After Laras rescue she ran through the black wall and suddenly flashing lights surrounded her. She becomes unconscious and after some time she wakes up in a new dimension, seemingly floating in the air. Wait - no! In fact she is falling down a large shaft which does not seem to have limits. "This must be my end", Lara says, but in the very next moment the falling velocity decreases. A voice, apparently coming from behind the walls, calls: "Lara! You have survived your first journey. Now that we have rescued you out of the Egyptian temple, we have the first task for you: You must travel into the past and to get there you have to reach a certain clock. Be warned that some extremely hard tasks will await you here, and only if you are experienced enough you will manage them. But keep in mind - they are always possible! One last thing: Do not use the zipline if you have not opened the door yet. This wont make much sense now but you will see later. Good luck!" Afterwards, Lara sees the end of the shaft which she is slowly approaching now... |
