Reviewer's comments
"At least the level is functional, but too short to leave a good, lasting impact." - Charles Kane (11-Sep-2022)
"An extremely short test level that no doubt has the author test proximity triggers on doors. Take supplies, go through the door and kill the wolf behind it. You're pretty much done. One minute is all it takes to complete it. One has to wonder why the author put effort to apply some basic textures around and submitted this to the site considering how uneventful it is. Even completionists aren't missing much since you can basically see everything the level has on offer in the screenshots (Yes, even the wolf which is the main attraction of the level)." - LuxQSD (15-Mar-2022)
"Nothing at all to see here, and not a lot behind the door either, apart from an anticlimax and a wolf that briefly awakens from its slumber before you kill it in cold blood." - Ryan (05-Aug-2018)
"Nothing to this one I am afraid. No finish trigger and the answer to the question posed in the title is a wolf. Textures are terrible even with the glide batch file. Under a minute and you are done." - Torry (01-Jun-2018)
"Seems like a test level with a door and a ***WARNING: spoiler alert*** wolf behind it. Textures looked good." - Nuri (22-Feb-2018)
"Another test level too short to be considered a real level. A couple of pickups and shoot a wolf without finish trigger. Not worth to play." - Jose (22-Jan-2018)
"What's behind the door, you ask? Another notch to your reviewer mark, that's what! This is a simple test level, likely an experiment with triggers, so it's just two rooms stringed together. You can make do without the supplies too, as your only threat here is a wolf - in the TR1 engine, that means as little as three or four pistol rounds to put it down. For what it's worth, however, textures were carefully applied, so there's that. 1 minute. 12/15" - Treeble (30-Dec-2015)
"Already surprised by several adventures which took less time to build than to play, I couldn't have expected a day when these will take even more time to install. Because at least in my case, the glideless dat doesn't work anymore. What followed was a short yet well-built construct of correct texturing and nice sfx, the latter much better than TR4. Wolf traces preceded with warning shotgun and medikit flawlessly introduce the element of suspense. There's still no finish trigger yet the conclusion is better than of Gun Turret Behaviour, for one can defend from the enemy. SUMMARY: One minute I enjoyed. Recommended." - DJ Full (26-Apr-2015)
"Pointless small level, up to the next one." - Gerty (05-Mar-2015)
"An ultimately worthless test level where you pick up a shotgun, open a door and shoot a solo wolf with it, before immediately tossing this release into the recycle bin. Overall, it's just not worth your time setting up as it can literally be completed in under a minute, with no finish trigger available to properly end the level." - Ceamonks890 (29-Jun-2014)
"Slash normally makes good levels! Oh well,at least it was quick." - Orbit Dream (27-Jul-2013)
"SPOILER ALERT: A wolf." - Cory (27-Jul-2013)
"Well there is a wolf behind the door. Sorry to spoil the tension! Just kidding but all you do is pick up some useless stuff and kill the wolf. That's it. At least the textures look pretty nice." - afzalmiah (19-Apr-2011)
"There's not much behind the door actually. This is a teeny, tiny TR1 glimpse where Lara gets to pick up a couple of things and shoot a wolf. Next!" - Jay (02-Mar-2011)
"You pick up some items you never need, shoot the wolf and wonder how Lara got in that tomb, as there's no entrance nor an exit. Very bad level." - manarch2 (04-Jan-2011)
"It's a little test level. Two rooms and a wolf, and the finish. Who knows what is the author's real goal with the level. :)" - Obig (14-May-2010)
"A wolf , that's what is behind. Nothing to do and no finish trigger. Texturing is correct." - eRIC (11-May-2010)
"The answer to the title question is: Nothing of consequence. Pick up shotgun, door opens, shoot wolf." - dmdibl (04-May-2010)
"Few rooms with pickups and a wolf, nothing more - that means it's absolutely senseless." - rtrger (02-Apr-2010)
"Sort of a remake of one of the author's TR2 Test levels from two years earlier and rather pointless at that. 15 seconds of playtime and no finish trigger." - MichaelP (30-Mar-2010)
