Reviewer's comments |
"The most difficult level I've played in a long time. Tis very original and challenging. The
powers give it a Metroidvania touch, and the bosses (except for the last one) are amazing.
The "9-bit" music adds a nostalgic feel. What I liked the least was the volcano puzzle; it
made no sense to me and is extremely difficult to solve without help. I had to look at a
guide. However, setting aside this issue and the fact that I would have preferred to control
Lara (the characters are not very charismatic), it's a level that every expert should try.
Good job." - requiemsoul (05-Feb-2025) |

"Finally one which takes a long time for good reasons: exploration, platforming and putting things together. It's difficult but solvable and flexible - new features help rather than disturb. To fix is music volume and floor geometry, random and taking unneeded time to scan (no issue in casual play). This game will make a tremendous difference if tried after TR3." - DJ Full (20-Jan-2025) |

"Very interesting and innovative set of 4 levels, which provide entertainment for several
hours. It contains elements that I have never seen before in any game. You can control two
characters (a wolf and a human), each of them has their own unique skills, which we have to
choose during the game. I highly recommend it!" - Sylwia (14-Jan-2025) |

"Another highly creative entry in this most
enjoyable saga, and yet another with quite a
few neat twists. If you're familiar with the
previous entries in the Wolf series, then
you might know what to expect. However, this
time, Jesse's creativity goes further. I
actually found the new moves not to be as
convoluted this time round, which is a plus.
The surroundings are nicely varied and maybe
even slightly improved versus previous
efforts, and the gameplay is definitely
engaging. Aside from possibly a bit too much
backtracking in spots, there's some nifty
puzzles (don't neglect to read the hints)
and trap sequences, plus some pretty hair-
raising boss battles (nothing too
frustrating or overwhelming and there's
plenty of weaponry provided). The Rocket
Shoes and Grappling Hook were great touches
too, allowing Luke to either progress
further or find previously unreachable
secret areas. High recommendations." - Ryan (14-Dec-2024) |
