Reviewer's comments
"Can't raid too high a level which has the duration and the feel of a demo, but anyway the stuff made by the builders is good. Progression is of the easy kind with some interesting parts. Objects , looks and atmosphere are good too." - eRIC (29-Dec-2023)
"As I conclude my Christmas run through Charles Kane releases, this one finally is a level worth being called an actual level. No doubt, one key reason being that it is a cooperative effort here. What you get is a decent 20-30 minute raid in a nice ship setting, which for me worked really well in terms of the atmosphere it manages to create. It is a small map, so the crawling parts were not too bad and the progression is very straightforward even if you pick the wrong way first at times. The whole room where you acquire magnum and lasersight can of course easily be skipped, as you can shoot the barriers with either Uzi or Shotgun just the same. 3 easy secrets and half a dozen or so guards are also thrown in for good measure. So, if you look for a relaxed, yet still interesting little raid, this one may just be right for you." - MichaelP (24-Dec-2023)
"As usually with TR5 styled levels, no matter how few cabinets are included, I would still remove some. But here we have a level properly structured, visually coherent and even having a plot, which also manages to quite seamlessly add tr2 to tr5 despite of its brevity. Also, nice bonus movie lol..." - DJ Full (25-Oct-2023)
"At less than 20 minutes duration, this barely qualifies as a demo but as a TR5 level, it does have a certain charm even if it doesn't go very far. The design is decent yet rather simplistic, the environments are fine if a little cramped and uninspiring and the gameplay won't leave you pausing for thought, although the limited ammo does mean you might have to be careful with the guard attacks, at least near the beginning. Playable, but it won't stick in the memory for too long afterwards." - Ryan (16-Oct-2023)
"I actually quite enjoyed my stay here. Nothing particularly taxing, except, perhaps, one sneaky crawlspace (and it's not even hidden, it's just in a place where I didn't bother to look as I thought the swingpoles would have been the only point of interest in that area). There's a shortage of ammo though, I was very careful with how I spent it and made it to end with one or two desert eagle rounds left only, but worst case scenario you could just rush past the final two baddies. Otherwise, a pretty engaging raid, and the short length makes it perfect to simply pop in during a busy day. 20 minutes, 3 secrets. 10/23" - Treeble (15-Oct-2023)
"A solid 12 minute level but gameplaywise a bit unexciting, with little to do except of finding and using several items. The looks are solid yet the cramped and corridor-esque architecture doesn't create very immersing moments. However, excluding ShadowyJay's latest level, this is a good step in the right direction with overall much more care than before. Found all three easy secrets." - manarch2 (11-Oct-2023)
"A TR5 level which are quite rare, so a must play for me. Quite easy and short level with decent, if not outstanding, texturing and lighting. Gameplay is OK, basically find key and use key and the enemies were quite well placed and not too numerous." - StormChaser (10-Oct-2023)
"A very short raid of about 20 minutes and of a very decent quality. A huge step-up for both builders. The fact that it is build with the TR5 engine doesn't really tell anything to me as a player. Good texturing and the lighting was good in most areas, but a bit flat in some other. I'll say once more that no pistols (or unlimited ammo for any weapon) is always a bad idea. I run out of ammo at the end but trying to avoid the last enemies I hit the finish trigger, so all good. And no, I didn't know that one head shot in TRC is a thing. :) Anyway, recommended for a short, easy raid." - billie2001 (02-Oct-2023)
