards you. Mind the hanging knife trap and claim that BLACK BEETLE from the far wall before going up the ladder you came from.
Go downstairs back to the first hall and now go up the other set of stairs to open that locked door with your newly found crowbar. Up the ramp, make a quick stop for a small medipack inside a bench before resuming your ascent. When you get to the narrow corridor, go through the small opening to your left to check out the black pyramid. We're still short of three beetles, indeed, but on the backside of the far left pillar is a jump switch you should pull now.
Resume your path down the corridor until you get to a second hall. In a corner opposite the entrance point is some uzi clips. To your left is a long set of stairs leading to a closed door requiring a gem, so go up through the remaining exit out of this hall to find said HORSEMAN'S GEM inside a hole in the floor, which you've revealed with the jump switch moments ago, plus some shotgun shells on top of a ledge in the room. Return and now go use the gem to open that locked door.
Run down the corridor and follow it to the right to a small chamber with the second BLACK BEETLE, but before leaving make sure you pull the chain in the corner. A skeleton will show up from behind. Do not return the way you came, but instead, counting from the beetle chamber, hang from the edge of the second opening on the right hand side to locate a sneakily hidden jump switch. Activate it on your way down to the pool below to open a door elsewhere.
Before pulling out of the water, swim through the underwater crawlspace on the east to reach a tall ladder. At the top you'll find the sole SECRET of this level, a large medipack and two boxes of shotgun shells. Safety drop back down and swim back to the previous hall, you can find a small medipack and more shotgun shells in the pool. When you're done, climb out of the water and go up a short set of stairs. Notice the closed double doors ahead of you, but for now hop over the small pool to the left.
As you run down the next corridor, Lara spots an opening in the ceiling through which she can climb up (and just as well, as a spike trap blocks your path around the corner). Pull up and shoot the bench for shotgun shells, then examine the nearby sarcophagus for a small medipack. Go down the other end of this corridor, where you see a skeleton rising to the sound of a block doing the same just past the edge, creating a handy shortcut.
Grab the edge and shimmy around the crevice around corners all the way to the left, over the hole where the gem once stood, to find the third BLACK BEETLE in a small alcove. Safety drop back down, dispatch a harpy, and now enter the open door in the depressed corridor connecting the halls. Get another SHOTGUN plus shells from the sarcophagus, but, more importantly, pull up to the windowsill and pull the chain in there to open the double doors you'd seen earlier on.
A skeleton and a harpy are on the loose. Use that risen block as a shortcut for the upper hallways and go down the corridor to the right in a U-curve to find that small pool again. Mind the skeleton running free. Go through the doors to the throne room. At the top of the stairs, kill a harpy and collect the shotgun shells and uzi clips flanking the throne.
From the throne position, facing down the stairs, you see two beetles on the wall: the useless BROKEN BEETLE on the right unleashes a swarm of beetles onto you, so you might want to just pry the fourth and final BLACK BEETLE on the left. When you do so, blocks lower just in front of the throne and you can go down to another oil-filled pit. You need to wade across to the other side quickly, before the flames on either side ignite the whole pit.
Get the WINDING KEY from the plinth and if you check the perimeter of the room you will find a large medipack and shotgun shells in opposing corners. The slope has now turned into giant steps, so jump over the burning pit and go back up to the throne room and down the stairs. We need to retrace our steps back to the black pyramid, so jump over the small pool, climb through the opening in the ceiling, go down to the hall with the hole to reach the other hall and go finally go up the small round stairs in the corner.
The pyramid is now guarded by two harpies. When they're out of the picture, proceed to place the four beetles to unlock it and reveal the MECHANICAL SCARAB. Combine it with the key in your possession and retrace your steps through the hall, up the risen block shortcut and down the corridor, but this time loop around left to find a spot you can use the beetle to disarm the spike traps.
In the next hall, a skeleton rises and you can find some shotgun shells in the small pool on the left. Go through the corridor in the opposite corner and enter the passage on the left for another sarcophagus, this one containing the UZIS plus clips. Go up the stairs through the next hallway.
There are four blocks; find the one with a small medipack on it. When you pick it up from the floor, not one but three golden replicas of Lara come to light. A block lowers in the trench, so go through the newly revealed passage. When you pull up on the other end, the camera might accidentally reveal a jump switch just behind you, activate it before going further through the corridor. It lowers a block in the next room, so safety drop through it dive into an underwater cavern.
To your immediate right is a narrow crawlspace, swim through and pull out to find a chain. It opens the door in that underwater building, so fall back and swim though the open door (picking up a large medipack from the corner to the right of the cavern, if you please) to find the HATHOR EFFIGY and two sets of uzi clips inside. Swim back and out of the cavern and climb up the ladder to the previous hall where the doors have opened.
Go up the ramp to find yourself perched above the three replicas, which are under the threat of a harpy right now. Gun it down before exploring the alcoves in the corners of these upper ledges where you'll find assorted goodies and, more importantly, the ORNATE HANDLE on the suspended central platform.
Safety drop to the floor, combine the pieces to create the portal guardian and place it on the pedestal next to the closed doors. Then run down the hallway for the final showdown against two demigods. They're polite and will attack one at a time. When both are down, you hear a block moving nearby; find the hole in the east floor and take your leave.
