"For a builder working in TR3 this might actually be an interesting download, I hadn't realized you can set the prisoners to be immortal or not. For a player, there's not much to do in the single room of this level. My favorite weapon, the rocket launcher, is provided from the get-go with three rockets to either waste on the immortal prisoner, or blow the other one to pieces. Or do neither, as the poor guys aren't keen to start a fight with Lara. 1 minute." - JesseG (09-Apr-2021) |

"This level looks like a purgatory if Lara killed too many innocents during her adventures: to be trapped in a barely-made level with an immortal prisoner." - Charles Kane (19-Mar-2021) |

"Another Tomb Raider 3 test level that says it all in the title. Yes he is...... I gave up after 3 rockets and a good two minutes of pistol fire." - Torry (24-Nov-2019) |
|
"Well I guess he IS immortal. I can't tell for sure, I gave
up after 3 minutes of straight gunfire. But if people in the
reviews say he was immortal, well, then I'm going to say he
is immortal!
Why am I even reviewing this?" - Nuri (07-Nov-2019) |

"A short test level. In this one, the author explores an AI behavior which makes certain enemies invincible. You might wonder why this is even a thing, but just remember that in the Nevada levels in TR3, at some point you had no weapons and had to rely on freeing other prisoners to kill guards in your way -- ie, if the guards had the upper hand and managed to kill your allies, you'd be stranded and all out of options. After I got him nervous by gunning his buddy down, the immortal prisoner actually managed to dodge all three of my rockets anyway lol. 1 minute. 10/19" - Treeble (27-Oct-2019) |

"This level was only builded 'cause the author discovered that if you apply to the prisoner the AI 77, he can't be killed. And what about that? I think not interesting for anybody; only for unofficial custom levels builders." - Jose (16-Jan-2018) |

"One of the characters definitely isn't (the
rocket launcher made sure of that), but the
other one could most certainly be. I used my
lone rocket and showered him with pistol fire
and he still didn't die, so I suppose he is. If
you've played Rodrigo Martin's series of Test
Levels, then this will instantly seem familiar,
as you are playing in one of the rooms from
that game, only as Lara this time. Only
recommended for TR3 completists." - Ryan (29-Jul-2016) |

"Essentially the exact same test level as the Clare map from Rodrigo Martin's own latter series of test levels, with the overall quality being practically identical(which leaves me to presume Rodrigo stole the level map from this builder a short time after this one was let out the door.)
Not much else to say really, other than one of the prisoners is immortal as advertised and therefore solving the mystery alluded to in the level title rather quickly. Can only be recommended if you're a reviewer looking to clear up your backlog, otherwise don't even bother giving this one the time of day." - Ceamonks890 (20-Sep-2014) |

"Well, one of the two characters most definitely isn't;but the
second is a likely contender.
This short test level is easily the most riveting of this
builders works,because it involves absolutely no backtracking;
and intrigues with its off-kilter situation. Lara can fire off
several rockets at the immortal thug, and spray him with an
unending fusillade of bullets, yet this opponent proves to be
her greatest foe so far.Indeed,I allowed him to win the battle
by mercilessly punching her to death.Intriguing." - Orbit Dream (19-Mar-2013) |

"If your prospects for eternity are a bland prison you can
never get out of, would you even want to be immortal? Come to
think of it - even the most beautiful prison would a) remain a
prison ; and b) feel pretty bland after a while if you must
spend an eternity in it. At least Lara can escape it by dying
- though that won't do much for the immortal prisoner's
loneliness. Have a look, and in the spirit of (some pretty
twisted) science - experiment a bit with who's mortal and
who's not, and then look for something more engaging to sink
your teeth into." - eTux (18-Mar-2013) |

"This random pick can be recommeded if you have already played every other custom level out there and need a quick review count booster :-)" - Blue43 (07-Jun-2011) |

"He probably could be, but I got too bored to find out. I really did initially think I was losing my marbles and had forgotten to review something I'd already played, but it's just that this is almost identical to another level by someone else so perhaps my senility can wait for another day." - Jay (02-Mar-2011) |

"NOTE: This level is identical with the second part of TR3 "Test levels" by Rodrigo Martin. (I don't know who copied who.) I wanted to hit this guy with all 3 accessible rockets, but one of them missed. So I spent 2 rockets only and 10137 pistol rounds to compensate that rocket which missed. I think the prisoner is immortal indeed, but I still have a strange feeling that if I shot one more bullet it would kill him. For the level itself: 1 point for the enemy, another 1 for atmosphere, as I really felt like in a prison, 1 point for accceptable lighting and 2 for average texturing. SUMMARY: Play this level if you wanna face the immortality and beat my record. To do so, put something heavy on the Action key and go fishing for several hours." - DJ Full (05-Oct-2010) |

"Yes, he is immortal. Not much more to say." - manarch2 (11-Jul-2010) |

"One of the two guys clearly is not immortal, but I would think the other one is. I placed a weight on the action key and he does not fall even after 10-15 minutes of shooting, despite the bleeding." - MichaelP (12-Jun-2010) |

"Two similar bad guys in a small area. One can be blown up with a rocket, but the other survives a couple of direct rocket hits. However, the survivor shows blood splatter when shot with pistols, so my guess is he has a high damage setting, rather than being truly immortal." - dmdibl (07-Jun-2010) |
