Lara is away for the weekend in London at a society event and Winston has the weekend off as well to visit friends. As Croft Manor is unoccupied, some criminals break in and steal the Acosian Disc a priceless and unique artefact with reputedly mystical powers that apparently allows the user to manipulate the forces of fire. Lara naturally calls the police but they have no leads, so Lara contacts some of her acquaintances in the 'underworld' and they come up with the London Storage Company which is a front for a criminal organisation. Further enquires suggest that their headquarters is near the abandoned underground station called Aldwych and the gang's boss is holed up underneath the station. Therefore Lara travels up to London to confront the gang and hopefully retrieve her stolen artefact. |
