"A walkthrough backlog is taking shape, and I did spend the best part of this week playing a massive release elsewhere so I figured I might go and play this one knowing what to expect. As usual, this is pretty much one simple room, quite barebones in design, with not much to do. You can actually finish the level in seconds (and the first thing you do see is a missing animation when picking up the underwater item), but you can also make it a lenghtier journey if you go after the secrets which involve a not-so ordinary diagonal flip from a crawlspace. Other than that, the "been there, done that" feeling is overwhelming. 5 minutes, 3 secrets. 01/26" - Treeble (25-Jan-2026) |

"A cute story about Lara visiting the original creator of this test level is about all this
has going for it. The indoor-outdoor patio setting with windowless cavernous wallpapered
textured walls would certainly diminish my enjoyment of the restaurant were I a patron, as
would the indoor snow with nowhere to go. A key, a lock, and couple jumps and an army's
worth of medipacks and flares appearing in the inventory and you'll be done. The textures
need transparency adjustments, objects need texturing and collision work, and Lara's
animations need checking. The best part of this level was how quickly it was over: I hope
the author channels their energy into something more fun to play in the future." - Cbl (13-Jan-2026) |

"Not entirely sure that this needed a release on this site, 2 years later? It is another
little TR5 showcase, that offers a few minutes of circling around, pulling some levers and
collecting three secrets, or alternatively dive in, pick up the key and just leave in 15
seconds. All things considered, it was kind of cute that it did snow inside the building." - MichaelP (05-Jan-2026) |

"I had to reload to see if this level had any more to offer than collecting a key from a pool
(which, when collected, leaves Lara in a very strange leaning forward position). Alas there
was a lever which opens a door to another area which was devoid of anything more than a
cabinet for a secret and some chairs. Continue forward, find another lever which opens a
door elsewhere, enter said doorway, reach a higher crawlspace, drop down a sloped roof back
into the pool. Use the key and the level ends. There's not much else to say as I didn't
find anything else to do here." - High Priestess (26-Dec-2025) |

"So first we had test levels, then wips of test levels, and now remakes of test levels. Well maybe it's a demake since the basics worked in the original and here some don't - we get wallpaper textures, wrong collisions, magenta residue, textures missing animation and transparency - or now I think maybe it's meant to be a carpet. Snowing inside the building is good for Xmas right now. But the level is short and simple, with the pool key it took me 30 seconds, fully played it's six minutes with all secrets, shorter than to write this review and not really boring, with one part even passing as a legit creative puzzle. I'd see a better version of this." - DJ Full (18-Dec-2025) |

"While the actual construction of this restaurant isn't too bad, there's barely anything to
do, sadly. A quick swim for a key, a brief bit of running around, an optional nifty little
manoeuvre for another key (the same move was present in Vinci's original level) and it's
over. If you go for the three easy secret roses, the duration you spend here can be extended
to five minutes. It's totally up to you though. Nothing else to see here, apart from an
extremely odd animation when Lara picks up the first key." - Ryan (18-Dec-2025) |

"It’s a simple and short level with obvious texture mapping errors. The music is decent, but
Lara’s posture looks really odd when she picks up the key.Need more polishing." - cheng (17-Dec-2025) |
